Had an amazing time at RidenowKC on August 21, 2021. Went there to look and test ride an older 2014 Chieftain, ended up test riding a 2019 Chieftain Classic and then Blake our salesman worked very hard to get us with the right numbers in order for us to say YES. Al, the financial manager was very nice to get us where we needed to be on the numbers. If you’re ever interested in buying an Indian, my wife and I Highly recommend coming here and speaking with Blake for a new bike. Very friendly store, they don’t push you to buy like a lot of dealerships treat people. I’ll Definitely be coming back to this store for more bikes down the road. Great Customer service, friendly, and treat you as a person and not as a bank to get the most money from you.😎

First, my new Triumph Scrambler 1200XE is Amazing! My 20th (or so) bike but my first Triumph and I have been super impressed with attention to detail, overall quality of paint, fit and finish.Second, Troy and Lucas were great to work with. Lucas is the man to get with for Triumph because he knows all the details cold. Dont you hate when sometimes your sales person doesnt know the bikes? Lucas is different! Hes a rider and he knows his stuff. Nick, the sales manager, also was very nice and made my experience really great. I will go back there next time I plan to buy a bike. Full disclosure: When you see their bike prices, the number is before fees. Just keep that in mind as you shop and compare.

Terrific! Picked up a 2012 V-Rod Muscle a couple of months ago and could not be more happy with the entire experience. Flew from Dallas, landed at noon and was on the road back to TX by 3pm. Bobbie, Nick, Lucas and the rest of the team were great.

Worst Experience with a DealershipFirst, there was a delivery charge that I was not informed about when I ordered my Slingshot. Second, when I purchased my Slingshot I was told that it was test driven and everything checked out. Nevertheless, I had to bring it back because when I drove it the alignment felt off and upon further testing which was supposedly done before purchase it was discovered that the steering wheel was not installed properly. Third, I had called a month ahead to schedule an appointment to bring my slingshot in for a recall, upon arrival there was no record of my appointment (service person seemed to not care) and said I had to wait while one of the service people watched a recording to learn how to check for the recall properly. REALLY! Consequently, I have lost all trust with this dealership. I have had a poor experience with them from purchase, delivery of product and service. I would not recommend them to anyone!

Emailed and asked for some pics of a used bike they had on their website. Picture they had was a stock photo of a black bike, but the description said blue. Wanted to know what it really looked like and the condition. GM replied in 15 minutes stating that Sales would get me some pictures. 10 minutes later I got an email asking if I wanted to speak with them via phone text or email. I replied 11 minutes later stating email but that I only wanted pictures of the bike. 4 hours later, at 8:30 (2 hours and 30 minutes after they closed) I got an email asking if Id gotten the prior email....the one Id already replied to. Once again I replied, stating that Id replied earlier asking for pics of the bike. This morning I got a response saying theyd get me pics. They didnt. I rode out (40 minutes) to the shop to check it out myself and took my own pictures. Yep, it was blue. Nobody at the shop cared that we were there except for the 1 guy outside that asked if we needed anything. Everyone inside ignored us. Im guessing if you arent buying an Indian motorcycle, they arent interested in your business. Thats unfortunate...guess Ill take my business elsewhere. Heres some photos for others in case they are interested...this place clearly wont provide them.

Amazing place with an awesome staff. The used bike I purchased from them ended up having more problems than we all originally thought and they were very prompt in refunding me and allowing me to look through other stock to make a deal with them. Blake, Al, and Travis were all excellent to work with and will give you straight answers every time. Awesome place with great energy.

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. My experience: My Slingshot with less than 1000 miles wouldnt start. I had it towed it here. Took them a month to determine and replace a bad wiring harness (+$3000). After another month and a half, they say it needs a fuel pump and, somehow, we they mis-placed a major piece of equipment (amplifier) to the car - both will require months to fix and an extra $600. Felt extorted when I had to cough up $2,000 for them to let me drive it away......and still broken......bBad fuel gauge, a brake failure light that theyve never been able to fix despite dozens of safety recalls on this vehicle, and missing an amplifier that Im strongly suspicious was pieced from my car and perhaps used on others. Ill be filing with the District Attorneys office.....

