Allie was very kind helpful! The washing machines and dryers were clean. The bathroom looked nice and there was pleasant music playing. 10/10.

The washers here are a little bit more expensive than other places (I only use 4 and 5 load washers). However, the dryers make up for that price on the washer. 25 cents per 8 minutes and they dry clothes FAST!!

The best laundromat Ive been to! Its very clean and the staff is super nice! They have no problem answering any questions you may have and the machines work great!

My experience is through the eyes of the Iove of my life one of theyre employees. I want you guys to know she couldnt be happier with her decision, when she dedicated herself to your business. I hear every Monday about how Christina makes her nervous, she says cause thats the boss lady you know and then Christina will do or say something thatll make her smile and laugh says her day is set from there... She absolutely loves her job and co-workers and she tells me that Tom and Christina are two of the best people shes ever met. Super awesome place, all the appliances are in great condition the staff is super nice and the owners were there and just seemed like such wholesome great people . I just came to wash a big blanket, but watching the girls do the laundry service and how precise they are with how they fold and treat peoples clothes makes me want to start dropping my stuff off here. Definetly would recommend to anybody .

Want fast, good, and cheap price highly recommended coming here to drop off clothes. Same day pick up and nicely folded and separated like it should be. Those bags inside my laundry bag guy did a great job.

Another no go. Attendant took my clothes out of dryer before they were dry. Washing machines do not spin long enough so clothes r still too wet and u have to spend more money drying. Dryer gives u 8 minutes. Dryer temp reverts back to warm or cool.

This place is under NEW Management! Tom and his Wife have worked hard to get it clean and user Friendly! The bathroom is AWESOME clean if you have to tinkle while waiting!!! I highly recommend this place bc it is under such Wonderful Management and there is always someone to help you with a machine if it eats your quarters. Great experience and I totally felt Safe while doing my laundry!

I used Totally Klean’s pickup & drop off service today and could not be more pleased with the service I received. They picked up my laundry this morning at 9am (contactless) and everything was returned washed, dried, folded, and bagged by 3pm (also contactless handoff). Will definitely be using their services again!

Not 2 bad cool nice n quiet 6.50 for 5 load 5.25 for 4 load 2.00 for 2 load and 25 cent per 8 minutes 2 dry. O they also have a 3 load for 4.00.This is a update. Since i have been here more then once now i have noticed tht most of the dryers are not working or dont dry your clothes bone dry u hate damp clothes. With tht being said i am n the process of lookin 4 another laundry mat and findin a washer n dryer apartment size i prefer 2 do laundry at home!

Amazing place! I am new to doing laundry at a laundromat. The owner Tom was there and he helped me out alot. Its amazing there I would definitely recommend this place. He was very informative and was patient with me. When I say I put the detergent where the fabric softener goes 🤦🏾‍♀️ it was that bad. Lawd lol. But he helped and put my clothes in another machine to rinse the soap out. Thank God he was there lol. Highly recommend this place. 😊

My sons pants were ripped in his dryers. 2 weeks in a row. I went last night and his dryers ripped two of my work shirts also. When i called him he said that it isnt his problem. I Would not recommend.

Been doing my laundry at #TotallyKlean for about 5 or 6 months now. Never had an issue with any machine. If I did Tom ( store owner/attendant is more than happy to make it right. One of the safest laundromat I been to in OKC, I left my laundry soap by accident one day came back the next and before I could even ask Tom about it he asked me did I lost something yesterday lol 😆 . Multiple cameras with multiple cameras angles. Going back Tuesday and dont plan on missing one.

Dryer T didnt dry my clothes today. My load was the same as every weeks load and I used the same amount of quarters, I just used a different dryer than I usually do.

Although older machines, they do the job very well! My clothes always come out so clean. The dryers cost 25 cents for every 8 minutes while the washers, small load, cost 2.00 and triple load runs 4.00 per load. It is quite reasonable. Plus, it doesnt take long to dry, either, about 30 minutes, or so, depending in how much you put in.If anything happens, the owner, Tom, is there to put in his own money to assist. I have been without power since Oct 26. It has been a great to meet someone who cares, who is also without power, someone who understands. Southside got hit hard. It is good to know there are people like Tom who make this horrible reality a little easier to bear. Thank you, Tom, for everything you do!

This is a pretty good place to get some laundry done. The washers and dryers work well, the folding stations are clear and clean, and the staff are polite and helpful!Also, I accidentally used someone else’s laundry detergent because I was dumb and didn’t know how laundromats work. Don’t make my mistake! Lol

So I rarely go out of my way to leave a review, unless its a bad one; Im hoping the fact that this exists expresses its sincerity. I have been going here for my laundry needs ever since I moved into my apartment in December of 2020, and I have got to say, I have had no reason to go anywhere else. I particularly use their drop off service, wherein its totally hands-off on my part. You simply walk in and have your clothes weighed and are given a price (price is per pound of laundry from my understanding), pay then or at pick-up, and conveniently get a text or call when it is done (which is usually the same day). I think the price is absolutely worth me never doing laundry again (always was and is my most hated chore of adulting). For example, I took two GIANT trash bags of laundry in, one with a lot of towels and a heavier jacket (*important bc of weight*), and paid 18 bucks. Two weeks of laundry washed, folded, socks paired, all of it. For under 20. Dollars. To someone like me, we call that a DEAL. Im seriously impressed by the level of care and meticulous attention to detail they offer. There are a lot of options I didnt mention either, like softener, bleach, etc. I just dont mess with those lol. But typically, 2 weeks of laundry usually costs me 11 to 15 bucks. It was only 18 bc of all the towels and the heavy jacket. If you hate doing laundry, trust youve found the one. If you want to do it yourself, the facility is nice and spacious and the amount of people who use it should be evidence enough that youre in the right place

The old asain lady finally sold this place and the new owner is a really friendly and awesome person. He is already making this place look a thousand times better. No birds, actual lighting, and actual customer service. Its basically a whole new place now so Id say to give it a second chance. The new owner told me he owns another laundrymat so Id say this place is gonna be a real realiable spot.

Lady was extremely rude and had me repeat myself several times when I told her the machine didnt work and looked at me really rude when I tried to tell her that her little boy was cute to try to make things friendly was rude to the other guy that was here washing clothes too.
