The yard is well organized and clean, especially compared to other you pull it yards. All the vehicles are catalogued so that they are easy to find. This location used to have some employees that obviously didnt care about their job and were down right rude, but lately I havent seen any of those employees and they have hired new people with much better customer service.
LKQ is a really clean place for being a salvage yard. The main building is always well maintained and I always like saving money on car parts. I had to get a fuel pump for my wifes 2015 Altima. I paid like 40 bucks for it and if I bought it brand new from Nissan it would have been around $750.00 and I also got a part for my dads truck. Spent $80 total. But as far as salvage yards go LKQ is my top choice. Usually have good quality vehicles to search through and very friendly staff. Good job guys keep up the great work!!
Its a great place .if you are a car guy.good prices, good people, if you dont ask for a list of the car you are looking for. O hell you can walk around all day. O all the prices are listed on your phone. Also a complete list of all cars .and what row there on . A great savage yard.
Its a car parts yard, not much to say. Good pricing, always keep up on their stock, way better than ordering off ebay. The people are also friendly as long as youre cool to them. Have to say its my favorite yard in OKC and they usually have the better stock.
The price is very reasonable and this location has some of the better selection of the a vehicle to choose from
I loved the print out they gave me for compatible and the row & space #
Excellent staff. Excellent service. Years of making people happy. Thanks LKQ!!!
Well these folks are making money hand over fist, but they wont offer to give you a free pass the next time you come after you have paid $3 admission to go out in their yard& not find the part youre looking for, its all about greed!!!!
NOT the great yard it once was. charged for full door when it was only shell (no glass, no panel, no mirror) he couldnt find door shell on screen! had to tell them to remove Warantee (should be offered option) and yard is a mess! never used to be so trashed. seems to only be about profits not service.
I thought this place was really cool, first time I ever been. Just a few tips of advice.....be ready to walk, get dirty and dusty. Take your time cause you will find the part you need just gotta be patient. Also grab a cart cause it comes in handy, also the two girls at the front desk/ entrance/ check out are awesome and nice. Nice job ladies!
Nice staff. Reasonable prices
Sing up for the car alert theyll let you know when new car is in
Have whatever you could need at reasonable price and are very helpful
The staff was very pleasant and helpful, the layout of the lot is easy to navigate, and the prices are decent.
Worst prices had a used radiator marked 20 dollars over a new price on rockauto and double the price of pull apart. Cashier got mad when I said something about it and was rude afterwards. They are the pawn shop of auto parts I would expect a radiator sitting in a scrap yard to run about 30ish dollars not 80
Nothing bad to say about it, however on days as hot as it is they should have someone drive the yard with water and just make sure people havent passed out from the heat!!! Next time Im letting my husband go all by himself. Unless its fall. LoL
Good parking, nice staff, expansive inventory, reasonable prices.
They didnt stand behind the price online, jacked the price after I already had pulled my part and then wanted to be rude.
Lady on the phone today had a terrible attitude because she had to do her job! Id rather go to pull a part.
Buyer beware - theyll tack on the optional extended warranty to jack the prices up, especially on smaller (AKA cheaper) parts. They dont ask, so be ready to have to tell them you do not want it, or expect to pay anywhere from 15-30% extra. Really sh*tty business practice for the checkout. Check-in folks are kind and helpful though. Figures.
Cheap parts got alot to pick from all around good place to get used parts
There pricing has gone up so much that I think Ill just stick with pull a part
Bad service and expensive too mach... I pay for 1 front bumper $110.00...
Very organized salvage yard.
Will charge for un wanted warranty without asking. Fight with you to refund, rude staff. Higher prices than other yards $3 just to walk through the doors.
Poorly organized, way overpriced, wanted $32 for a broken drivers side mirror that you can get new for $45 online. Waste of time and energy. I basically paid $3 to go in get hot, dirty, and disappointed.