I had a wonderful experience at Ride Now. I worked over the phone and through e-mail with Craig to make a deal on a new Polaris Ranger. I live 3 hours away so I wanted to make sure all of the details were taken care of ahead of time. We nailed down a price for the new unit and Craig got me a top dollar trade in value for my 4 wheeler and stuck too it. They kept in touch with me as I made the 3 hour drive down from Omaha.When we arrived, they had my unit sitting out so it was the first one I saw when I pulled into their parking lot. They came out and greeted my in the parking lot while maintaining personal space requirements. They showed me where to unload my trade in and we got started on paperwork right away. All the numbers stayed exactly as promised. I was shown all the important bits of info that I needed to know about the Ranger while they finished up the paperwork. This was the perfect purchasing experience in my eyes. It was quick, clean and honest. They gave a deal that only they could and even agreed to ship me a roof that they didnt have in stock at the moment. We left Omaha at around 12:30pm and were back home with our new toy by 8:30PM with 6 hours of drive time involved. I would recommend Ride Now to anyone looked for a motorcycle, ATV or UTV. Their staff is the absolute best and coolest bunch of people ever and their deal are seriously unbeatable! I will definitely be back.

Overall a very nice place, had a pretty good selection. I came in to look at an indian challanger as i am very interested in that bike. Was not impressed with the sales team. Was in there about 45 min or so and not one person gave any attention to myself or any of the other 3 customers looking at other bikes.

Great group of guys and gals. Bought a 2020 triumph scrambler from them. Had some issues with some of the accessories on the bike but they came thru and we worked it out. Whole team even stayed late to make sure I rode away happy. Great job!

This was my first time buying a motorcycle, Travis and Al were both amazing people and a huge help from start to finish. I was in the shop for a bobber and I had to put a payment down for a preorder. Travis called me after about a month and told me about the bobber 60. After some thought, I called to set up a test ride with Travis and I went home with the bike same day. The process was easy and the staff was amazing and extremely friendly to myself and my family. The one thing that stuck out to me about my experience is that the staff will sit down and talk to you like a person versus other shops Ive visited. Highly recommend to anyone looking for their first bike!

I purchased a Blue Polaris RZR from this dealership and was very happy with my experience. The experience went very well the RZR was delivered directly to me and it such a cool vehicle. If you are in the area looking at RZRs I recommend this dealership.

I did not end up buying a vehicle from this dealer but I had an amazing customer experience with them over the phone. I had a very negative experience with MotoEuropa in STL and this dealer did everything the other did not when it came to customer service. I got a call back from sales and they even got me a final price on a bike I wanted. Unfortunately I did end up buying a local bike and not one from this dealer. I let the sales guy know that when he called me back with a final price. He was extremely nice and even asked what I bought and congratulated me. I wish I remembered their name. Ill definitely consider this dealer in the future and highly recommend

Travis was and is the Man! I went in with a number in mind, Travis after only a short deliberation, made that number happen. I showed up, and less than 2 hrs later I was leaving with new 4 wheeler loaded in truck headed home. These guys Rock . From the moment I walked in the door I was greeted by so many happy faces . I had the honor to work with Troy and Darius on buying a used 2019 Honda Shadow Aero . Worked with Nick as my sales person. Coming from Ohio he worked very well with us and was very accommodating to our questions and concerns with our slingshot purchase. Paperwork brought up a few unexpected surprises but Nick worked through and took care of everything and fixed all things necessary. Would recommend this location to a friend as they will not just let someone walk out the door unsatisfied!.......just a little update after getting home now...found the tires pressures at 20psi instead of 29psi pretty far off confirming tires were not inspected, found the bolt cross threaded in the right front caliper bracket, obvious brake inspection not completed, next found both battery cables to be finger tight as well as the power steering power wire nut to be completely cross threaded, leaving the cable to move around about a half inch on the battery stud all causing electrical issues all the way home, let alone being a major fire and safety hazard, obvious battery inspection not completed, and lastly we found the REAR AXLE NUTS that holds the SINGLE rear wheel on to be HAND TIGHT!? Also no loctite was found that is required on the rear nuts, and when questioned about it, the tech said he put it on, clearly untruthful...was charged just under $500 for the inspection which was clearly never performed...Sales now hasnt sent our title in over a month, will not send us the inspection sheet for what seems obvious reasons...and as far the technician that inspected our slingshot and has been untruthful with such serious concerns, completely unacceptable and needs some serious reprimanding, would never go back to this location and surprised that a vehicle could leave in the condition

