The only new vehicle I have ever owned in my life is my 97 Dodge Ram and I credit Car Doctor as a huge factor in why Im still driving it in 2021 and will be for a lot more years to come as they have been my go to for vehicle maintenance and repairs for close to 15 years now.They have also done a great job keeping my other used vehicles Ive owned over the years in great working condition.Mike and Brian have always done a great job of explaining what needs to be done to maintain and repair my older vehicles and will even let me know how critical a repair may be and if it needs to be done immediately or not to help me budget the cost.

I’ve been coming to Car doctor since 2016 or so and they have always been upfront and very professional with their business. Every time I bring a vehicle to them they are fast and get it done right the first time and have a 2 year/24k mile warranty on their services, if you haven’t tried them yet then I highly suggest it as I have tried over dozens of mechanics in okc/Moore/Norman and nothing comes close to their professionalism or knowledge as mechanics

This business was thorough and very knowledgeable about my vehicle. They went the extra mile to make sure I understood and provided detailed information for me to make decisions on how/what to do to fix my car.

Their Google reviews look highly curated so I didnt trust them going in, but I left happy.I called around noon on a Monday, asked if I could get the AC in my car fixed and talked to Brian. They asked its just not blowing cold? I said yes. They asked if I could drop it off and they could get it done by the end of the day. I dropped it off by 12:30 and asked if they could also replace a handle. It had broken awhile back and I bought the part and hadnt gotten to fixing it myself in over a month. They said maybe since they dont normally do that.I got a call back at about 3:30 saying it was done. Went and picked it up. Said AC was just low on freon, didnt see any leaks but said to bring it back if it quits again. That was $80 which was cheaper than I was expecting, but I never asked for a quote up front. They did replace the handle and made sure everything around it was in working order and charged me a fair labor fee.I took it on a road trip to Dallas this weekend to be sure, but yes, the AC blows colder than I ever remember it.I really appreciated that they are still practicing COVID precautions and are doing a better job than most local businesses. The entire transaction was contactless and I never needed to step with 6ft of anyone even while paying.

When I took my car into CarDoctor I didn’t know what to expect because as a single woman sometimes we get taken advantage of on prices .I have found some think we don’t know anything about a car and they use it to their advantage .But I was very well pleased with the friendliness and the service . It was all done in a very timely manner and the price was much much cheaper than what I expected I will definitely be taking my car back if I ever have any problems and I would highly recommend it to anyone else

Extremely professional, no upselling, super clean shop. I will continue to use Car Doctor for all of my automotive issues. I have always experienced anxiety when having to take my vehicle in for repairs due to not being able to trust what I was being told and half way through the process another issue comes up costing me twice as what I was originally quoted. With Car Doctor I was quickly notified what the issue was and they never pressured me about it and in the end they resolved the issue and the cost was almost $20 less.

Ive brought my Expedition in here twice so far. The first was a AC repair that the Ford dealership failed to fix multiple times and these got got it right the first time. I deducted one star because they did leave a wire connection hanging out of the interior that I had to put back when I replaced the turn signal later. The signal wasnt their fault, it just got old and broke.This last repair was a starter that quit when I was on my way out of town and stranded me at a 7-11. I called and they had a wrecker get my truck while I went on to work, and they just added the toe bill to my bill. It was fast and convenient. They had the starter fixed that day and its back on the road. Overall, I would highly recommend them and plan on using them in the future.

I dreaded the day that I had to find an engine mechanic after moving to Oklahoma City nearly 5 years ago. This week my engine overheated, so that day finally came.Upon reading Car Doctors sterling Google reviews, I decided to take it here. I was still nervous because I know Google reviews can be bought or biasly solicited to happy customers only.Guess what?! Car Doctor lived up to its awesome reputation!Not only did Brian walk me through the issue on my 2003 Toyota Camry (160k miles), I felt like the price was fair. It was $150 for:- Cooling system test- Reinstallation of upper hose- Drain & refill of cooling system- Pressure tested (1 hr) for leaks- Identification of check engine light cause (no-charge)- Multi-point inspection (no-charge)- One hour of testing and tank top-off- And a much-needed oil & filter changeSure, Im elated that it was inexpensive to fix, but I believe that he is an honest mechanic on pricing. Heres why:Brian and Mike provided me with a complimentary inspection of work that my car needed alongside an itemized quote. There were no high-pressure sales tactics used against me to follow-through on these less emergent recommendations. I will say that he quoted me about $200 less on a rear strut assembly replacement than the national chain tire shop I use.Overall, Im glad I finally found my mechanic in Oklahoma City. There are too many horror stories out there. Thanks, Car Doctor Team!!!

Highly recommend went here cause I was having problems with my steering wheel and my odometer wasn’t working. They fixed my front control arm bushings and did a wheel alignment didn’t know I needed those done and going back to get my cluster fixed asap. My car is driving much better now and I highly recommend everyone to go here.

The Car Doctor did a great job on my water pump. A friend recommend them to me because he has used them for 15 years. I will definitely tell people to use them for car repair. They do all kinds of car fixing other than just water pumps. I had 4 different places tell me they wouldnt touch my water pump. I called The Car Doctor and Brian said bring it on in. I am very pleased with the cleanliness of the lobby and their professionalism.

My truck needed to be re wired or at least find the short in the wiring. I searched online. The only thing I found was Car Doctor under wiring. They were courteous, fast and they did exactly what we agreed. AND they were cheaper than the quotes price we agreed to. I will definitely be returning to them when I need them. Wow! My son has been bringing his SmartCar to this mechanic for years. Me? I always went to the dealer for my Chevrolet Malibu. Based on my son’s recommendation I brought my car here for a simple oil change. 1st impression? The place is spotless! Clean taken to a new level. They have non-nonsense COVID-19 procedures in place. I’m in a vulnerable group and I LIKED it! The workmanship? Perfect. Even the oil gauge was reset to 100%. They inspected the entire vehicle. Better than that? They didn’t try to ‘sell’ me a thing. Lastly-the cost? Exactly what they quoted which was comparable to the dealer. But-cleanliness, protection, workmanship & cost will have me returning to them for all my automotive needs in the future.

My vehicle wouldnt start to take to the appt. The shop got a tow truck out to pickup my vehicle and had it up and running within a couple of hours.

I took my truck in for a ticking noise, they told me it was my spark plugs that just needed to get torqued, and a day later (when i got around to it) my truck was fixed! Thanks guys😁 it also only costed $20 in labor, and $20 for some oil they added.

Ive gone here multiple times now and I can confidently say that this is one of the better car mechanics that you can go to in the OKC area, if not all of Oklahoma. Ive been in two times now to fix a gas fume valve and to have a look at a misfiring piston. The prices that they gave me were fair in comparison to that a standard pricing manuals. The people working here are not trying to pull the wool over your eyes like any other mechanic Workshop.
