While I won’t know the quality of their work I would definitely recommend to them to do away with their automated email updates. Kept getting em periodically saying my truck would be ready to picked up in a few days. Called to check on it and found out that parts aren’t even in yet. She said to expect another 3 weeks. Management- take away the automated update system immediately. You now have an irritated customer and a bad review. Nobody likes false informationUpdate…My truck was there for two months. The cost was almost 16k. My account manager (Kim) was almost never correct in her updates. At the end I wouldn’t have believed her if she told me the Pope was Catholic. When I picked up the truck there was nobody to go over the repairs (16k worth) and it was “here’s the keys”.A mystery was also why there was about 1000 more miles or my speedometer from when I turned it over to them.My suggestion is if you are reading this to select a body shop I cannot recommend them and would never use them again.
Came in to Bob Moore Collision due to my bumper clips coming loose, one slightly broken. Clay was professional and courteous, and when I asked him for a quote said they will take care of it!! Also gave me a courtesy ride back home, Ive been more than pleased with my experience @ Bob Moore. Thank you guys!
Not good customer service !! I have had dealings with the Bob Moore Auto Group for over 30 years and this is the worst!!! Kim was my assigned representative she was always at lunch every time I called would not return calls !!! Didnt tell the truth about several items .. When I spoke with Mgr Jeremy he would look into matters and yes they were having issues with getting parts !! Would not recommend this place to my worst friend!!
Given the circumstances surrounding needing the bodywork (Oklahoma’s worst hailstorm in many years), I expected a long delay. I also expected difficulties in obtaining replacement parts on a new vehicle.Originally, I thought the quality of the work provided seemed to be well done, however, upon a closer inspection, I am noticing all the items that were NOT addressed. My vehicle came in with significant hail damage, inside and out. It appears the damage to my leather on the interior has not been touched. There is even still glass inside my vehicle throughout the rear seats. My vehicle is missing airbag covers. It has scratches, tears in the leather and leather stretches from damage throughout the auto. There are still lower hail dings on the sides of the vehicle and the center did not replace my Porsche Macan S decal. It does not appear there was any quality control completed on my vehicle at all. I was going to review that my vehicle looks and drives like brand new again and that only concern was the communication provided by the Bob Moore Collision team could be greatly improved though. But there are more issues with the care I received from the Bob Moore Collision Center in OKC. Through this process, my experience has been less than good. On several occasions during the 2 months Bob Moore had my vehicle, I had no clue what was going on with my vehicle. The representative would communicate with me and commit to updating me then not do this or worse, tell me conflicting updates. I would have to call & leave messages to inquire about the status of my vehicle. I will have to reserve my final option and review of Bob Moore Collision pending the completion of the unfinished work they need to complete on my 2021 Porsche Macan S. As of right now, Bob Moore Collision is not doing a very good job!
Still has our car after 2 months. Kimberley doesnt answer any questions. We have received 2 texts 2 weeks in a row saying it was going into paint after lunch. That was 2 and 3 weeks ago. Im not sure how anyone has received good service from this collision center. Will never use a dealer who is not certified ever again. This is the most unprofessional business we have ever dealt with.
They did very good job to repair my back of jeep that someone ran in back of it bumper and hatchback door. Time frame kinda long time repair, they need a little better communication by let u know how it improvement. They will treat u right on repair and hope they will to continue in future. All the team did fantastic.
They were suppose to fix my front and rear bumper from an accident. Over a month later was told it would take 30 to 60 days to fix. Went to pick it up to take it somewhere else. They remove my front and rear bumper and never put it back on just threw it in the back of my truck then pried off my raptor SDT symbol on my tailgate and lied saying it was in my truck. Had the adjuster signed me a receipt saying they owe me one and made him order me one. First he said it would take 6 to 8 months or could take up to that but then was told it would be there in a couple days. It said there for a month and a half and they just cut wires and lied about everything. I would never recommend this place in my entire life!!!

The customer service is POOR QUALITY. Wanted to schedule my car for an estimate. They never asked my name. They never asked about the make & model of my car. They were only interested in my insurance carrier. Insurance being more important than my name or the car I drive, I simply elected to take my business elsewhere. Good job, guys!