Wish pull a part had just a little bit better selection of parts, only get from LKQ if they dont have what i need, pull a part is 1 half the price of LKQ also
Great place you have to walk a lot but lot of cars to look at.
I got charged an optional extended warranty of everthing I purchased. Actually multiple times because I forgot to ask them that I did not want it. Completely backwards if you ask me. Plus how do I get a extended warranty on a wiring pigtail. I alone have paid about 75 dollars in extended warranties and just didnt realize it til I got home. Not going back.
Have more newer vehicles. As long as you know what your looking for, you can find it. Good place to get parts at a reasonable price
I had a good experience here. 3$ admittance, go get what you need and buy it.
Honestly they gouged me on the asking me if i actually wanted the warranty on the parts i got. On what i was told o the phone the morning i went, i was charged an extra 250 dollars plus they were attempting to tell me that after around 3 1/2 hours of pulling the parts that i would have to wrap up my parts with plastic put my name on it and leave it at the door to come back tomorrow and have possibly who knows show up and CLAIM my parts as theirs... I THINK NOT.
Love it, best place in the world.
Well- organized and reasonably priced
Charged me $17 for an optional warranty I didnt need and didnt even tell me they were charging for it. Tried getting my money back but they would only do that by doing a full refund and re-purchase, which means I lose my first $6 environmental fee and also have to pay a 2nd one. They wouldnt just refund the $17 for the warranty I never wanted.Scammy business and poor management.
One of the cleanest salvage yards youll visit, very helpful and friendly staff as well
This place is great to get used parts. People are really nice.
There is so much to choose from. We were looking at seats for a pick up. We found some but decided to wait.
Not impressed over priced
It was real great I know how to exactly what I needed and I got a wide selection that pretty misses everybody needs
Lkq what ?? Auto parts not for me or my customers I own an auto repair business and no parts here
They paid $395 for my 05 Altima that had a blown engine
I dont like grouping cars together...but if you use your smart phone you can find the cars. Check in took 5 minutes she ask me if I was just me or was I paying for someone else. There was no one else and she was snotty when processing card. Thanjs for the hand wash. Cars are too high on stands
Lots of parts to pick at not as organized as I would prefer but I got what I came out for.
Easy to find part.
Closed 1 hr before listed time. Wasted 1 hr round trip.
The lady that helped me was outstanding
Be careful!!!! They charge you extended warranty, with out asking!!!!
Been here 3x before five like they ask and the doors are still locked so if you want parts get here at 4 or sooner
Find what I needed just wish they had my make and model all in the same spot other then that it was a great place to go find my parts.
This is got to be the worst place to buy parts Ive never been to, the ladies at the checkout counter do not know the prices and when you ask about the prices They cant tell you what the prices are for. so you go to get a refund and re by the part andthe parts are more without the warranty then they were with the warranty
Good experience. They had several of my vehicle. All had plenty of useable parts. They remove cars that have been picked over hard.
Have the parts I need a lot of the time. Some parts I can buy new for what they charge especially with a core charge on almost everything.
I give it 2 stars for being less than average place Because when I called on the phone I was quoted price And when I checked out I paid another. This is not the first time this has happened either.Price if the itemPlus taxPlus corePlus warranty
Cheap self service used parts
I went for a specific part on a car and it showed online that they had it but then when I got there they didnt. I understand when people come and take things first and all but it seems like it should be updated online or something. Not only did I waste my time but I had to pay to go in and find nothing withing 30 seconds of being there. It just seems like there should be some kind of way to tell you before you pay to go.
Easy access to parts and mapped out perfectly!!
Easy to find car locations
Good ppl
The staff is awesome, check their inventory before you go....Great Prices.. better than bass pro
Unless you know exactly what your looking for and can pick a needle out of a Haystack. Its a good hour to find exactly what your looking for. The organization map online is nothing like what they have anymore. Its more of a salvage bucket. Disorganization eveywhere... and mostly late 80s models and newer and alot of imports and chevys
Very nice and attentive. Secretary was polite and clearly made sure I understood every detail of my transaction with them.
