Great business for our bustling Main Street. Just to give you a heads up they have a pricier product line, very quality though. They carry Patagonia and products like that.

Their manager, Kathy, may be one of the most knowledgeable people in the State on product performance and brabd issues. She, and her team, have that rare attitude rarely found in retailing, that if it aint broke dont fix it. Meaning, we wont sell you a product that doesnt meet your expectations. Bravo Denali, youre lucky to have Kathy and her Old Saybrook team!!

Honestly can not say enough about my several visits in the past few weeks to Denali in preparation for my brother and my backpacking trip to Europe. On my first visit, Dylan offered his knowledge on the wide variety of packs they carry and their features and benefits. Although I did not make a purchase on the first visit, I was well informed and felt confident enough in my knew understanding of the merchandise that I returned the very next day with my brother ready to invest in our packs.Sarah was incredible. She met us on the next visit and was so thourough with answering our many questions and helped with out with our budget. I was particularly impressed with how vast her knowledge was of the equipment and the overall kind, pacient and friendly demeanor she had. We bought the packs and left smiling.Since then, I have been back to Denali on multiple occasions to wrap up odds and ends and grab last minute things. By far my favorite team and store to shop from for my adventures and couldnt be happier with my purchases. The attentive and kind nature of professionalism is one of a kind. I WILL BE BACK!
