Best ice cream. Many flavors like pistachio, chocolate, etc and various color. Colorful cakes .

I got the beach day ice cream today. Surprised how good it was. Love new flavors.

I will not improve this rating until they decide to put a list of ice cream flavors in the drive through. If you are going to have the option available to order ice cream after entrance hours why not have the options visibly available? WHAT WOULD IT COST YOU TO PRINT OUT A LIST OF THE FLAVORS????This has to be the most infuriating thing about this place. Then the workers wanna catch an attitude when you’re asking what flavors are available. I get it, no one wants to read off 30+ flavors but then have the list outside. STUPID & RIDICULOUS. This is the 3rd time asking the workers to mention it to management.

Everyone here at this Baskin-Robbins was very friendly! I went through the drive thru and it was quick and easy. The ice cream here is always sooooo good lol. Good job guys!!

Went to get ice cream with my sister and aunt, 9:50 tonight thinking, “oh it’s Friday let’s go have something sweet,” but was greeted with the most bittersweet customer service. The two servers that helped us, an Indian and an African American lady, was unbelievably rude to us all. Rolling their eyes, nasty attitude and then proceeded to talk about us loudly as we walked out. 100% do not recommend

I wish I could attach pictures with my review. I am a regular here and with my recent purchase the quantity and service really went down the drain. I’m mad at the service and quality I received.I purchased 8 ice creams on 10/21/2020 Order no 097.JARED O, barely put enough. I told him on which he doesn’t do anything as if I was speaking to the wall . On top he charged me an extra ice cream which hopefully will be refunded soon. I spent 8 bucks on An ice cream. IT SHOULD REFLECT ON THE QUANTITY TOO. I have never had this problem before. I’m a regular and I want the store manager to contact me or I’m never visiting this location again.Truly dissatisfied.

I was charged $3.40 for this pathetic looking ice cream cone. The kids who work there are incompetent. They can’t even put 2 scoops on a cone unless it’s a waffle cone. Obviously, they’ve never seen the old poster for Baskin-Robbins with multiple flavors stacked on 1 cone. I’d like to open my own ice cream place where 5 Guys used to be and put this place out of business. What a relief that they don’t work in healthcare.

I ordered a cookie dough layered sundae and was given cookie dough ice cream, Reese’s peanut butter cups, and caramel. I asked who made it and she said they ran out of what should have been in it. I have never had a problem here, what if I was allergic to what was put in this?

Went for a birthday cake. onnoxious workers as usual. too young to know what respect is. asked them to write happy birthday on a cake. guy said we cant do that today. but he did say sorry. typical ignorant zero common sense minimum wage worker.not to mention place had filthy counters.not happy. will be calling common owner.

The lady at the register was very rude and angry, i dont know why they send monthly coupons if they have to be to so arrogant to accept them, i went on tuesday night, the coupon was for BOGO i ordered 2 scoops with free 2 scoops with waffle cup which i have taken so many times, now she said its not applicable ok i understand if she dont want to give and rather garbage thats what she said, plus i totlaly forgot to mention that it was TUESDAY thats already buy 1 get one free in that store also if you buy 2 scoops its already free waffle cup so she was just trying to piss me off when i was standing with baby in my arm and a toddler who wants ice cream or she just might be a racist, please dont keep workers like that who take out their frustration on customers.
