I had kind of a unique request for FASTSIGNS and they came through for me. I needed a custom printed vinyl automotive wrap created for my dashboard. I had already been disappointed by another vendor so Dave patiently put up with all of my questions, guided me on how to purchase an image of high enough quality for my project and then proceeded to print out a beautiful decal wrap for me.

Products are high quality and very professional looking. The service was outstanding. David came onsite to help figure out best scenario for my needs. David and his staff were very helpful, timely and professional.

Excellent service and quality of product ordered. Very professional and committed to details.

When I first called them they said they were unable to do design work. Okay. They recommended a graphic artist. I used their recommendation. When I came back to have the signs made, they said they couldnt use the files and wanted to charge me again for set up. Hmmm. I refused, so they figured it out suddenly. Hmmm. They sent an estimate then. Prices were high, but I was already involved with them so I went forward. When I called to set up an appointment they said they hadnt included a $50 set up fee. Hmmm. So I drove 40 mins to get my vehicle measured for the graphic. Somehow they couldnt trust my measurement... they had to do it. Hmmm. When I arrived they informed me that they were not able to do the work that their designer created and they had quoted me. Hmmm. They recommend another shop. I called them. They said their minimum fee was twice the price that Fastsigns quoted me. Hmmm. 1 star is me being generous.

Weve purchased our annual youth theme banner from Fastsigns for over 7 years and have received great service and a great product every time. This year was the quickest turnaround that Ive had! First things first, I am a REAL and paying customer, and I am not receiving any perks for writing this review...FastSigns has been very good to me! I was using another notable printing service in town, and the prices continued to rise and the product quality declined. I then switched to FedEx/Kinkos and they just didnt provide the quality I needed, then I found FastSigns in Olathe at Santa Fe and Mur-Len. They have been very time conscious with my orders, they have been up front with me about everything they can and cannot do when I asked about ideas that I had, and the prices are most certainly fair. I have nicer products from FastSigns than any of the other printers I have used, and I wish I went to them in the first place. The staff has been extremely friendly, polite, and courteous. I cannot say enough nice things about them! Robin is my Go-To Gal at the store, and she has never let me down!If you have a product you need from a company like this, I fully back my recommendation to go with FastSigns in Olathe. Your search for the services they provide is over. There is no need to go to anyone else. I did need something one time that they couldnt do, and they referred me to a company that did, and it was a great recommendation as well.
