Arrogant staff, I explained to the one of the staff theres two different prices for the same product, he said no you pay the most expensive price and thats it, I was shocked the way he answered me, impolite, arrogant, obnoxious etc. Even the cashier had similar attitude. I work for the other guy but sometimes you need something and the store is closer and I’m not going to work. No shame here LOL. I’ve been to the store a few times to get items and have always been greeted and helped. The staff has been helpful and loves seeing my furry friend Rhys (Reese) who gives me the emotional support I need to get out and enjoy being out again. Went their for cement paint for my patio. They offer BEHR Concrete & Garage 1 part Epoxy coating in a silver gray color. Painting approximately 600sq ft. Simple directions to follow. Power wash first, clean, etch, prime then paint. The patio came out great with two coats. Need to take your time and do it right the first time. Follow the recommended directions you will get great results.

Ordered a 12 gallon ridged shop vac online for store pickup. Everything went well with the pick up it was easy. Friendly associates greeted me. When I returned home I opened it up a few days later. That’s where the nightmare began! Parts were missing, pieces were in a ziploc bag, cord wasn’t wound up, filter was damaged and the wheels were worn. They tried to give me a used shop vac. Had to spend time and go back to the store and return it but went to a different store. I’m confused as to why they would try to sell this to someone?!

Home Depot went out of their way to help me solve the problems that I had I was renovating a 50-year-old home and brought some samples to show my family what we were going to do with it. All the shampoos are returned to home Depot they gave me a gift card and return because some of the products I did not have the receipt for because its been an ongoing project for over a year but they gave me no problem at all I think home Depot myself has a better program when it comes to return then Lowes and Holmdel New Jersey they were very arrogant and I would recommend everybody to go to home Depot instead of stopping at Lowes they dont stand behind their products and then they want to do nothing for you sincerely yours unsatisfied customer.

Home depot products are always reliable for construction matters. Theirs machines are efficient and trustworthy.

Most of the time service is ok, I bought many appliances, floors, tiles etc etc with little problems, but recently I tried to buy a Weber grill for a gift. They said they had it they took my $$ right away and said they would call me when ready to pick up. I expected an hour or two. Yet the next day they called me and said this was out of stock, but was available at another store 5-10 miles away, They said they would cancel the order and I could go to the other store and pick it up,HA Ha. It took 3 days for me to get my $$ back, like I just have a few hundred lying around to get another grill, these items arent cheap.

Pathetic experience. Ordered hardwood floor and installation from Home Depot and was promised delivery within the week. It’s been 15 days and there is no response. They have charged my credit card and I was supposed to move into the new place last week. Now am left with no floor and no explanation. Very disappointed with the service. Don’t promise things if you cannot deliver. Don’t take advantage of customers. Never buying anything from Home Depot ever again

The Staff seemed to be more pre-occupied with doin inventory rather than helping customers...definitely not a good look for Home Depot in Old Bridge

Worse experience ever. I ask on a young with bright red and brown roots for painters gowns and she told me go to the pInt department. There I ask a guy there for the same item. He was more interested in his long red painted manicure hands then helping me. The other guy there said how the F am I supposed to know where it is.Another woman told me its in row 13. Nothing but drills in that isle.I put all the equipment I had back and I left. Its apparent that my business isnt wanted at home depot. Horrible totally horrible!

Tried to place an order to buy 3 exterior fiberglass doors. The person who works in that department called in sick. I tried to place the order with someone else and was told to order on line. I usually get much better service than this.

So disappointing....I purchased carpet from a giant roll in the store...they came & measured & I paid for the carpet March 2, 2021. I have called and called & personally went down. Always being told the carpet was in since March 6, 2021....and 2 weeks later still no Install or even a date for installation. We are so sorry we didnt go to another store. Horrible customer service.

Im rating this 5 stars ONLY because I knew what I wanted and where it was located. Every other time Ive visited and asked for assistance, it was like pulling teeth.

A ok place to go but the last time I was there talk about not getting real help. It took three sales associates to figure out how to ring up a fence we wanted. Finally we pay and it takes two other associates to point us to the pick up location. ONLY to find out that the fence we purchased was out of stock and not available. So we had to go back inside for a refund.

Needed to replace some fluorescent light bulbs. Brought one with me. Was helped locating then immediately. Had identically what I was using already. Price was good. Service as well.

I ordered items online and received notification that part of order was ready.Salesperson was very nice and courteous. Will use this service again.