I took my Audi Q5 (which I purchased from Bob Moore Audi in OKC) in on May 19th for what was to be an estimated 15 day hail damage repair and the completion date has now been pushed 3 extra weeks. It has cost me hundreds of dollars in rental car fees with no effort to rectify or expedite my repairs. I have never had a body shop experience this frustrating. The expectations were not clearly defined and it has been a huge inconvenience.
Car was dropped off on May 19 for hail damage. Said it would take 3 weeks. It’s been over 6 weeks. Kimberly is the most unprofessional, hateful, and downright disrespectful person to have dealing with customers. There is ZERO respect for the customers with this business. They do not update the customers whatsoever, you have to call them and then they say “oh it will be longer”. They keep saying “parts are coming in damaged”. Apparently we aren’t the only ones having this problem. This is not a legitimate business and I will never buy another car or take another car to Bob Moore. They are not a certified repair center with our insurance agency and now we understand why.
They were wonderful. I was kept up to date on repairs and timing on completion. Very pleased with the work and their staff.

Bob Moore Collision did a great job repairing my suburu after a collision. They matched the pearl white tricolor paint exactly and lined up all body panels perfectly. Ill definitely use them again if needed.

Sent my car here and received a rental with Enterprise. They took about 3 weeks to complete the necessary repairs and Clint kept me updated at least twice a week. Answered all of my questions and did a fantastic job! My car looked new as if I’m driving off the lot for the first again!
It took a bit longer than expected, but it was worth it. My rear quarter panel was smunched, and now the car looks brand new.

Bought my Car at Bob Moore, few months later, got into a fender bender, literally, Got quote for out of pocket repairs.$4400. I called to schedule appointment for repairs, Clint wasnt available, so I was passed on to, Monte He said the car was a total loss, I explained to him again I was paying out of pocket. He then said he expected to find more damage once he got started and the price will most likely GO UP, and even more of something breaks while repairs are made. Says Its easy for insurance, they just take a pic and request more money. I HURRIED AND GOT OFF THE PHONE, After reading some reviews I DONT TRUST THIS PLACE.
I grabbed a donut and the receptionist lady replied to my friend saying:If I would have known I would have given you the one from the trash can. My friend gave her the stink eye only to reply: I know that was a rud statement to make. What kind if customer service and representation of your company is this?! Horrible! I would not recommend and never go there

I own a Jeep Wrangler 2015.Front bumper cost me $189.95 without taxes to install myself.It took me 2 hours max, to assemble myself without any special tools.I brought my car here because it is a collision centre.I ran into a wall and just needed some frame work, it’s absolutely drivable.Kim gave me a quote of $1,070.50 for the damage that was done.After taking it apart my quote jumped almost more than double to $2,270.53.Its unreasonable to charged more than $2,000 to put a frame back into place, especially because the parts that need to be replaced only cost $189.95.I was willing to spend the money required to get it done.Money is not an issue to me.I just had to cancel with Bob Moore because by the time they were done, the final price would have been almost $5,000.I wish they would be more upfront with the charges,definitely would have moved forward if“The Foot On The Door” technique wasn’t exploited.Was gonna give them 2 stars but they didn’t charge me for the re assembly.I’m glad they didn’t charge me for the reassembling part, because you they didn’t do it correctly (definitely out of retaliation.)They kept my car for 3 days and charged me $145.00 for the inspection points.

While this was not a seamless process, the staff and management did everything possible to alleviate the stress and inconvenience of a car accident 900 miles from home. There was some confusion regarding timing but a conversation with the manager resolved all. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. While I hope to never need their services again, I would highly recommend Bob Moore Collision to others.

We had a great experience with Bob Moore Collision Center. When we dropped off vehicle the guy told us he would be updating us on Tuesdays and Thursdays. We received an update every Tuesday and Thursday. It was nice to know where we were in the process of car being fixed. I would definitely recommend Bob Moore.

The ice storm damaged our car where it needed a new sunroof and tracks replaced. It would not close. There was dents and scratches all over and they removed the dents and painted the whole car and did an excellent job! They we’re actually early about five days from what they told us.All in all they went above and beyond to repair all the damage

Bob Moore has fixed 2 vehicles for us. One a Dodge Demon, and did and excellent job keeping us informed on the long process of getting the specialty parts and jumping through the FCA hoops with getting them ordered. Their partnership with their Dodge Dealership was so important for our needs. They also fixed my sons truck when he had a minor fender bender. But their latest job they surpassed our expectations being up front and honest telling us why and how they believed our vehicle would likely be totaled. They made the process with the adjusters so much easier. Thank you Bob Moore! When other shops told us completely inaccurate information, and we knew something was off, you stepped up and made the entire process smooth! Thank you!