Never going back to lkq unless I absolutely have to. Full on scam pricing. Muffler is $16.24 on the website with a $2 core. Exhaust pipe is 2.90 per foot. My receipt says the muffler is 23.55 with a 2.50 core and he added a warranty to the exhaust pipe without asking or marking it. So before tax it should have only been $33.24. Before tax, warranty, core and environmental fees it is $38.05 with a total of $51.57 afterwards.
The entry fee and prices on parts are both higher than the other self service salvage yard in town, but their selection is usually very good. Their app also makes it possible to receive a notification when a vehicle enters the years that youre interested in. Its good to have more than one choice to buy used auto parts.
Pay attention to their return policies, they will find sketchy excuses not to refund your money and it doesn’t matter what you say or if you have a receipt or not. I’m gonna make a complaint with consumer protection agency.
A bit of hard work involved in pulling parts, but a good amount of inventory to pull from. Fair prices and the 4 things Ive pulled have all been good, running, and working.
Ill admit, after reading some of the reviews about LKQ, I had my guard up before I even walked in the door. To my surprise, the staff was very friendly and didnt have any issues with part pricing at check out (even had a 40% off weekend special too). It helps to do your homework first (finding the specific location/row of the cars you want to pick at) from their website. To top it off, I stopped by on a Sunday afternoon two hours before they closed. Will definitely stop by there again.
If I could rate a -0 I would. Walked in and multi employees. NO SIGNS ANYWHERE saying pay soon as you walk in the building. NO SIGNS saying what is or is not allowed to be worn on property. The short cubby lady in the blue shirt was EXTREMELY rude, cursing and demanding payment for us just entering the building. Had not even stepped foot near the doors to even look for what was needed. Claimed she was the only one there when clearly others in the same area. Then proceeded to tell us we had to pay to leave the building. How are you going to charge someone for trying to leave when they are verbally assaulted by the employee!! Very rude and honestly will never go back. Was first time ever in LKQ and if this is how it’s ran I’m glad we left. Can not do business with a company that allows their employees to not harass the customers.
I tried to get a distributor cap and rotor for a 98 honda civic and these fools tried charging me $53.00 for it! You can buy a brand new one online for $60.00. Pull a part would have sold it for $3.00 if they had any. Do not go here and waste your precious time and pay full price for old parts. Terrible place, prices, and people.
No phone service, No 1 answers phone
To overpriced on used parts. That you have to pull yourself.
If youre looking for doors, trunks, hoods etc dont waste your money from in to look. Whomever operates the forklift that places the cars seems to be making a point of driving forks into all the body panels. Seriously, you can walk down the isles and see nothing but forklift destroyed parts.
Honest Business. I would recommend anyone selling a car to go here before calling someone else to tow it away for a small amount of cash.
So frustrating. I knew they had a vehicle with a part I needed, so I packed up my tools and cart and headed there. I arrived 15 minutes before closure, and the clerk was disgusted that I bothered her and refused to let me in the yard. Too close to closing, come back tomorrow. Totally insolent and indifferent. Rotten customer attitude, and now based on other reviews, not sure they would have honored their web price for the part I sought. Worthless. Go elsewhere. If they dont want to admit customers into their yard within a certain proximity to their closing time, this should be clearly stated on their website, eg Last admission to yard 30 minutes prior to closure. It would have saved me a wasted effort in packing tools and driving to their yard.As a closure to this, I found the part I needed at another salvage yard, and their staff was very appreciative of the business.
Online inventory makes it easy to find the parts I need!
I quite enjoyed my experience here and how the staff treated me well
Great selection of vehicles to choose from!
Honestly I cannot believe how rude they were to me here. The lady at the register had an attitude because I was unsure of their process. Refused to greet us upon entrance, ignores us, then proceeded to get loud and hateful to us inside the lobby. I wouldnt go back to this place if they paid me to. Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever encountered in any industry.
