Clean and organized store. Checking out took forever. Ok maybe not forever but longer than it should. Definitely need more self check out lanes or more cashiers.

Employees need to have more enthusiasm about the check out. They need speed on checking the people out.

Had to return an item. The line was long but the associate was so patient and calm with everyone it was actually a pleasant experience!

Short older indian man at self check out is very disrespectful. and doesn’t know how to read IDs. you are the reason minimum wage will never hit $15. do better.

Decent Walmart. Pretzel place is terrible. What happened to the days of Walmart’s having their own food places to sit and eat? There’s a FedEx which is different. Good supply of Walmart things.

Normally Wal-Mart is a weird place. The people are odd, parking lots a train wreck, security is weird. I was pleasantly surprised that this Wal-Mart was actually clean. Smelled clean, neat, employees putting things away. Employees walking up asking if I needed help, managers having nice, normal conversations with employees. Is it the great resignation waking up big business or is Wal-Mart changing? I dont know. The bathrooms, located in the back of the building were being cleaned when I went to check them out. Keep it up Wal-Mart, place looked great.

Lovely location. Great staff and kind service.Don’t try to look for fresh veggies at this location. They don’t have.It’s a fairly small Walmart but if you want basic things, this is the place to go. If not, go to a bigger Walmart.They have nice and a wide selection of clothings and swim wears and oh! Night wears too and many more.

Getting new bath towels. Very nice selection and colors. I purchased Better Homes and Garden towels. Very thick. Also the face clothes and some Mainstays Brand . Price good. I do not need real expensive and fancy towels if that is what you want go some where else.

The typical Walmart what can I say. You can buy just about anything in here. It seems like theyre stock on most stuff is good. I didnt see any empty shelves.

Walmart I s Walmart they everything you need at good prices. I was looking for water spray bottles and guess what they had them. I was looking for baby shampoo they had it I was looking for dog treats they had a huge selection.

I visited Old Bridge WM. It was pretty decent. The Walmart in Woodbridge is a disaster. The people who manages the one in Woodbridge really needs more people skills both with staff and customers. The store itself is always in shambles

Wasnt my best shopping experience at Wally World. Had just about every size jeans but mine. Quess theres a lot of old chubby guys that also shop there. Finally found 1 pair and the fitting room isnt open until 10. Had to go without checking how the length was on this pair.Makes no sense to me to have people buying clothes but they cant try it on until 10am. The Wally World experience is not for those without a sense of humor!

Walmart is Walmart. Prices are cheap. Stock is voluminous. Workers are paid low wages with few benefits. Products are mainly imported from sweatshops overseas. Whats not to like?

This location is not too bad. The employees could have more knowledge on the sales floor in my opinion . My kids only come for the toy aisle lol

Three stars because the location is convenient. Pick-up orders are terrible. The point of picking up an order is to bypass wait times. There is never anyone in the pick-up area and it’s always a 15-20 minute wait. Just a terrible waste of time.

I dont go here anymore. It has become disappointing. I am handicap I order online and half of what shopright delivers is missing. now one time they forgot my items in the fridge section. another time/ hey just canceled me with NO NOTICE. I got an email not a text or a phone call. Now walgreens, Wegmans, even acme and wawa will all text you if they are out of any item and a photo or replacements. lately I get the pasta and no sauce, the taco sauce and no shredded lettuce or ground chicken. I needed propane tanks on Friday and the guy just said nope no more. I guess he didnt want to give take a look..And the wait at the deli is horrible

Got my oil change there, nothing to brag about. I had better and quicker service at other locations.

Like any other Walmart, employees are useless. You ask them something politely and they only say “that’s not where I work “ and keep doing whatever they are doing.I always do my best to not get in contact with them.

This is a great store but the selection of mens jeans is disappointingAnd the fitting room is closedThis is beyond stupidI dont live in new JerseyI hace to tske the clothes home to NYAnd try them on and if they dont fit run over the bridge again and pay $15 for tolls

I went to this Walmart for the first time and I dont think I would go back to this location again. The store was grungy and filthy, it wasnt well stocked and I was completely uncomfortable in that store. I was in the Walmart in Brick NJ and that store was beautiful,clean and everybody was friendly I would give that store a 4 or 5 stars

Online it says they have Pokémon cards in stock in the store, just to show up and they don’t have any. Update your website. Drove almost an hour trying to get them for my nephews birthday gift.

