I had the opportunity today to sit near the pharmacy while waiting for a vaccine. The staff despite being inundated with a constant flow of customers and questions, managed to go about their morning with a professional, polite and prompt response to each and every one of them.If one employee was busy managing a customer in line or on the phone, there were two or three extra staff members who jumped in to help, in order to keep the operation of the store moving.Kudos to the management of this store.
Possibly the worst pharmacy in the country. Theres always a line. The prescription is never ready. Ive literally had them tell me my name is spelled wrong or my birthday is wrong. Like, Your birthday is Feb 13. Uh, no, it isnt. I cant tell you how many times Ive had to delay starting medication because of this pharmacy. AVOID
Last week I came down with a painful sinus and ear infection, my primary care was unable to see me for several days. A friend suggested to try the minute clinic. I hopped on the app and was able to make an appointment with in an hour. I arrived and was checked in immediately in the care of the MOST FABULOUS PA, Emma! Emma was so sweet and knowledgeable. She asked several thorough questions and showed genuine compassion and care in taking her time to explain her excellent advice to healing. I cannot recommend her enough. Emma prescribed an antibiotic and I was able to walk out of the patient room and straight to the CVS pharmacy line to pick up. The process was so seem-less and convenient. This is my first review I’ve ever written. Not long after my appointment I received several follow up calls from Emma to check in on how I was feeling. Perhaps I am not of the norm, I have to say this was very unfamiliar to me. I have never spoken to my PC on the phone and sometimes find it hard to even receive a call back from the office on the rarity I do call. I am so pleasantly grateful for the care Emma has shown, she truly cares about her job. She deserves much more than my Google review. In my humble opinion, 5 star Health Care Professional and a true role model for humanity.
This pharmacy is so rude! They mess up my prescription, and somehow they have an attitude with me!?! Something is seriously wrong with customer service. A little kindness goes a long way.
They make scheduling a COVID test and vaccine so easy! All the of the pharmacy staff were very kind and helpful by walking us through everything.
I dont like this pharmacy at all. The people theyre are uncooperative and difficult to deal with. They called my house to leave a msg and said my prescription was ready only to not have it ready for pick up when I came by. They dont have a good entertainment section where they have books and magazines and such. The candy bars are near the check out isle so you have to go all the way around the checkout lane to get one bar of candy if you want it and then go to the back of the store to pick up your prescriptions. The CVS app is awful and hard to refill prescriptions.and the location isnt great either. If you have a choice go somewhere else. I dont. My insurance demands I use this one. Thanks anthem.
The drive through here is SO slow. You could be 3rd in line and it takes 45min to get up to the window. There must be a way to be more efficient?
Edit 9/19/21The absolute worst self checkout system ever. Getting through it without it calling for assistance (which takes forever) is like winning the lottery. It goes crazy over everything and can barely even function.I walked away from it without even getting my impulse purchase today because its that much of a hassle.____Its decent as a far as a CVS goes. It is a bit on the smaller side, staff is not always available to help, and the pharmacy is often severely understaffed, but overall its basically what you expect.
The pharmacy here is always a 50/50 chance of either having a good experience or a bad one. There are only a hand full friendly pharmacists that work there.
This CVS has such a nice atmosphere. They have great deals on everything and the staff is so friendly. I was greeted by what I assume to be the manager, with smiling eyes, and she offered to help find anything I needed and told me to have a wonderful day as I left. I would give this location 100 stars.
I have had a couple of very negative experiances with this pharmacy. Finally,I decided to switch pharmacies, the new pharmacist called to transfer the scripts only to be told they didnt have any. When she told me I called CVS to straightened the situation. They found the account which had of course been there, in the mean time I waited on hold 45 MINUTES to speak with staff. This had topped off what has been several unfortunate experiances with this location. Do not use them unless you have allot of patience, the staff seems half baked and inept, or understaffed and untrained.
Terrible service. Pharmacy staff is consistently unfriendly, abrupt and often does not have the right drugs in stock.
