Purchased a samsung tv from red tag llc. 8 months later, the TV had an internal problem. Red Tag basically told me: Its out of 90 days since your purchase so youre on your own. Now I have to deal with a broken TV that was supposedly new out of box, but didnt even work for a year.

Ive purchased a TV and laptop from them. They were very great to work with. Ill be buying again. I highly recommend.

I do not recommend this ebay seller. very shady & im unsure if the products they sell are real or counterfeit. I was trying to buy an apple homepod from them an i wanted to make sure the item had a warranty an was real. unfortunately on ebay you have to make sure because ive been burned before and there is nothing wrong with verifying and double checking information. when i asked for the the serial # he replied with a snotty response saying that maybe i wasnt a good fit for them and that he had the account since 2005 & that i should not question his word. well ive had my ebay account since 2007 not a big difference just wanted to make sure before i spend $250 from a seller i dont know. he said he was offended because he had 11,000 reviews on ebay lol ** as you can see from the messages we exchanged on ebay i never accused you of selling counterfeit but i am accusing of being shady & disrespectful for not providing a serial number to make sure the product has a warranty an is real. as they say if you have nothing to hide

Wish I could leave a 0. Had a run in with the seller on eBay and they are the most difficult to deal with. Bought an item, then tried charging me $200 shipping for a $100 item! Then made it my fault and refused to give me a credit back and listed my as a non paying buyer. Never deal with these jerks again!! Be aware please!