Waiting on a hail damage assessment.. after 20 minutes I asked how much longer it would be. The receptionist said it would be just a few minutes more because they were having computer system issues. Understandable.. after waiting another 10 minutes I left to hopefully make it to work on time. The reason I rated t a 1 star is because I had to ask how much longer it would be. They were not proactive in serving the customer. Granted they couldn’t control the situation but they could at least be proactive.
Quality and thorough service. Gave me frequent updates on how repairs were going and were very transparent through the entire process. Washed my car as I went to pick it up.

Horrible experience and I do not reccomend them. I took my car in for an estimate and repairs and was told they wouldnt do the work because they were in Network with my insurance company that assumed my car was totaled. I asked them if they would at least give me an estimate and they said my insurance company told them not to. The next day the manager told me they would do the estimate and repairs after all. I thought, great! The following morning I received an email from them saying they cant do the repairs because Dodge doesnt allow the use of salvaged parts any longer. She also included a document from Dodge for me to review it myself. When I looked at the document, the document said something about repairs to salvaged airbags which had nothing to do with the rear end of my car. I asked to speak with a manger and she said shed have them call me but I never received a call. I attempted to call her directly and was told shed call me back and she never responded. I also emailed her and she never responded to my emails. When I went to pick my car up, they left my bumper hanging off and removed my lights and didnt put the parts back on like it was when it arrived at their body shop. They also left screws and stuff loosely in my trunk. They also said they didnt disassemble my car but the car was definitely disassembled because it was only hit on one side and only one light was partially damaged but was still connected. Thank God for pictures.
Im very pleased from first interaction to picking up my repaired car. I was kept updated on status of car throughout. My 2015 car looks brand new.Thanks to everyone from front desk to detail persons. If I had gotten more names I would mention individuals but do not want to leave anyone out.

I took my car here for an overspray job. Because my insurance recommend them and guarantee the work.I did read previous reviews so I was a little concerned. But they had my car, did an excellent job. Matt was very good at keeping me posted on the progress of my car. He finished exactly when he said he would. Very nice customer service. They explained everything to me. I personally would recommend them.Im very pleased with the outcome.

Never will I do business at Bob moore again. My insurance gave you guys around 3 grand to fix my bumper. After I left that place I realized you had taken the antenna cover off for whatever reason. Then someone got high and forgot to put it back on. Thanks a bunch bc Im still having problems with it. 4.3 star average? Hahaha how much did you guys pay for that? Commercial car people are scum

My Audi took over three months for repairs from a rear ended collision on the interstate. The insurance company stopped paying for the rental car after two months, Bob Moore Collision took up the rental payments after that so I would not be stranded. The manager came out to greet me and take me to my car. They even handled the return of my rental to Enterprise. My car looks as good as new; they even vacuumed and washed it for me.
They took 3.5 week to fix what was mostly just cosmetic work! It was from an old accident that happen 9 months ago and they somehow needed it for that long! Not acceptable. Cant image how long it would take if I needed more excessive work done. I dont have rental in my insurance, so if youre taking your car here, I recommend having that. I told them my sound went out at the accident too, and they didnt even fix that. They said they didnt knew how to, but they could call my insurance and I havent heard anything since. They never called me once to keep me updated. I had to call several times to get an update. Ill not be going here again, thats for sure.

Unfortunately we recently have had to use this collision center for body work. We chose this place as it came highly recommended from our dealership from whom we bought our Subaru. I wish this was an isolated experience but we have had to use this place twice and both times the customer service, follow through, communication is poor. Both times we have had to take our vehicle back because they scratched an unassociated portion of the vehicle that wasn’t being worked on. We always had to call and check with them about car status and both times, car was ready and no update until we called. Again, for a highly recommended place, I was highly disappointed and would not recommend this place. So sorry.
Ill say this if I ever get hit by someone again and there insurance trys to take my vehicle there I wont do it. They try and cut corners like when they had to put a new front axle in it came with 2 lower control arms but they only wanted to install one because the other one looked fine until the 3rd test drive and they couldnt figure out why it was riding funny and they had plenty of time to install it since they had it sitting there for 3 day. overall 15 days after the official date to get it repaired trying to get an update was like pulling teeth.