Prices are very reasonable and they have a good selection. The service is pretty slow but its totally understandable especially on big sale days like today. They also offer a military discount and have an app that will let you know when the car that you need parts for has arrived. I would highly recommend!
Online inventory is a joke! Part was listed and I tried to call and confirm but no way to contact people at the actual location. Drove an hour one way and walked way back in the yard dragging tools only to find the part wasn’t there. Be prepared to have your time wasted.
Very friendly and helpful. Very good customer service make you want to go back
Busy as expected but good
Had to call corporate on a guy today for raising a price way more then he should have and getting an attitude with me when i told him his pricing was incorrect.
Its definitely got what you need just to far to walk
The yard is laid out well.
The entrance fee of $3 is reasonable. Parts are really overpriced considering that you have to find and pull them yourself, with no guarantee that youll find what you need. Service was mostly ok, but they refused to refund me full price on an extra part I returned after buying it just 2 days ago and not modifying it at all. I literally made the part more valuable through the free labor of pulling it off of the car for them and they wouldnt even refund my full purchase price.
Just had my car picked up this morning. Very fast and friendly service. Thank you so much for making letting go of a car i love so easy.
They say they closed at 5 but they dont let you in at 4:30 and they tell you its close
They were awesome couldnt find the part anywhere but they had it and the ppl were great 👍
LKQ is a joke on their website it says theres free admission and theyre charging you when you get there nowhere else and LKQ Corporation salvage yard do they charge you any money it is free in every other state and its only Oklahoma that theyre charging you when it says free admission
They have changed the way the cars are now they have all the American care together and it’s hard to find the part you want! You have to search from one side of the side yard to the other side to find what you want!!! I will not be back will be going to Pullaparts from no on!!
The cars are never where they say they are on their website. I spent more time searching for them than pulling parts. Also the prices are a little high sometimes just as much as a new part, but if you need a part like a drive shaft that costs $400 new then you can pick one up for $50. You have to be careful and shop around to make sure you are getting a good enough deal for your trouble. They will also try to rip you off, exercise caution when dealing with them. For instance, I bought shoulder harness belts from them for my Jeep, & the lady @ the counter tried to charge me for the buckles separate. She kept insisting they were lap belts, & not included in the harness assembly. After arguing for 30 min I left without the buckles & called their cooperate office, who confirmed that they were trying to rip me off. I went back to discover that they had thrown my buckles away! I had to dig in a junk pike for an hour & only found 3 out of 4 buckles. They would not refund my money for the incomplete harness. Shady place, be careful.
Work
Not enough newer rides available for parts
Dont like that they dont tell you what they are charging you for. Example I bought a wiper arm did not know I was going to get charged 1.99 for the wiper. I would have taken it off of the arm if I would have known that. Also they charge cores on weird items.
Ask $3 to get in, ruff area and ruff croud. Doesnt give correct directions.
Complete FRAUDS. Bait and Switch! Their website CLEARLY states bucket seats are less than $30 each. Went in and found a pair I liked and took them to the counter. The lady tried to charge me almost $200 for them!!! I told her, no your website states that they are $28. She said I dont care, this is the price. So they are baiting people in with FAKE low prices listed on their website, then trying to charge more than 3 times than what is listed for the parts. Another guy went through right in front of us with a pair of bucket seats and she did the same thing to him. Clearly, what they are counting on is that once you go through all of the hassle of taking the parts out, that they can charge you more and youll just go along with it because you need the part and youve already spent all this time out there doing the work. Needless to say we told them to stick their seats where the sun doesnt shine. So did the guy in front of us (good for him!). YOU CANNOT TRUST THIS PLACE!!!! They are baiting you in with fake prices that they do not intend to honor. That is called FRAUD. It is also false advertising. I sincerely hope that these people do this to a lawyer and he takes them to court. I will NEVER go back to this place ever again. You would be wise not to as well.
