First time customer and tried to order an item from corporate website but had issues completing the order. I called customer service and my call was routed to the Olathe store. They helped me through my issue and provided outstanding customer service and will definitely check them out for future purchases.

Love Moosejaw. Maybe I was just between seasons, but nothing fit. Only 1-2 sizes available in everything.

Great customer service when buying new shoes! Expert advice!We go to Moosejaw, especially this location, for a few reasons. The employees are passionate and active in the sports that Moosejaw represents. All three employees were very experienced climbers and we were there to buy climbing shoes. Kyle spent almost an hour with my girlfriend and me, giving us options on size and stiffness with recommendations on our climbing style. It was close to close on a Friday night and everyone had a great attitude, we felt no pressure. They have holds on a wall near the shoes for getting the real feel - really smart idea. I’m a year in while the GF is a new climber and Kyle was able to provide great insight for both of us. We each left with La Sportiva shoes that fit perfectly and took them next door to RoKC for a climb. Thanks to Kyle and the team for all of the help!

We went to this moose jaw location yesterday. The staff and manager was amazing. We picked out a pair of rock climbing shoes and there was a small wall for us to try. They didn’t have the right size for one of the shoe, but the manager helped get one ordered in for us to try in the future.

The employees were SO friendly and helpful. They helped us pick out hiking shoes for our upcoming trip and went above and beyond. Stellar job! Also, very dog friendly!