Awesome place! Found a super clean GSX-R600 there, the bike Ive always wanted. Craig and Troy were awesome to deal with and everyone was super nice there. After working out a deal they even changed some parts and tires that I wasnt even expecting them to do. They delivered it to my house when they got it all fixed up and I am one happy customer! Charged $118 dollars to bring in my wheel and new tire to have it changed. I called around to other shops, they were asking $45-70 dollars. When asked, sales associate was unable to list a reason on why it was so much more expensive. The service department is highway robbery plain and simple. I would never bring my business there again.

During our last move the moving company failed to secure my husbands 2007 Triumph Bonneville T-100, and it was completely trashed during transportation. In addition, wed had limited access to parts at our last location so the motorcycle needed some general maintenance and love. Nick took care of it all beautifully. He is a pleasure to speak with on the phone - genial and thorough in explaining the difference between what we needed to make the bike ride-able and what additional work we could do without for a while. We opted for the works and are pleased with the results. My only (minor) complaint is that on the days the bike was picked up and dropped off communication was lacking. Wed still happily trust our motorcycle repairs to Nick and his team in the service department.

I bought a Thruxton R from them and a few years later it got knocked over. I took it to their service. It took them a month to do an estimate and another two months to get it back to me. That was frustrating but not nearly as much as when I discovered many months later that the headlight almost fell off after one bolt fell off and another was loose. The blinker they installed was for the right side and they flipped it and put it on the left and lastly, they delivered my bike back to me without a reflector on the left shock. I can’t help but wonder if they were as shoddy with assembling the important parts of the bike. I talked with the service manager hoping he would amend this but got blown off because the repairs happened to long ago. You have a earned a one star review, I will never come back to you and will tell anyone who asks not to go there either.

Bought a Triumph Bonneville T100 from RideNow back in 2018. The sales and service personnel were great initially, but I found their repair shop to be much slower than desirable. My primary vehicle is my motorcycle (with a back up being my bicycle), and it took them 21 days to do routine maintenance with a little bit of rear brake work when initially they told me it would only be a couple days. When I went to pick up my motorcycle, the service guy tried to apologize for the length of time and lack of updates with a free t-shirt from the dealership. I told him I didn’t want a t-shirt, but rather just wanted better communication about the estimated length of repair. Hopefully theyve improved their estimations and communication!

We bought a new polaris 110 for our son for his birthday. THEY WERE THE ONLY PLACE WITH ONE AVAILABLE IN THE STATE. The were awesome, they actually thought they were out and were trying to find me one and realized the one in the hallway had not sold not they called me back immediately we ran in a got it. The guys were all great and called to check in on how he was doing with it. Thank for saving our boys birthday.

Craig is great to deal with, I came in a year after I bought my bike and needed a bolt that was stripped out and he took it off a bike and had it installed on mine while I was under warranty so I did not miss my ride to Ohio! Todd in parts is awesome to deal with! My wife calls to order parts or a gift from them and he always helps her get the right parts for my bike! Would recommend this dealer to anyone looking to get a bike!!

You know that feeling you get when you walk out of a dealer ship after purchasing a new vehicle. You have that slight sinking feeling that maybe you didn’t get the best deal. I didn’t get that feeling here. I walked in and was greeted by Craig and then I was handed off to Ed to look at a bike. This was my first time purchasing a motorcycle and Ed helped me all the way. From start to finish he was with me juggling all of my questions and handling other customers as I thought things over. I also get a free delivery out of the deal. Long story short I will be going back here and giving them more of my business I would like to thank Ed for all of his help. I primarily dealt with Ed but when he was off with another customer I didn’t stand long before another employee asked if I needed anything. Will never do business here! I tried to purchase an atv they have for sale and was told it was held for someone. When that person didnt show, I attempted to pay for it with my credit card. After giving the sales person my card information I was then told its first come first serve.I told them I was driving an hour away in blizzard conditions and wanted to make sure they would at least hold it that long and they wouldnt even do that.

