Today, I came to this establishment to get my windows tinted. I removed EVERYTHING BUT my spare tire from my car unfortunately because I forgot. They did a good job on the tint & told me I would be able to come back if bubbles or scratches weren’t gone away by 3 days but I don’t even think I will. My spare tire was removed from my car & when I called to ask about it no one knew anything I was talking about. It’s sad because I purchased my NEW car not too long ago & now I’m out of a spare because of ones selfishness. If you needed it more than me, but all means I guess. But if you use this place REMOVE EVERYTHING I MEAN EVERYTHING from your car & pay in cash. Also, don’t know why this corn was left behind either. Lol

Replaced a windshield in my wifes car. It was not broken, just hazy, so wanted to replace it for her. They left tiny shards of glass on the dash, the mirror vibrates now, they claimed poor manufacturers design, later found out they used tape instead of glue to attach the bracket, which caused the vibratiion. Bubbles in the tint, they said they would fix it, but only trimmed the edge off and made it uneven and still has bubbles. The rubber seal is crooked and sticks up on one side, very noticeable, they said dont worry, it wont leak! The carpets were dirty from their workers, leaving white dust and dirt on black carpet, and customer service was terrible, rude front counter workers. She was told to let the sun settle the bubbles, and the trim might settle in also, has not happened. I would not recommend them or ever use them again.

They installed the new windshield and after the installation I noticed that there was a scratch on the windshield after it was just installed. I told them about it and I was told they would call the warehouse and get one ordered and that if they could not warranty it then they would buff the scratch out. I don’t know about you but I don’t want to spend a good bit on a new windshield only for it to now be buffed. The lady told me that is was on order and I got there and I was told they did not have it on order and that they would buff it. I would not recommend this business to anyone I know.

No appointment needed Windows are very affordable did an amazing job on window tint and got everything done in a timely manner for as busy as they were will definitely use this business for any of my future needs

Had a rock hit my front windshield and left a nickel sized crack. Jose did the repair in 20mins. So had my windshield repaired in less than 24hrs of me contacting him. Recommend Jose for a rock chipped windshield saved me the cost of replacing the whole windshield.

Since I got windshield replaced, my Mercedes is making whistling/ air leaking noise. I have been to their shop 4 times. Technicians JJ told me he will try to seal and if issues persists they will reinstall windshield. For persistent issue when I took back technician took for ride and could not figure out source of noise though he could hear it. Later manager told me it is not due to their poor workmanshipThis manager does not speak English at all. I am not sure they require license for this job or not and if so how he got it. He also told with Interpretor help that it’s not decision of their technician whether to change windshield or not. Apparently it was my job to figure out who has what authority at their shopDo not waste time and money at their shopEach time u go u will wait for 2 hours and they do not make appointments

Took my car in today for a new windshield. I can hear whistling from air coming in the car. Left my car very dirty, and broke by glove compartment, when you open it, it just opens all the way and everything falls out of it. Why where they in the glove compartment to put a new windshield? Idk. I know it was fine because when I dropped it off I took my stuff out of it just to be safe, when I got home to put my stuff back in I noticed it was broken.

Very good took it in was advised maybe 1-1.5hr wait and not more than 10 mins later a good man took it in the shop and did what I asked in little time I will be going back in the future.

They told me I can drop my car off and it will be done in two hours. Well two hours later I came back and they hadnt even got started and told me if I bring it back some other time I can get a 25 dollar discount. Very poor service.

It took them over 7 hours to fix my windows and tint them I guess since I was the 1st one here Ill be the last one out. They moved my car to the back of the work line....

They say windshield repair takes 2 hours within here for over 2 and a 1/2. I let them know when I got here at 12:30 that I need would need to be gone by 2:30 I drove over 2 hours to make an appointment in Oklahoma City and thought that they would have enough time to do what they need to do and I could get to my appointment but NO.You would think if they knewthey didnt have enough time they would at least let me get to my appointment and then return back to have the windshield install instead of my car sitting without a windshield for over an hour.🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

These folks came out and replaced my windshield in a work truck we purchased. The installer was professional, on time, and informative. I had a small issue with a headliner, called them back, he came out promptly and fixed the issue. Good service is hard to find these days, and these folks have surpassed my expectations, and their price was very fair. Will certainly use again and recommend them to everyone.

