Horrible service. My dermatologist ordered a cream for my son over two weeks ago and no delivery yet. Not only they don’t return call or provide a good reason for the delay, the girl that answered the phone is arrogant. When I asked for a refund or to speak to a manager her answer was”this is ridiculous”. Will be calling my dermatologist to voice my opinion as well.

I really like this pharmacy. I have been using them for about 6 months now and they have been very reliable for me. I always had bad experiences with big box pharmacies saying that my prescriptions would be ready and then driving there and finding out they are not. But with this place I have picked up about 12 or so prescriptions in the last six months without a single hiccup. I highly recommend this place. I also find the staff to be very helpful and friendly.

Great Job!!! This place has inventory. I switched to Old Bridge Drugs because my friend told me about it and these guys get it done. I got a prescription filled that the big boxes didnt stock. Normally I am told to come back, but not here. The staff is great too, they dont change, its nice that they recognize me now.

I have become a regular here. Good people and very helpful. Much better than the box drug stores. This is personalized customer service.

Staff is nice but the service is not so good. Every time I call to ask if I have any refills due (they do not automatically refill your scripts) they check my name in the computer and then ask me what meds. Ummm, I’m calling you to ask?? Can’t you see in your computer?? If you don’t call to fill a refill they never bother to tell you and you loose it if it’s not filled in time. I honestly believe they take the extra meds.

Old Bridge Drugs is the way best pharmacy in New Jersey. They have all the drugs to fill the prescriptions. They are fast, very efficient and very courteous.

Ive been getting my meds from them since 2010. I moved to the town Middlesex but I would still drive 30 mins just to get my medication. The reason being is because the pharmacists are all so genuine and kind. They really take care of their customers, one time my insurance company was giving me a hard time and they were telling me I have to pay out of pocket. The pharmacist took it upon themselves to personally call the insurance company and fight for me to get the meds in a reasonable amount of price. Thank god from them because it was 2K for just a month supply.My dad and mom also come here for meds and my mom tells me their flu shot is cheaper than Walgreens.They really do take care of their customers, I would see it all the time and I just cant believe there are still good people in this world that arent money hungry. God bless their hearts. Im telling you, this pharmacy is the best in Old Bridge/Sayreville/ South Amboy.