Overall visit was ok. Unfortunately the sliding glass bathroom door was missing a gasket that we now must wait 4 days to get from.the company. When we returned to to store the to explane our issue at first the store clerk had an attitude but then he came around.

I purchased my husband a grill a week ago online for pick up. When we went to pick it up we werent aware it was already built and they didnt offer us a new one in a box. It took us a whole week to be able to rent a pickup and pick it up today on Fathers day. It was wrapped in plastic with my name on it. We brought it home there are pieces missing. I just spoke to the store and they expect me to rent another pickup to do an even exchange with one thats in a box. Are you kidding me?! Why would they give us one in this condition. Its rusted. And we were not able to check it since it was wrapped up and we assumed it was in good condition. We are so disappointed

12:20pm Friday I’ve been waiting almost 15 minutes for a key to be made, 3-4 different workers using their store phone system with no results and no apologies. I’m outta here

Placed an order late at night. Order was filled first thing the the morning. Only problem is I had to drive to the loading area in the back to get my order. Not a big deal just a little inconvenient.

People EVERYWHERE without a mask. Inside and outside the store. No employees to enforce it and the employees who are there have taken their masks off too! Other employees are just watching people walk around with no masks and say nothing. Not shopping here again and walked out without my purchases. Non-compliant.

Good home Depot that normally has what I need and staff is helpful. Lumberyard is small and carries mostly construction lumber but is normally well stocked. Outdoor section is larger and carries a good assortment of plants and trees in season. Electrical section is smaller than other stores but normally has what I need.

This is the most clean, well organized and well run Home Depot Ive been to and Ive been to a lot of them! You notice the second you pull in the parking lot which is free from trash and shopping carts and flat beds are grouped together nicely. The entrance is free of debris even though leaves are blowing everywhere! and the employees are exceptional. I had the pleasure of speaking with Sam ( a mgr. ) and complimenting him on how this Home Depot is run. Ive purchased my window coverings, counter tops, all the paints and bathroom furniture from here. Keep up the great work! Keep earning those accolades which Im sure youll get more!

The Pro desk is terrific. Sky and Deanna are the reason the system works. I’m at this store every week and they are why I don’t mind all the inventory not being there. They are creative and find ways to make things happen. Both of them should be rewarded for such a great work ethic.

Ordered on line for store pick up. Got there and no product. That took 1/2 hour to order from other store 15 minutes for them to figure out how to handle my payment. Now at other pick up location 20 minutes away. 15 minutes now, still waiting for product. So now a 2 hour process. Could have had it shipped!!!

Flooring? - Ask for DianeI needed to replace the flooring throughout my entire house as part of a full renovation. My and my fiance walked around the store and thought that the life proof vinyl flooring was the right fit for us. My fiance called the store the following Monday since it was late Sunday night and no one was in the flooring department. We had the PLEASURE of dealing with Diane, who is a superstar in customer service! Diane was super fast to call back after our measurements and work with us to rework our quote. She always follows up and never gives you that run around...Ill call you back in an hour stuff. She calls back when she says she is going to call, she doesnt pressure you into anything. She offers advice and explains everything on the quote in great detail. Overall just a fantastic experience working with Diane. I would recommend anyone that is thinking about going to Home Depot for flooring to ask for Diane right away, you will be glad you did!

I love this place, i go for one item i come home with four. The staff is usually very patient, if u can find one, so i just roam around the store. However, there are always contractors there shopping and they have a weakth of knowledge sometimes even better than the staff, so i ask the. And they will share. Great place.

On my recent visit to The Home Depot, I was reminded of how much the store really needs to improve its customer service. Yes you will always find one or two individuals who will be very helpful, but when the majority of the employees deliberately ignore you - that is an affront to the customer.Case in point, on my last visit to the store there were four employees at the return/pick-up desk. There were no other customers on line, except for myself. Two employees were busy having a conversation, one employee was totally engaged in a personal phone call and the last employee was on the computer. I will assume he was actually working. After five minutes of waiting one of the employees finally paused their conversation to ask if I needed assistance. I say yes. They then went to retrieve my item from behind the pick-up curtain.That is just one example of the apathy and surliness that Ive come to except from Home Depot. Perhaps, a little more attention to customer relations training is warranted. I speak from experience having spent over 35 years as a manger with 20 years in the HR’s Workforce Training and Education department.
