I cannot say thank you enough to Cheryl for helping me set up my new phone. After having traveled to the Apple Store, Best Buy, and being poorly assisted at my hometown Verizon Store, I was ready to return my new phone and just quit technology altogether. Cheryl was my saving grace and did not let me leave disappointed. She epitomizes what customer service should be: caring, understanding, kind, resourceful, supportive, and cheerful. I cant say enough good things about the help I received with my phone from Cheryl, Julia, Sarah and Messiah at the Old Saybrook store. I made several visits and each one was great. They were helpful and courteous and spent as much time as we needed to figure out the problem and get it solved. It would be great if all customer service were like this, but its not. Cheryl, Julia, Sarah and Messiah are a cut above all others and Im very grateful for the time and attention they gave to me. Thank you all.

Cheryl Goslin is the most professional salesperson I have had the pleasure of doing business with. She understood every facet of our needs, resolved every conceivable issue and provided accurate support of your product. Every possible detail was disclosed. I have never been this satisfied with a purchase of any kind. She is an asset to Verizon and should be awarded the highest honor by promoting her to national sales trainer. She could easily bringing Verizon to the highest level of sales volume by training your entire sales team. She is an absolute treasure.

The worst. Saleman lied about the bill to get you to buy. They say all the charges on the first bill will show up then be credited and removed in the next billing cycle. Lies all lies. Then you have to go there and waste your time to get it straight. They want to sneak it by you and charge you for the duration. Verizon is awful and this store is the worst of the worst.

I always have a good experience at this location. This time I was helped by Julia who was professional but also personable. I didnt feel rushed and she explained everything very well. After my visit, she continued to be helpful, where corporate wasnt. Highly recommend the store and Julia for customer assistance.

Curtis was extremely helpful! He set me up with a free phone that I had received an offer for in the mail to finally upgrade from a flip phone to my first smartphone. He made me a new email account for the phone and] was even able to move my contacts from the old one to the new one with no problem too! These guys are pros!

My wifes phone had been acting buggy so we brought it in for a check-up. The new interior of the store looked way updated from our last visit. Better yet, what used to be a tedious process was made super quick and easy by our salesperson Messiah. I came to the Saybrook location with the big task of transferring my account from a biz account to our personal. This we found out can be quite complicated if you don’t have the right customer service rep. Thankfully Curtis C. was more than capable. Not only did he help us every step of the way, he also helped us get great trade in values on old devices so we could upgrade to i 13pro, iwatch6, and get a new iPad Pro! We had the choice of three stores closer to our home, we come here because of the amazing service Curtis and his co-worker Cheryl provide us. After being in the store on multiple days I was able to see Cheryl multitask like a champ. She made everyone in the store feel important and that their time was just as important as the next person. I did notice when the manager arrived he stated he would have preferred they did not handle the floor that way and the feeling in the room changed quickly. I think we all preferred the high spirits, quick on their feet service we were getting before. No matter what…they have made a lifelong customer out of me. Thank you.