Said it would take an hour and a half but only took like 1 hour.Price was a lot less then expected.I took the kids for a walk into stores that were nearby overall great experience.

On top of being rude and short tempered They tried to tell me that bubbles were normal in my tint and that they won’t spread before I even pulled out of the garage. I would go to get a glass replaced but as far as a tint job forget about it

*********************WARNING********************Went to get my windshield replaced on 8/1. Did a good job but left broken glass everywhere. Meh, no biggie. Got down the road and noticed my side mirror was off and went to adjust. Thats when I noticed the mirror adjust knob and the housing had been pushed through. Called at 6:06 pm, they were closed, which was weird, because I was just there. Called the next morning and they said bring it in and well fix it. Brought it in, the employee who fixed my window came out, looked at it, fiddled with it, then said he couldnt fix it and had other work to do. Went back inside and asked to speak with the manager, the lady at the desk said he wasnt there, she tried calling him. No luck. I said Ill call back and asked for his name, Gustavo....last name? ......and she actually said this.......Were not allowed to give his last name....I said, What?....she said, Were not allowed to give his last name. Let me get this straight, you own a business in OKC, and a customer asks for the manager and youre not allowed to give out his name????? She told me no, but shed have the other technician look at it. They came back and said it was fixed, YAY! NOPE! I get in and they had obviously glued it in. There was dried glue all over the console. No, we didnt glue it. Now my right side mirror will not adjust, and theres glue all over my mirror adjust. But hey, my windshield is fixed...STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS

Nice staff. My complaint would be they told me a hour but took a hour 35 minutes and still wasnt finished. I had to ask regarding my rear view mirror, pikepass and some accessories where not reattached. I had to get to an appointment in Norman by 2:15 and didnt make it since it took longer than I was told.Like having a new windshield and they werent messy with the process.

Had windshield replaced. They asked me about sensors prior to replacement. When windshield was completed my windshield wiper rain sensor no longer works. I called and was told they don’t have the equipment to calibrate it. This should have been discussed prior to me having this job completed. I also had the eyebrow tint put back on and they used one that is so low it obscures my line of sight. It is so dark I cannot even see traffic signal colors.

Use to be the place to go to but the lady in the front desk is rude and not professional at all. Also got my window tinted by them a while back and I called to tell them they left air bubbles on my tint. Automatically they blame me for it. After calling them 15 min after my tint was done. Zero stars for sure.

This is the second time Ive got a windshield replaced here and they told me were cheapest theyre very fast and professional!

Good work but not on time

My fiance decided to take my car in to get my windows tint while i was work, he went up there at 9am and when he got there he was told only a hour and half, so i decided to give him a call around 11am and he was still there, i called up there to get my car check and i was told by the supervisor that they only needed to do the back window. so i continued to wait here goes 1pm and i called them and the supervisor which was a lady told me that the had two appointments in front of me, which i was never the first time called. i have always taken them my cars and this the last time i will be back. Also while on the phone the lady act like she didnt care that my fiance has been up there sitting for 4 hours. Im all about customer service because i mange a place now. The worst ever and will not be returning.

Did not do a good job at all!!!...Bring a car in and get a service right a ways, after an hours, the two windows tins were completely done, but They looked awful, the firm did not lay well, a lot of dirty was trapped inside the firm ....requesting him to redo again, but the job was not improved much, it seem he did not have much experience.... very disappointed...

When i came into the place to get my windshield replaced we complained because our window sometimes malfunctions and the men in the shop broke the window completely and then made me pay $45 to roll it back up and now the window no longer functions at all. 0/10 go to a different shop.