Im giving them 2 stars only because the actual pharmacists who Ive dealt with on issues beyond what the uneducated technicians can handle were actually helpful and because the GM of the store itself is one of the nicest guys Ive dealt with. However, 2 stars is generous given the experiences Ive had with the pharmacy technicians as well as the CVS app. I have two children on monthly prescriptions which Ive been getting from this location for over 2 yrs now and yet there still seems to be an issue getting these meds every...single...time! I have most of these on auto-refill and I follow the same process to have them shipped to me in order to avoid waiting in the store line or drive thru for 45 min! 1 out of 3 orders I place has issues and its frustrating when you cant even talk to a competent person to get issues sorted out in a timely manner (currently on hold for 10 min to get someone on the phone). This is the second time Ive called about this issue and the first person who answered was extremely rude and when I asked to speak to someone else she put me on hold so long I just gave up and now I have to try yet again and waste my lunch time! Its very frustrating to say the least when Im trying to get meds that my children need on time, every month!
I am not always a fan of CVS. But I have to say the staff here is fantastic. The pharmacist was really helpful and knowledgeable. Also, the cashier who waited on me was also really kind. Thank you.
Finally gave up after repeatedly hearing that someone will assist you momentarily but no one ever did. This place rates as low-as-you-could-go for phoned in customer service.
The store itself is nice, however the pharmacy is another story altogether. Prescriptions are consistently not ready in a timely manner. I have had problems at least 50% of the time I go there ti pick something up. Staff and pharmacist are not helpful, become defensive when questioned. My attending doctor called and was on hold for 15 minutes on 2 separate occasions. As a healthcare provider myself I can understand that there are occasional hiccups, but this store is consistently bad. STAY AWAY!!
Horrible. To get one prescription fixed it took the same amount of time it would take to close a deal with the government for a fleet of aircraft carriers. Ive gotten concert tickets quicker on the phone. Its easier to contact Comcast. Un-freaking-believable. Prescription says take 3 pills a day for four days, 2 pills a day for the next four days, and one a day for the next four but they put 20 pills in the bottle. Do the math. Listened to the hole music loop at least seven times now for a store in a small shoreline town. Used to go to Walgreens where they have two people behind the counter and I never had to wait yet for this overpriced quantity over quality ripoff joint I have to wait, wait, wait. All because of insurance company all of a sudden cuts a deal with CVS to have them fill all prescriptions now. I bet they cut that deal a lot faster that Im waiting to get this fixed.
Very friendly staff and wide variety of products. The store is very clean and well kept.
Very slow filling my sons prescription. Was called in a day and a half ago and Ive just been told itll take another 20 minutes. Thank goodness its not something he needs to live. SMH
Went to fill prescription 3 different times.Very sick first time. Sat there for 2 hours.2nd time it was called in, went shopping first went there waited 1.5 hours. 3 rd time Dr. called in went grocery shopping, received a text that it was ready. Went there and they lost one of them. Had to wait another 25 minutes.
Tried to get a flu shot, after waiting 20 minutes for a cashier qualifies to get my information I was then told to wait another 15 minutes to get the actual shot. 20 minutes later im still waiting.
Finally it was explained to us, the free promotions we always get in my wifes emails are not sent to this store. So there is no reason to go here. Supply the rack corporate... also the bathrooms have cheap tetanus grade hardware.
Photo is terrible - problem is with the online ordering app. The same day app let me send in my photos and confirmed they would be ready and yet the store didnt get them... Manager Jeremy was very apologetic and did his best to help. It definitely isnt the people, but still a big annoyance.
The pharmacy in this location are careless, I’ve been on hold for more than One hour, spoke to the store to let them know and another 15 min on hold and nobody pick up .
They Take forever here..
Prices are high have to use coupons and get things on sale. Well stocked store and pharmacy is very reliable
I like that they dont sell cigarettes...great cosmetic department.....my favorite pharmacy!
Jim was extra helpful