I have been passing this Ride Now dealership for years on my way to and from work - Only recently stopped in to inquire about a bike I saw they had listed online. I went in over lunch and was greeted right away by Blake in sales. We discussed what I was looking for and my avail price range...Blake took the time to discover and discuss my available options ultimately helping me settle my decision on what is now my new Road Star. On a Friday, Troy and Nick made the best Triumph trade deal in a 200 mile radius. They were great with their email and phone communication. Saturday, I rode from Omaha to complete the trade. Brought my companys ranger in for these guys to check the fuel pump/filter because it has been dying on us and sounded like it was not getting enough fuel. All they did was plug into the computer and said nothing was wrong with it, which is pretty obvious since no check engine light was on. Ended up being charged nearly $300 for them to pressure wash it. Took time out of my day to check myself and it was in fact a clogged filter

Staff is very interactive with everyone that walks through their doors. On this particular day I received a coupon for $20 I believe, and so I purchased a shirt that fit my figure nicely. Now places such as this a d Harley Davidson, you know if you ride that their apparel is pricey because really your paying for a brand and everything that it stands for. Now my husband and I dont ride Indian, but we still show our support for fellow riders. Anyway the shirt I picked out, wasnt as pricey as Harley Davidson and I only had to pay the difference. They were taking donations for I think the humane society (not 100%), and they had chips and water and mini sandwiches for all customers. Loved looking at their cycles and slingshots. We like to visit here when in the general area and not one bad incident since. Thank you for your hospitality.

They tell you they are charging you state tax and going to refund when your buying from out of state then say there’s nothing they can do what is a bunch of bs when you have to pay your local state taxes also. Don’t buy from them and the service department that puts the aftermarket parts on does not do quality work the roll cage had major bolts not all the way installed and graphics they installed blew off on the way home. I hope my lawyer has a hay day with them

Worked on my bike, lookin good. Mostly friendly. I like the shop/service guys more than the showroom floor people. None if them seemed very nice or very helpful.

Tried to make a deal with them on a used Harley they had advertised, when they put it on paper, they wouldnt budge on the price by any which is acceptable, but then they added an extra $599.00 admin fee and then another $550 because they said the service dept hadnt gone over the bike yet. Too bad I drove back a 2nd time and even tho it was advertised for $14,500, they must have actually meant 15,649. The GM is pretty busy by the way and it will take some time for a salesman to get info from him. Hate dealers that do this stuff. Just be up front and dont have internet prices and then add on $1,150.

Logan in Sales is a great guy! I havent bought a bike there yet, but Im really liking the Triumph Street Twin and Scrambler.

Just recently bought a used motorcycle through this dealership, and they had some of the friendliest, most polite, people working there. Including indulging me in accompanying me on a test drive in 35 degree weather with no complaints. And this was all for a used bike, not a new one. Have not experienced this treatment at many other dealers in the past.

This is BY FAR the best group of people I’ve ever worked with. Everyone was helpful and not pushy at all. I actually made some good friends here that have given me their personal numbers to call if I need help and I have NEVER had a dealership do that for me. They have a great selection of bikes as well as quads and Slingshots. It’s fun just to go in and look around. I have to thank the staff again because they treated me and my family great when we were in there.

These guys were beyond awesome to deal with. Ive tried to deal with plenty of dealers in Kansas without even a call back, save yourself time by just checking with these guys.

Went in to look at a new bike, wanting to plan it out before buying, ended up leaving with the one I wanted and within my budget. Great people, helpful, and awesome! I will continue to upgrade my bike and gear with these guys!

I have personally bought out of the Indian Motorcycle in Wichita, KS. Today when I needed service I called these guys in Olathe, KS as it was much easier and quicker to get too. Indian has always had the greatest customer service and these guys were no different. They got me in on my time and was beyond helpful. Everyone I spoke with was eager to help and will make you feel like family. I see myself spending some time here as the customer service pulls you in. Thanks to everyone who helped,.
