Daniel and Manny were great - my garage door spring broke (couldnt get my car out) and I called them around 10:30 am. They said they had an opening at 3pm that day and they came out early and fixed the spring in about 30 min. Told me the spring has a lifetime warranty and to call them with any issues. Price was very reasonable as well. They were very friendly and I wouldnt hesitate to recommend to others (also operate under Big Dog Garage Doors).

Highly recommend these guys. Business owned by two brothers. Our spring broke on Saturday, I called them and Manny came out in about two hours, looked at the spring, went and bought replacement parts and had it working by that afternoon! Will definitely call them for future service.

Extremely unprofessional communication, scheduling, and execution. Cant speak on workmanship because after 5 or 6 reschedules (all times set by him, not me) still didnt show up. Clear a week or so of your schedule for waiting time if you plan on using this guy.

Garage door calapsed, large and heavy emergency. Called and they came within 5 minutes to help! Took care of our emergency situation and plan to come back right after the holiday to help solve the problem. Would DEFINITELY recommend ! Bonus: didnt charge me emergecy fees and a ton of money. Had the cable on the right side of my garage door snap just as Id put my car inside. I was worried and needed to get someone out quickly to repair on a Saturday. Justin answered my call and was out within an hour to assess and provide me with options. His pricing was the best and he replaced all the hardware (pulleys, springs and cables) in about half an hour! He was very pleasant as I asked questions along the way, about the job and his company. Extremely courteous, professional and efficient. Will absolutely use again and refer to friends!

The tension spring broke on my garage door. Daniel scheduled with me he would be there between 10 am - 10:30 am. He did arrive at 10:45 am and told me he would need 45 minutes to get springs needed to repair my door. I thought he told me the cost would be $225, (nothing in writing). When he came back, he place 2 pulleys, 2 new springs and 2 cables on the doors. It took him about 35 - 40 minutes to do the work. He told me the cost would be $467. I looked up on Amazon the price for the springs, pulleys and cables replacement set and I can buy them retail for $42.10. Daniel did work with me and lowered his price by the lifetime warranty he had charged. He came out and refunded some of my charges.

I cant say enough great things about Daniel, his team, and their service. Called them after I replaced my opener, and shortly after lost one of the guide wires. Daniel took my call after hours, and setup an appointment for the next morning. He then called me an hour or so before our scheduled time to make sure I was still good for our appointment. He showed up promptly at our appointment time, came in assessed the situation, gave me his plan to fix it, fixed the issue, re-calibrated my new opener, and even checked my other opener to make sure it was good to go. This was all done extremely quickly, and without any fuss. Finding people that love what they do is sometimes hard, but Daniel loves his work and takes pride in it, and it shows. I will call Daniel again for all things garage doors!!
