This is my First LEXUS and has been my dream car for many years and I had the best salesman named Earle! The best car buying experience I have had and I have had many over the years! I have always wanted a Lexus and just love, love, love it! Earle let me test drive a few different ones and told me a lot about them he was very knowledgeable about his product he was selling. I am also in sales and by the end of the day Earle had me wanting to adopt him and bring him home with me! My husband said I spoke more about Earle then the car π. He was so sweet, honest, and you believed everything he said because at the end of the day you believed he was a man of his word which is very hard to find these days. When I came in to sign papers Earle was just as helpful. He came right over as soon as he saw me and helped me. I really appreciated that since the sale was already completed. I probably will always buy a Lexus from Eskridge Lexus since they had excellent representation with Earle!

I was very pleased with the service I received from Art and the guys in the service department on the factory recall of the airbag in my 2002 SC430. They did a great job on replacement, the loaner vehicle and they even fill up the my tank with gas. I would highly recommend. Great Job!

Angelo was the service advisor who worked with me .He provided timely update on the service status of my LS430 and did a professional job keeping me informed. Angelo continued to keep me thoroughly informed even though a part needed to complete the job required overnight shipping. To insure I had transportation, Angelo without hesitation arranged a courtesy car overnight. The following day text messages continued until service was done.
Im impressed with the technology available at Lexus and the things they were able to find. Explaining why it needed to be replaced etc. I plan on bringing my car back when ever it needs service. I had a very pleasant experience at Eskridge Lexus. I was able to negotiate price ahead of time (also, the price you see on the website is the price you pay! Every other dealership I talked to tacked on $3000-4000 on top of the price to account for doc fees, etc.). I was in the dealership less than 45 minutes, and walked out with keys in my hand to a vehicle that was gassed and ready to go. Navid was amazing, and very thorough. Eskridge definitely earned a repeat customer here!

Omar was great to work with from start to finish. The most efficient experience for having a recall. I was worried because I live an hour away and this is the closest Lexus dealer, but they were efficient, the loaner car process was easy, and my car was done when promised. They sent me a video of an inspection of my mechanical components that werenβt part of the recall, and after I left I realized the tank on my car had been filled! What more can you ask?

I recently had an altercation with a deer, damaging the front passenger panel, a/c condenser and radiator of my 2016 Lexus RX350. All told, $11k in damages. I had the vehicle taken to Lexus Collision Center with expectations it would be repaired by someone with Lexus experience using OEM parts. I couldnt have been more pleased. My car looks brand new and the communication with Jeremy and Chris was amazing. To top it off, repairs were done by the week following the accident. Highly recommend!!!

Recently purchased a new vehicle from Eskridge. Overall it was a positive experience. The only negative was when I met with the finance guy to finalize the transaction. It bothers me that no one told me that when it came time to actually write the check I would be asked, maybe even pressured, to purchase the extended warranty. The nice man wanted an additional $3000.00 to add some years to the factory warranty and to add protection on the tires. Whenever I feel pressured to purchase anything I automatically say no. Looking back, I wish I had been told that this was part of the deal and that maybe the extended warranty was well worth it. Alas, I did not have time to think it through so I refused.Other than that I am very pleased with the experience. Brian, the salesperson, was great and I would recommend him to anyone.

The overall experience was good but I didnβt like the fact that the service tech told me when I received a loaner that I couldnβt take it for a joy ride and it had a tracker in it. I donβt think he would say that to his Caucasian customers. I am an African American woman with dreads. He assumed that I wouldnβt take care of the car. Talked to me like I was a kid and Iβm a 65 year old woman. I guarantee he donβt talk to 65 year old white women like that. It will be a long time before I go back to the dealer.
I drove 4 hours to trade my vehicle in on a car that I already knew that I wanted at this dealership. My salesman was nice and accommodating, so no complaints there. I received my title from the dealership the following week. I took it to the dmv, only to find out that the mileage was wrong on the title and that I had to overnight it back to the dealership for correction. I was told that it should only take a month to receive the corrected title. I called the Sanford and Edmond tag/title place, where my title was sent. The rude man told me that the title was sent to OK Tax Commission and that itd take 3 months before they scanned it in for correction. I called the OK tax and they have no knowledge of my title being sent there for correction. I STILL do not have my title. It will be 3 months and 5, yes FIVE, temporary tags later, August 28th! This is ridiculous, considering it wasnt my mistake. Ive never had to wait this long for a car title. This has made me wish I kept my original car. Not a good experience.
Eskridge Lexus has serviced my car ever since I bought it new 18 years ago. Im still driving it because of the regular service and maintenance they do. I have had many vehicles in my lifetime but this Lexus has been the best. They do great service and are truthful with you about any repairs that need to be done. They let you know if it is something that needs immediate attention or if it can wait until next service time

Set up an appointment only to be told 45 minutes after I arrived that both the shop manager and service manager said Eskridge couldnβt touch the car until Lexus cleared them to do so. Then I was told I had to call Lexus to arrange for them to check the car. Called Lexus, only to be told some case manager will call me back βwithin the next day or soβ to talk about the issue. Thank goodness the car just passed out of their extended warranty period and I can go to a competent organization to get the car serviced!

When we first walked into the showroom, we were greeted with a warm welcome and a beautiful smile by the young lady behind the counter. Brian, the sales consultant, was easy to work with. He wasnβt pushy or overly aggressive throughout the process. He was patient to show us the different trim lines and packages. They did not have the color and the packages that I wanted, but as soon as the vehicle arrived from the factory, Brian was quick to inform me. Brownie Brimage, the sales manager, was also very friendly and accommodating. For some unknown reason, the warranty I purchased was populated with the wrong name (not mine), wrong telephone number and email address. When I brought it to his attention the next day, he was quick to rectify it. Overall it was a pleasant and easy experience. Very friendly people.

