This location has poor customer service.Went in to ask for a part at the location off Reno and May. The man working greeting was “it’ll be a few minutes” then produced to stock and pull items through out the store. A woman with purple hair was also at the front and never greeted us and proceeded to stock as well. We waited close to 10 minutes without ever being spoken too. Both employees ignored the store phone when it rang. We left after that and called the location on Rockwell and Reno and received great customer and received the information we needed in a few moments.

This place have parts no body else has. Custumer Service is good I recommend

Thank goodness for NAPA and their well knowledgeable staff! After spending a day looking for studs for a 2005 Dodge Grand Caravan I was at a loss. Went to Auto Zone, OReillys and Advance Auto Parts to no avail. They kept giving me the wrong parts. So the next day I went to NAPA and Marco (sales clerk) took care of me at first try! A job that should take all of 20 minutes, actually took that long after receiving the correct parts! Im so thankful for the pleasant experience and would definitely recommend NAPA for all your auto needs!

Call the store first before you go pickup online order. I ordered online, and went to the store 2 hrs later. They said they dont have a part. No email, call or anything. I wasted 40 mins.

The staff here has been very helpful. I know nothing about cars, but I havent felt they were taking advantage of me.

I walked in here late on Friday night for a fuel filter that I needed to install the following morning. This place is clean and well lit. The employees were all super helpful and I was in and out of there in less than 5 minutes. I will definitely be back in the future.

If I could give less then 1 star I would. I bought 2 headlights for my car from this store and they sold me the wrong ones. Took them back and they would only return one of the headlights because the other box was open. Their customer service is horrible. They didnt say sorry or try to rectify the situation only offered The correct bulb. The correct bulb was $120 dollars. Found it online for $20 dollars. Its unfortunate because I only came to this store because Ive come here before and they were friendly and kind. Now, however I am met with indifferent attitudes and unfriendly service because I had an issue.

The people behind the counter could tell I just needed to buy 3-4 gallons of rotella, but one sat there for twenty minutes just talking to a guy about misc stuff not even looking up parts and the other was looking up some parts at least but neither would take a break not even the one who was just blabbing. I like napa but not now.

I like this NAPA always friendly and have what you want. If they dont and it has to be ordered, theyll sure point you in the right direction to help you get a part fast.

Napa is an auto parts store that has been around for a long time. They sell parts for all makes and models of American cars, and they can find you the correct part in just minutes. Every time I have gone there, they have always had the correct part and were always courteous and helpful. If you need car parts, Napa is a great place.