Good walmart for the most part

This Walmart has the worst customer service!!! At 745 pm on Thursday night they have 1 cashier for full service. The 20 or less line rep would not allow me to purchase my order because I had 30 items with no line. I spent more time on line then shopping. Absolutely ridiculous. Oh and FYI the reason I went to that line was to purchase formula which is behind the representative at the 20 items or less line.

Pharmacy staff were quite helpful and friendly. The staff work well together.

Theres like 45 checkout Lanes, but theres always only about two open. And one of those two that are open is the 10 items or less Lane.

The worst experience Ive had in a long time. A employee of Wal-Mart complaining to me about how many things are in my cart .20 is the limit and I had 26, so she took it apond herself to tell me what I can and cant do, a cashier not a manager who by the way said that it was ok considering that I spent over $ 120 dollars on 26 things....

The best thing about this store is that they have tires here. I have been here and bought tires and few times good prices and service. I was there looking at TV sets (pictures .)

Shopped in this store for years but recently received COVID vaccines through the pharmacy department. The Pharmacist and Pharmacy Techs were FABULOUS with customer service explaining the procedure and any questions you might have...very impressive

Outside they had the entire parking lot closed off for asphalt repairs. Dont understand why it takes a week. Also the inside the store was dirty

What the Walmart today for a few items walked out in there outdoor area and they have some glider swings my wife like one of them so we went home and looked oncomputer. Had three different colors we bought one. Be here in a week free delivery to the house.

Walmarts Customer Service is in Desperate Need of Improvement. They do not restock the shelves on time, so most of the items you are looking for are out of stock most of the time. Cashiers are slow as molasses and dont seem to care one bit. Their low moral and poor work ethic is seriously annoying. My opinion, if you are miserable with your job, quit.

Edison & Woodbridge NJ are superstore size location(s) well stocked with a variety of everything you might be looking for to complete your project.

Its my go to store. Provides everything you need. Plenty of parking, handicap parking too. Good, clothing, housewares, etc. Self check out as well as register assistance.

A good Walmart. Its clean and has open aisles. Your typical inventory of products. Today looking for outside smokers; electric, wood, charcoal, etc.

You can get some nice deals.

I tried calling the auto center for over a hour, no one would answer the phone. I drove over and my husband went in. The man says to him: “What do you want?” Very nasty! Husband said I wanted to inquire about an oil change and walked out.

This was Old Bridge, N.J., the stores are so much cleaner, not as crowded, better to navigate. We always stop in when were in Jersey.

Using this Wal-Marts Photo Center always reminds me cheap price doesnt always mean good service or even decent. You seem to always deliver on drama and headaches. I normally choose Staples or Walgreens to print my photo cards. Telling someone their order is ready and then not having a service available or close early is hilarious. If Im paying for 1-hour service and you say its ready and that you close at 8pm, I should not have to come back tomorrow when I arrive at 6pm. PART 2... Im here again and still no one... The manager sold me my photo cards, but didnt give me envelopes... Why.

I had called Walmart Tire Center in Old Bridge, NJ earlier today hoping to replace the tires on my sons car. The gentleman that answered the phone was both courteous and helpful. He found the proper tire for my vehicle, calculated to total cost including installation, road hazard warranty and sales tax. He suggested that I come right over since it wasnt busy at their shop. Once I arrived the woman behind the counter told me I could not get tires today without an appointment. I left without tires and was completely satisfied at a nearby Mavis Discount Tire I passed on my way home. What a terrible shame I could not deal with the gentleman that I had spoken to on the phone. Unfortunately, the woman behind the counter chased me away and rest assured, I will be purchasing tires from anywhere else but Walmart! Do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs!

Went to this Walmart looking for a clearance item that online stated this item WAS absolutely in stock at this location and wasted my time! I hate Walmart for their incompetent customer service! They constantly disappoint me when it comes to customer service help. I needed to purchase other items and decided NOT to buy them because I was so upset!

Very basic wal mart. Not a supercenter so no true grocery section but they do have canned, dry and frozen foods. They are open until 11pm at least during the week.

Not a single 1/4 inch instrument/audio cable... Seriously...

Its like every Walmart, no employee to ever be found when needing help and when they are its never their department.

I was at this store today.For the first time .In a very long time.I was so utterly impressed.By the cashier Susie .That made me realize.I grabbed the wrong size.Of a pair of pants .I was getting for my 22 yr old son as a gift .She literally made my day.Thanks a million.I hope she gets the credit she deserves.As an ex business owner.She is a phenomenal employee and it shows!
