They are very good and have a pretty quick turn around. Our company uses them for our fleet maintenance and were very pleased.

Lets just say their Shared Services end, United Holdings is unprofessional, poorly managed, and practices unethical Accounting procedures.

Give them a chance if you’re looking. They have always done us well

This place was exceptional,service department is the best in the industry that I have seen and have had the pleasure of meeting. They got me in right away and work was done with the most impressive work ethic I have seen. If you choose someone else to do the work on your equipment then you made the wrong choice in my opinion.Kyleand Daniel are straight forward and know what they are talking about. Kevin worked on my truck and was amazing fast, exceptional mechanic. Thank you guys very much will send everyone I know to this place.

Pathetic and worfhless

Come out to look at my alt./AC belt for warranty work from Central Power in Colby Kansas (another Detroit dealer) yesterday evening it is now 10:30 the next morning and they still have not done the estimate so they can contact Central Power. I hate to see how long it will take them to replace the belt and realign the pulleys so the belt wont break again. Very slow!

Got me in when they said. Did an AWESOME job. At the price they quoted. NO SURPRISES!Even gave me a ride to the motel.

I came inn with my 2012 Cascadia DD15 for a coolant leak & told me I also had a fuel leak which was true after they pressurized the system they showed me. Was out the same day. I spoke with Kyle S. service Supervisor & he worked great with my NTP warranty so I definitely appreciate him for that. Thank you Kyle, & to some of the employees who made me feel welcomed.
