After shopping there a few more times my last trip convinced me to stop.My husband and I were looking for a specific power tool. We were noticed by the cashier who was very busy.We were in a time constraint and needed assistance. After walking around and looking for someone to assist us I finally found an office. I knocked on the open door and requested help. A young woman came out and told me to lose the attitude and she would help us. I thought I hadnt heard her right and asked her to repeat that. She did. I had heard her right.My husband said to me not now we are in a hurry.Her assistance was provided by only reading the outside of the box and she couldnt answer any questions.I havent been back and wont be.Customer service is simple to train. With harbor freight being a franchise one would think training would be provided. Like even a simple hello how may I help you? instead of a grouchy lose the attitude.

Looking for specific item, this location over 40 miles away, but staff was helpful before I made the drive! Fantastic service!

High on there tools and if you get a drill for get haven a battery with it you have to buy it separate which why buy a drill that dont have a battery you wouldnt right

I needed to pick up a tool that was not showing available locally at other stores. I visited Harbor Freight and was able to find what I needed and more. Honestly it is like an adult toys r us. Now that I have seen what is available, Ill be back.

First time in this store. It is clean, no odors, well stocked, well organized, and easy to get around in.Because it is new to this area, I will need to update my review after shopping there more often.Checking out took the longest part of our time. We were fourth in line for a few minutes.The line was noticed by employees a different cashier quickly opened a separate checkout. It didnt take long and we had completed shopping.Overall experience - Well Satisfied.

Its a great store. They have about any tool you could need. The quality is not the best but if you are not a professional they will last you quite a while. You sure cant beat the price.
