I highly recommend coming here! I got in my first accident and I live here to go to school, so all my family is else where. Collision Works was so so helpful in guiding me through everything and helping in any way they can!! Everyone is so friendly and willing to help no matter the situation. They keep you very updated with the process of fixing your car which is awesome. They really are like a family here! 10/10 recommended!

My mother’s boxer dog ran to my vehicle excited to see me but scratched my driver side door in several areas; and I have only owned my Black SUV less then a year, collision works buffed my door & I can not see the scratches anymore, they also fixed a deep scratch. I contacted Collision Works regarding my passengers side door. During a very windy day of hiking, my car door caught the wind just right and hyper extended. Which caused the door to catch on the fender. I spoke with Kenneth Riddle and brought my car in for a quote. Kenneth seemed confident enough to think they could fix it on the spot, and they did! FOR FREE! It took me longer to drive out there than it did to fix it! They are rock stars! After not knowing if we could afford having it fixed or even if insurance would pay for it during this pandemic time. Collision Works put our minds at ease. Go to Collision Works! The staff here is first rate, their customer service is excellent, and the facility is clean, new and well maintained.Twice I have come to them with parking lot damage and abrasions and they buffed things out free of charge.If you need any body work done this is absolutely the place to go.

Would not recommend. Poor fitment of parts used to repair my vehicle. Had to take my car to another shop shortly after picking my car up.

Took almost 2 months to fix my vehicle that was quoted at 2 weeks. And the 3rd time, it was returned they even brought it back in worse shape. They couldnt even clean the vehicle before returning it and it took returning it 3 times to get it completed, and still have issues!!

These guys did a great job! Very thorough and friendly, even put up with my craziness. A drunk driver smashed up my poor Camaro pretty bad but now its back and better than ever! THANKS GUYS (that was a big thanks :))