I was really impressed with my service received at Eskridge Lexus in OKC. First of all, Omar was really nice and helped me through the check in process and explained everything thoroughly. Then they gave me a loaner car, and didnβt need me to refill the gas when I returned it. The most amazing thing is they sent me a link during my waiting time. The link was a video that showed my car and what they are doing now, and gave me a detailed video report of whatβs going on with my car. It gave me confidence to know my car is well taken care of. When I went back to pick up my car, they did a car wash for me and even filled up my gas tank. Seriously, what better service can I get? My first negative review in years! First of all, I think this is a quality Lexus sales dealership and also with maintenance services after the sale. I bought a nice Lexus RX for my octogenarian mother. My salesperson, Earl Twigg, was simply sensational. BUT eskridge Lexus made a clerical/admin omission on our title paperwork and NEVER transferred the title in her name nor filed the application. This resulted in penalties with the OKLA state agency when my mother attempted to register her car. Eskridge refused to accept culpability all the way up to the front office (the GM was out of town, so to be fair, Iβll give him/her a chance to right the wrong next week). Understanding that this is the only βLexus dealerβ in OKC, there are few choices unless one travels to Lexus of Tulsa (Iβve had no dealings with them though) or Sewell Lexus in Dallas (which from my experience is a superior dealership - competitive prices and GREAT service). I shouldβve bought my momβs car there but since she lives in OKC, I made the poor assumption that service after the cash sale would be better near her home. I was WRONG! If youβre planning to buy a Lexus, youβll probably be ok buying here - the reviews testify to that. But never again for me! There are far superior optionsβ¦and nearby!

I came in for service due to low tire pressure. I was immediately scheduled an appointment to get it looked at and was even offered a car wash. I loved that they planned on making time for a wash even thought I was essentially a walk in client (I usually have appointments scheduled for service unless its a tire problem). My issue was fixed in a timely manner, which I also greatly appreciated. Christian has assisted me multiple times over the years; he always has a good attitude and is pleasant to work with!

They took great care of me for a repair that was definitely needed. A gentleman named Christian had me all set up. He and the other staff made sure I was very comfortable in a loaner of my choice and made sure I had no extra headaches to worry about, including a pike pass, plenty of gas, and flexible return times. They got my car back to me quickly, and even took the time to vacuum and wash it before I got there. Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable. I just purchased a 2019 ES350 Lexus 7/24/21 and I stopped by this dealership to asked for assistance with operating my car and they totally treated me as if my needs were not important after they discovered my car was not purchased from them. Service has always been good with Eskridge. They got me in quickly because my battery was going out so appreciate that. Turns out the battery was bad and the 3 yr full replacement warranty had expired 10 days ago. I was disappointed they couldnβt give me a break being so close to the date but they were firm. Having said that, they did give me the prorated discount of 50% so that helped absolve some of the sting. Omar was very helpful throughout the process and rushed things along so I could get back to work in time to join a meeting I had scheduled.
Rick was very helpful and very Accommodating customer service is always very outstanding!! This is my 4 th Lexus and this is always the best customer service I receive. This is what makes me come back.

UPDATE:We decided to go back and received great customer service from Earle! Every body involved in the process did a great job and made it a quick and easy transaction. The pre-owned manager Robert took time out during a busy time and made sure that my buddy was well taken care of. Doug, the GM, even came in and greeted us. Steve in finance is super helpful and upfront about everything, so thereβs no guessing game in the process. The initial negative experience was definitely overshadowed by this experience.ββββββββββββββββββA close friend has been working hard to get a car he really liked and wanted. So I take him to this dealership with the expectation of him driving off in the vehicle he spent countless hours researching and finally finding the color he wanted.I thought it was weird that no one came to greet us at the door like any other dealership, even after making direct eye contact with us. Which I didnβt think too much of at first. Maybe our appearance just gave off the βtire kickerβ vibe. Maybe we didnβt look wealthy enough or whatever it is.However, we were looking at a 2017 certified pre-owned vehicle. So when I point out that there are a bunch of scratches on the vehicle, the salesman, proceeded to gripe, βitβs a used car, if you want something without scratches you can always get a new oneβ. I also made a small joke to my friend about how the previous owners must have loved going through the carwash, referring to the circular scratches that was literally all over the vehicle. Of course Sonny comes with a similar remark. It was at this point I really became aggravated.Never mind the fact that Sonny just couldnβt be bothered. He didnβt seem to interested in working a deal, he was just asking half hearted questions that seemed to have the intentions of proving that we werenβt serious inquirers. At least he allowed us to test drive the vehicle, but not before rushing us to hurry up because they are about to close at 7pm on a Monday.In all my years of life, Iβve never heard any salesman focus on closing when a potential deal was in their face. That, for me, was an indication that Sonny didnβt think we were serious.My friend was especially excited about this vehicle, and I for him. He had every intention of getting that thing tonight. Itβs nearly an hour later and Iβm still annoyed by the βcustomer serviceβ that he received.But, itβs okay. Weβre just some dumb young kids wanting to drive βfancyβ cars apparently.I just hope that it was a bad night for Sonny and not what I initially believe it to be.
Christian is truly the best service advisor Eskridge has. He takes a great deal of time talking to us about our cars and cares about our families as well. Heβs thoughtful and goes out of his way to provide the best service possible. One of the reasons I continue to buy from Eskridge is Christian and the service department as well as Curtis in sales.
