The salesman and staff were very friendly, helpful. Delivery were patient with my schedule for delivery date. The two young men who delivered the furniture were very sweet. Small glitches with the bench, wrong design. They are to return with it.

Needed a mattress so I looked over their website and called them. I was able to purchase over the phone on Sunday and get delivery on Tuesday. Great service with sales and delivery!!! Now hopefully the new Serta perfect sleeper holds up well and provides a good night sleep!

My husband and I shopped around at the big furniture stores in Tulsa. We decided to make our furniture purchase from Neal’s. Neal’s had the furniture in stock and the prices were comparable. The large stores in Tulsa didn’t have anything in stock. They Wanted us to pay for furniture in full and then wait; 6 weeks to 6 months. I purchased from one of the large furniture stores in Tulsa last year. After 11 months of customer service telling me my furniture was coming in next week, I finally made them give me a refund.Krista was our salesperson at Neal’s and she was great. She took her time with us to answer all of our questions and took measurements of the furniture for us. We had Neal’s deliver our furniture. There were a few hiccups with the delivery. But Krista our salesperson and Chris from the warehouse made everything right!!! I will definitely recommend Neal’s furniture in the furniture. Plus shopping local I feel is important for our community.

Sales staff are knowledgeable about the product lines, reminders for add on items and upselling. Where my salesperson was lacking was pure customer service. I felt like I was an invoice, not a person. The delivery team was totally different. The guys were all friendly and professional. They discovered they had the wrong mattress, apologized and went back and got the right one.

I went to Neals Furniture after lunch to see if I could find a Loveseat I liked well enough to buy. I had gave away my sofa and loveseat ld had for at least 20 years. So my living room was a little bare with only a chair & a rocking chair. So I told Brittañy what I was interested iñ and color plus made in the states. Also the amount I was willing to spend. So Brittany showed me loveseats in gray with manual recliners in my price range. So I spent at least 2 hours there trying out loveseats to see if they were comfortable enough for me to purchase. Brittany was very nice and very helpful to me. So I purchased a MCCade recliner loveseat thàt recliñes far enough that u can take a nap and be very comfortable and in my price range.

Prices are good, dont have the hassle of Tulsa driving and the people are super civic minded and helpful for this town. Service cannot be beaten.

Our heat exchanger went out Sunday night so my wife called Walmart, Family Dollar and other retail stores looking for heaters and every store was out. She called Neals, told the young man our situation and he told her he had a couple of heaters for $49 but because of our situation he sold them to us at $40 each. Awesome understanding people and we cant thank them enough.

We purchased a couch here several years ago. We scored some bunk beds and new table this year. They delivered and the guys didn’t have correct hardware! They went ALL the way back to store to find some! They stayed till it completely together and moved it to fit our room! Wonderful place!

This was my first time in the store. My daughter bought a bedroom set two weeks ago, also her first time in the store, and said we would enjoy the store. We also were in the market for a bed for our guest bedroom so decided to give it a try. Lots of inventory on display and we ended up buying bed, mattress and nightstand for guest bedroom and also a bed for the master bedroom. Delivery was next day on Saturday. We were not happy with the mattress we purchased for guest bedroom. we made a call to our salesman and explained our concerns. He suggested we upgrade to a better mattress which we did and two hours later they delivered and made the exchange. We live in Wetumka and the drive is aprox. one hour. Now this is service! Our salesman is Colin Skinner who I will deal with on our next purchase which we plan to make in the very near future. I highly recommend Neals Furniture
