We tried for 3 years to get our former service to update the contacts. They were calling people who moved away to tell them when the alarm went off instead of the updated call list! Globelink has been great and very communicative.

I am very satisfied with the installation, the setting up the system on my cellphone, and the placement of everything. I have slept like a baby from that night on. My grandson accidentally forgot the alarm was set and triggered it to go off and the security team contacted me within seconds to make sure everything was alright, but they didnt take my work for it I had to provide my safe word. I can check on my home when Im away from it or even check my cameras on my phone from my bed. Totally worth the investment for peace of mind.

We were a customer of ADT for nearly 14 years. As time passed, the system, inevitably, started to faulted. The system became unusable due to it triggering for no reason. To get the repairmen to come out, ADT would charge us $100. Global link was the answer to that problem with a more competitive monthly rate. A prayer answered and we were once again able to use our alarm system.

They were very quick, knew what they were looking at and what they were doing. Tech was clean, neat & courteous. Was told by other security companies that I would never find a monthly monitoring cost for anything less than $49.00 month for a wireless system....boy, are they wrong. Price was just what I was looking for!

I recently got a new security system installed at my home and Globelink definitely offered the best deal I could find. I shopped around quite a bit and no other place beat their prices, specially because they had a really good deal going for the month of November. The whole process was very easy and straightforward. Bill was very helpful and did a good job answering all my questions without overwhelming me with information. He was also able to squeeze my install on a day that was convenient for me, which was phenomenal. The installer did a super job as well. Jason, the technician, that came out did great workmanship and showed me everything I needed to get up and running immediately! Not only great service but no one can beat their prices! I would give 5 stars for the customer service that I received from Bill as he was very responsive and knowledgeable about the equipment. The install I would give significantly less. The technician was 2 hours late from the expected time, which my appt was on a Saturday so I thankfully didn’t have to take off work. When installing the main panel I showed the tech the where I wanted it, pointing on the wall. But when he installed it, he put it higher putting it directly behind a cabinet door I use every day and not verifying before installing. Due to this I needed him to move it which he was very accommodating of, however now I have 3 holes to patch in the wall above the panel. Very inconvenient something that should have never happened.Overall I am satisfied, just make sure you ask the right questions prior to install to know that the equipment will do what you want. I didn’t do this and expected something different, but have adjusted and tried to make the best of it. I would recommend GSS though as the rates they offer are very comparable without huge up front equipment costs like many other companies I talked to.

The company was easy to get things set up with an existing system. However it was not communicated to us prior that Globelink would be contracting the services to a different company. They do not monitor the systems themselves. They sell your contract to a third party company. This shouldve been communicated prior to the tech coming to the house. The set up fee ended up being $22 higher than I was quoted over the phone. We are happy with the service so far, just wish they were more transparent up front.

I only wish Bill had sold me the wireless smoke detector monitoring as well. I had not heard of this until enlightened by the installation Tech. Getting set up with Globelink was a breeze. Everything is spelled out on the website, and theyre quick to answer any questions that come up. They also go over everything before the contract is signed. Installation was completed in about 2 1/2 hours, and Im almost certain the tech worked past his normal quitting time just to ensure everything was finished in one visit. Based on reviews from their longer-term customers, we should be very pleased going forward.Two things to keep in mind:(a) Check with your city government ahead of time see if you need a permit. Oklahoma City, for one, requires a permit.(b) Their 36-month main packages are set up for homeowners only. Renters pay an activation fee and go month to month. Thats noted on the packages section of their website.

Bill Davey is by far one of the most customer service oriented people in the home security marketplace. He is always available to answer questions and adjusts to my schedule. The technician that installed my system was efficient and professional. He stayed late and came early the next day to ensure that the system was completed and functioning properly.

They sold my account to some random company. I am so unhappy. Do not deal with these guysI had two accounts with them. Only because I wanted to work with a local company, $33.99 for each account. They added an insurance which I DID not authorize, and hey have been charging me $5 a month on each account for the past two years. I will never deal with Globalink and I will be sure to tell anyone and everyone I know to stay away from them. I talked my in laws and another family into signing with them, my in laws are coming on renewal and I told them already to switch and I will do so as soon as my contract is up. Bill Davey, the way you sold all the accounts was a terrible way to make some quick buck and all the bad word of mouth will catch up to you

Great company to use! I live in an area where their normal SIM card they use in their systems did not get very good reception. Therefore, I had some issues after it was installed. After speaking with them they had someone out within the week to switch the SIM card in my system to one that worked better for my area. No problems since and they are always quick to call when my alarm goes off ( I tend to forget its set ). 😄
