They repaired my door to work perfectly and installed an opener. The door was dragging and screeching but now is quiet and smooth. Great service, great people. They also have installed 2 commercial doors for me and they are great.

Clean Legit Work, had an opener installed today while I was at work, they had an opening made the call to reschedule an earlier time if I was available; we were they were on time and polite. Thoroughly went over the door and corrected past company mistakes, touched up wear and tear. A clean install with a nice non-damaged product; owner is a good guy very reasonable and desires to help others gave me a good deal on a slightly used unit. He did not lie great deal and the unit is top notch. From talking to Kevin(who may be an industry expert on the product/service he sells) to figure out what my needs and wants were for the garage doors I was purchasing. Excellent Customer Service at this location! I’ve used Affordable Door Co. for the last 10 years, and each time the service is Outstanding! I contacted Affordable today to purchase a new garage opener, as mine stopped working. But after trouble shooting with Kevin on the phone, he was able to determine the issue was a faulty electrical outlet and not the garage door opener. My garage door unit was working just fine. No charge. How many companies would do that? In my opinion, not very many. Use this Company! Best of the Best, right here!

Kevin was super easy to work with over the phone. Did not try to push for more than I needed. Due to time constraints, on my part, i was added to Friday afternoon. I really appreciated that, especially since his guys were working in the heat of the day. Did not get the installers names, but were very courteous and did a great job. Did a super job on removal and disposal of the old door and opener. Very impressed. Would highly recommend.

These guys are great, Kevin was extremely helpful and walked me through every option and helped me make the best cost effective decision for me. He is very knowledgable and really looks out for the customer. They came and installed a custom commercial garage door at a very reasonable (affordable just like the name) price. Not to mention that the door looks and works great and the install was done very cleanly and precise. They future proofed my door as well because he said I will probably want to add an opener later on and I did so when I they installed the door they did it in a way with some extra parts that would make it easy to install the opener later on. Then about a month later I called them back for the opener, no problem had it done in an hour and also a great price!!! The installers were awesome too! Five stars plus some because if you get the same treatment I did you are going to love them. I will post a photo of my door soon because I am proud of the way it looks.

I had got a quote from another garage door service and I was quoted over 500$ so I decided to shop around I found this company and they came right out fixed my garage door in 20 minutes and only charged me 74$ I would recommend this company to everyone! fast, reliable and great customer service!

Affordable Door fixed all the problems and saved us a lot of money as well.Our door was installed by Doortec. It has never worked right. The mainsprings have loosened several times and broken once. The straps on the sides have come off multiple times. The door opener doesnt remember its close and open settings and has damaged the wall and bent the railings. We bought the house with the door already installed, so I dont know how old it is, but weve had to have it repaired about every six months for the last two years. The Doortec guy didnt have time to listen, and did sloppy work. Finally we gave up on Doortec and tried Affordable Door.Affordable Door replaced the opener and fixed everything. They took out the old sloppy wiring and replaced it with neatly run wires. They did a great job.
