We visited Mattress Firm during their Labor Day sale. It was the first of several furniture stores we visited that Saturday, but we returned the next day because their offering was the best value in our opinion. Our sleep expert Ronny was attentive and not pushy. He helped us narrow down our choices by taking the online mattress quiz. He and his team helped us take advantage of available promotions, and delivery was scheduled for two days later. We left the store satisfied. We got an adjustable base too, something we didn’t think about before. It’s supposed to change your life, so fingers crossed.

He’s very knowledgeable, takes his time to know his customers, and recommends mattresses tailored to your liking/ body type. You are free to try as many beds as you’d like in addition to pillows. Made the process simple and easy. Took 1 hour of my time and now I have a new mattress, frame and bedding set included shipped to me in a few days! 5 stars.

Marina, the sales representative who helped us, was super friendly and knowledgeable, and really went out of her way to show us our options and make sure we were getting the kind of mattress we wanted. The delivery experience was also great: the mattress came on-time and the staff were friendly, quick, and unobtrusive. I came back to the Old Bridge store another day to pick out some pillows, and the service was just as good as when we bought our mattress. Highly recommended!

I went in to get a mattress pad. I was greeted immediately by the sales rep. She was very helpful and knowledgeable explaining the differences between the products. It made my purchase easy and knew what I was purchasing.

I had bought a previous mattress here about 10 plus years ago and it was a great mattress. Today, i purchased a Serra hybrid 2000 and an adjustable base. The mattress is being delivered tomorrow so I can’t review the product however the customer service I received in the Old Bridge store by Marina was above and beyond. She is knowledgeable and took the time to explain all the different products and was patient as I tried out many and had questions. Great job Marina and thank you.

I received amazing help from Lena at the Forest Avenue, Staten Island store. We we’re having a problem with our adjustable bed which we purchased from another store which has since closed. After calling the warranty company & corporate, etc., I reached out to Lena’s store as it is nearby. She made several phone calls to get us help & even called back to follow up. Our problem will be fixed in the next couple of days. Lena was so kind, helpful & proactive. I would highly recommend her for any mattress purchase.

I was in need of a mattress for the brass bed I gave to my son after we moved from NY. I visited Mattress Firm yesterday, saw the mattress I liked and rutted to day when I had more time. I picked the mattress, filled out the receipts and voila in no time at all Marina and I were putting the mattress in my car and I was zipping home. Brought down the old mattress and replace it with the new and all that angst I had felt about the ordeal of getting a new mattress dissipated. It couldn’t have been easier. My son is coming home tomorrow and will he be surprised.

In 20 years, this was our third mattress purchase. Learning from past mistakes, we decided to invest more in a quality mattress with an adjustable base. The delivery men were extremely efficient with set up & came on time. Overall, a wonderful experience. We’ve been sleeping on the mattress for 4 weeks now,& I can safely say that we do not regret the purchase.

Lana was rather pleasant and welcoming. This was the second mattress firm I brought my Mother to purchase a new bed, not just a mattress. My mother and I were not too enthused by the first MF location and we visited or the sales rep, however she was able to test out the beds and was happy with one in particular. Upon returning home and looking online, the sale price was still undeniably the best around, so I researched for a different location and Old Bridge was rated the highest in our area. Lana was mentioned several times in previous reviews, all were positive. We left not long after with higher hopes. The first person we encountered introduced herself as Lana and mentally, I was already at ease and comfortable. I am not one to haggle pricing, though wanted to make sure my Mother was happy since she was well overdue for a new bed and well...she’s my mother. I did mention to Lana that I researched online but I did not state much anything else. Lana ended up quoting a price that was lower than we saw ordering direct online which made my Mother happy and of course made me happy too. I highly recommend Old Bridge MF. I myself am too overdue for a new bed and for sure will be returning to Old Bridge MF when I’m ready.

By far the worst experience I have had in customer service. I came in looking for a king size mattress but was not even able to get to that because the pot bellied old man who was there was so rude. I was finishing a phone call which came in while looking around and he overheard me saying I was waiting on a bus and just jumped to the conclusion that I was hiding out in his store. What he didnt know was that I was also looking for a king size bed and since I had 30mins to spare and the store was across the street I decided to kill two birds with one stone. My sister bought over 5 mattresses there and recommended the place. Ordered me out of his store if I wasnt here for a mattress. I will definitely be buying elsewhere.
