Incredibly knowledgeable, informative, kind, and helpful. Ive never had such a great experience anywhere else.Went in with my presumably dead battery, they not only said they would charge it but they will check to see where the drain is in the car!!!! I did not personally purchase my battery here, a friend did, and it was a quick in, out, and on my way with high hopes. Thank you guys.

I bought two batteries in this location and they only worked for 2 weeks according to 90 day guarantees and it is a lie do not waste your time take my receipts and batteries and they did not want to change them they only gave me excuses I went twice and the same only lies are those people . I will not buy batteries there again. also the manager was very despotic even laughed at me I felt very offended.😔

I have bought batteries here for years and loved them until they got me for $40.00 in core charges because I lost my receipt. I will never go back, even if it costs more money to go somewhere else. Sad day. Why have a computer system if you cant track your sales? This is the 20th century. Time to go back to school or something. You lost a loyal customer with a huge family and friend base. I told everyone to buy from you all. Now, it all stops. Very unfortunate.

They have great prices on new batteries with good warranties. Took a total of 15 minutes to take battery out and put new battery in and also go inside and purchase the new battery. This is the second battery that I have bought from this company and I have been very satisfied with their service and their prices.

Not only are their prices very competitive but their customer loyalty is outstanding. Something you don’t see often. I had a battery issue and they handled far better than I had hoped.

This was an old time experience for me, Im 63 yrs old and I went to buy a new battery after having to get a jump, I asked if I could change it in the parking lot, he said sure even loaned me the tools to do it, after trying to get the striped out bolt this man whos Dad started the company came outside and saw my problem goes back in store comes back out with corrosion spray and went to work he ended up having to cut the battery cable and replacing the mount, after at least 45 min or an hour WHILE DRESSED IN HIS NICE CLEAN CLOTHES HE WAS DRIPPING SWEAT IT WAS AROUND NOON AND 95 DEGREES AFTER ALL THAT, TRUCK WOULDNT TURN OVER BECAUSE OF MY STARTER,SO HE WAS GOING TO GET A HAMMER HE SAID HE WOULD CRAWL UNDER MY TRUCK AND TAP ON THE STARTER, I FELT BAD AND DIDNT WANT HIM TO HAVE TO GET ON THE HOT CONCRETE, SO I KEPT TRYING IT WHILE HE WAS GONE TO GET A HAMMER, IT FINALLY STARTED BEFORE HE GOT THE HAMMER WHAT AWESOME SERVICE, VERY VERY MUCH ABOVE AND BEYOND ANYTHING IVE SEEN IN A LONG TIME, AFTER ALL THAT IT WAS ONLY 87.00 I WILL NEVER BUY ANYWHERE ELSE !!! THANKS AGAIN SIR !

Never again. Bought an ATV battery that went bad in less than 10 months. Shipped it back and spent the next 3-4 months trying to get a replacement. No replacement, cant get my old battery back, no refund, and no one will help you. At this point, Im out $100 for battery, Im out about $35 in shipping, AND I still do NOT have a battery. Ive never been so frustrated with a business. Go somewhere else and save yourself a major headache.
