I highly recommend doing business here. Great customer sales, service and support from Brett Mccully. He was very helpful and knowledgeable about any questions I had. I wont go anywhere else when it comes to my welding needs.

Our clinic was in great need of our tanks but our order wasnt scheduled for 2 days. We called Praxair and the company worked with us to get our tanks the next day in perfect timing. We greatly appreciate the service we received and the dedication of their team to make sure we got what we needed. Thank you Praxair!

Couldnt have been a better first experience. Told the guy at the counter that I was a 50 year old newbie. He was friendly, informative and helped me buy a bottle of Argon gas to start TIG welding. Will be back soon and often!

As a teacher just trying to get materials for my science fair kiddos, they were patient, amazing, and helpful.

This store has the most incompetant management i have ever had the misfortune of dealing with.I leased a tank from them. When the lease was due for renewal i went ahead and purchased the tank outright.I also purchased an additional tank which the manager incorrectly entered into the system as a rental (this was two years ago)So they started billing me for these and we resolved this issue a year ago. Now They have started to bill me again. Threatening to send me to a collection agency. they had no record of any of these payments. Nor do They seemremember helping me resolve this issue.This has turned into a huge issue.Do yourself a favor and please avoid any and all business with this company.

Selection is good, prices are ok but the customer service is lacking. The guys behind the counter are short and seemed to be annoyed by novices asking questions. All they really seem to care to cater to are professionals and not the hobbyists. Id suggest Welds Supply in Riverside or Hoenschild in KC. Both are very knowledgeable and very friendly and both are locally owned businesses with prices just as competitive as Praxair. From now on Ill drive the extra distance to go to one of these two places for the service, competitive prices, and to support a locally owned business.
