I would recommend technician Josh and Matt; they inform me of what the issue was with my roll-up unit door. After it was done, they took me back over to the unit door & show me how to handle the unit properly, and they did it all in this cold weather with a smile. They were very professional. I will highly recommend them by telling my friends andother extra storage companies to use them.

Easy to make an appointment. The service technician was very thorough and detailed in finding the cause of the problem. Reached out several times to the support team of the system to ensure setup was completed by the product specifications.

I have called 5 times now over about a two month period with NO return calls from the salesman or for that fact anyone. I can only guess that the job I have described needing performed isnt big enough for the DH Pace company. Sad that a business like DH Pace doesnt have the common courteous to say your job doesnt fit our business worthiness. Even though I have stated on the last two calls, If this job isnt something youre willing to do just let me know. DH Pace came highly recommended (not sure why) but I have returned calls to the three companies that recommended DH Pace and told them my issues to their own disappointment with DH Pace and for recommending DH Pace! Hopefully they will have a change in management and their sales staff before its to late for DH Pace!

I called d h pace to have someone come out to my home and give me an estimate on some repairs. After being given a quote & their service policies by a lady in their office I was very upset & felt their service policies were a total rip-off. I posted my frustrations in a review on this same website immediately. The next morning I received a call from their GM who informed me that the lady had given me incorrect information and that she was going to be re-trained. He also was very apologetic & offered to come to my home himself and give me an estimate which he did. While inspecting my needed repairs, he offered to have his people do a couple other repairs he noticed at no charge because of the incorrect info given to me by his office staff. All the work was completed in a very professional manner & I am completely satisfied. D H Pace showed me they are a caring & customer first company. I highly recommend them to anyone needing the services they offer.

Awesome door company

Called these guys on a saturday after my garage spring had broken on friday evening. They called back promptly, told me it would cost more on the weekend so i setup an appt for monday am. They did awesome showed up on time even in the snowy conditions and got the work done quickly and my door works great now. As a small business owner myself, id say these guys are well worth calling when ya have a garage door problem. Thanks for getting me taken care of guys!!!!
