This was my first time getting my lashes done and Jess was wonderful! I have a very fair complexion so I was nervous the lashes wouldn’t blend or maybe it would look too dramatic. Before I even voiced my concerns Jessica proactively spoke to me about my lashes and brought up options and techniques to make sure everything was blended and perfect like a true professional. The environment was comfortable, relaxing and clean. I also received the brow tinting service which was quick and of good quality. There are other “lash” places closer to my home in freehold but the lash lounge had availability to get me in under a weeks notice. The quality of the service was excellent so I will definitely be back and won’t question the extra few minutes of driving time!

Terrible experience!I was super excited to get a lash lift and get my eyebrows done while I’m at it. The tech started with my eyebrows and made them look really uneven so I asked her to let it be since I had only asked for a light clean up. When I got home, I had to pluck all the strays myself because they were all missed. Re: lift- my left side looks fine but the right side looks awful. They’re overly curled like she didn’t even use the same sized rod on both sides. I mentioned it to her when I saw this and she assured me that it would flatten out overnight which it didn’t. However, my left side, which looked fine at the time, now seems to be losing curl 1 day after getting it. I wasted a lot of money so be careful about not wasting yours. So disappointed I spent so much money.Update: no one has gotten back to me like they promised. This gets worse 😕

I just got my eyelashes done two days ago. I almost all of them are gone already. I’ve gotten my eyelash extensions done many times before and thought I would try The Lash Lounge in Marlboro since they were having an entry deal. I got the Classic Full Set for $99. When they were first done they looked super nice and natural. Some of them looked out of place like they were about to come out, but I didn’t touch them per my technicians orders. Throughout the same day many of the eyelashes fell off. I am super upset because I paid for full set even not even two days later almost all of my lashes are gone. Plus, I listened to after care regimen. I didn’t let them get wet for 24 hours, I didn’t wear makeup, and I didn’t touch them. I combed through them twice so far. I went to Jacqueline, she was a nice person, but I’m dissatisfied with the outcome.

Lift and tint. Highly recommend Gloria and The Lash Lounge!!! First time doing it very comfortable and easy.

Service was great! Eyelashes last a long time.Update - When I started going, Judy was doing my eyelashes and I was truly happy with them. They changed stylists and although she is really fast - which I appreciate - my eyelashes do not look good. After complaining the stylist fixed them but wanted me to upgrade to another service which made no sense. I will only return to this shop when Judy returns.

I had Nina as my tech. She was very professional and fast! Like really fast.Update: all my lashes fell out. She used way too much glue on my lashes. My usual lash technician has to remove the lashes. There was 1 lash on 5 of my real lashes. I lost some of my real lashes because of the job that was done to my lashes here.Additionally, you are supposed to have your clients wash their eyes lashes before starting. This was not done.

This was my first time post-covid getting my lashes done. I appreciated how this location still required face mask to protect myself and my stylist. Additionally, the area of service was clean and maintained. My stylist, Analia asked me questions about the style and length of my lashes, that I have never been asked before. I got a full hybrid set done in less than an hour!

Maureen was so professional and did an amazing job on my lashes! She answered all of my questions and gave me exactly the look I was hoping for. So happy with my new lashes!!!

My 1st time here. Judy took the time to explain the process and my choices. Very professionalOnly negative was that i didnt care for the checkout process where the stylist remained there with you after telling the receptionist what services you received. The receptionist asked about tipping and amount, without telling me my final cost.....I had to ask.....AND the stylist remained there waiting to hear my response. It caught me off guard and I ended tipping more than I should, in regards to the percentage and NOT in regards to the service...almost 25%.Also was observing my phone for my response to the review as I was standing there completing it.However, I would use this establishment again.

My experience with the lash lounge was amazing. After getting a full set from SUTRA in Marlboro, my lashes were a complete nightmare. I had eye pain, pulling, and overall discomfort. I discovered The Lash Lounge, and my lash tech Judy had to remove my full set and put a whole new one on, because of how poor the quality was from the other salon. I have to say, this was the most pleasant experience at a salon I have ever had. The quality is fantastic. Judy even gave me her personal number for any questions or concerns, and she wanted me to be completely satisfied. My lashes looked absolutely amazing (and still do even two weeks later!) Highly recommend this place !!!! :)

Alix did an amazing job on my lash extensions! She took her time and perfected the placement of each lash. I absolutely loved her work and will be returning to her again. The salon overall was very neat and tidy and used great precautions for Covid.

I had an appointment scheduled and this would have been my first time at this place but i woke up with a fever and chills so i called to reschedule and they charged my card $50 for cancelling. They can keep my $50 dollars because i wouldn’t want to go to an establishment that would force people to make their appointment even if they might have covid. I will make sure to let everyone i know not to go to this place. Business must be so bad that you have to charge me if im sick.

My daughter received an eyelash lift. Her lashes were burnt and over curled. She has been putting oil on them for two months and they are still not what they were before. The manager said we could come in and get them straighted back to the way they were. Why would we go back to use more chemicals on an already overproccesed lift.

I have had lashes done for 3 years. I ended up coming here because my regular place did not open up after quarantine. I’ve been coming to Stephanie for 2 months now and could not be happier with my lashes. This is the best they have ever looked!

This was my first visit. The receptionist was very polite and funny. The technician walked me through the last lift and tint process. The music was great. The facility was very clean and I was extremely comfortable.

Let me just start off by saying I’ve never had a lash lift before and was not expecting to have dramatic results. Though, I do have long eyelashes so I expected somewhat of a difference as I have seen other lash lifts done. When I had called to explain to the manager that there was hardly any difference I was told that they could not do another lash lift until 8 weeks because of the chemicals they use, which would would be free of charge. This would have been fine but I had went into doing this because I was going on vacation in a few weeks. The managers reply was that they can do eyelash extensions instead before my vacation. I have had eyelash extensions before and I’m not crazy about them so I said I’d think about it and get back to them. A few days later I get an email from them saying I can either come back in 8 weeks for an eye lash lift free of charge or I can come in for eyelash extensions with a 20% discount off the promotion they were already running. While that sounds grand and all she did not mention a fee over the phone for the extensions and why in the world would I go spend another $100 + on eyelash extensions which only last a few weeks only to get them removed at an additional cost. Thanks but no thanks, I’ll just flush the hundred dollars I already spent on the lift down the drain and pay somebody else who knows what they’re doing with better customer service.Update: Got my eyelash extensions done somewhere else and they did an amazing job to hide the terrible lash lift this place did. She told me whoever did my eyelash lift basically burnt them which is why they looked the way they did, so either they did not time it right or they used cheap product. So thanks a bunch.

Had an awesome experience getting the lashes done at the Lash Lounge @ Marlboro. The place had a unique vibe to it, with a great ambiance and a relaxing setup, giving an overall spa like experience. The staff were also welcoming and very professional. My stylist, Nicole was very thorough going over different options and making recommendations per my specific requirements. All in all a wonderful experience and definitely recommend the place!
