I used to love this store,but since its changed pharmacist and staff it has gone down hill. I was there yesterday at 1:50 was told couldnt get flu shot they were at lunch until 2:30. So went back today at 12:15,Sarah waited on me gave her my ID,Medicare cards told her I wanted the flu shot, and the shingles vaccine. She asked me if I wanted the hidden vaccine and I said Im not old enough she looked at my date of birth and said oh your birthday is two days after mine. Ill ask the pharmacist. Told me to go wait down the end. So at 12:20 I waited at the end with four other people. I waited until 1:50,until I was alone and one of the pharmacy people asked why I was there so long and I said Im waiting for my shots. He asked Sarah,she proceeded to tell me that I didnt ask her for the flu or shingles vaccine.. but the pharmacist was at lunch she could put me in now and I could wait. I said are u kidding me. No Ive waited an hour and a half Im not waiting any longer and why would I ask you for something at age 64 I know Im not eligible for. Im not waiting or ever coming back to this store again..She showed no sympathy or remorse for her mistake Im disabled, this was my second day with this BS and they have no people skills! 😒

I have been going to this pharmacy for YEARS. For so long, I cant even remember when I started and the pharmacy used to be good. The staff were helpful and considerate. They would do what they could to make your experience a good one. There is a pharmacist there who is rude. The rudest. He is never understanding, he doesnt even apologize for the mistakes of the staff. Its unfortunate. As stated I never had a problem until this person started there and now all the sudden, issues. And not just me but my husband as well. Always this same person, always the same problems. Otherwise, the store is good. However, since most of my goings on is the pharmacy, this rating is what they get. Maybe they should do something about this person. Talk to them? Something? Its ridiculous that I hear his voice on the phone and immediately know that the conversation is going to be unpleasant.

Completely unhelpful! I was looking for something specific that the website said was in stock at this store. Instead of going in the back to check I was just told it hasn’t been put out/or come in yet. That and the guy, I believe his name was Bill was totally rude about it!!

This particular location is conveniently located on the corner of Tampa Rd & Forest lakes Blvd. The store is always fully stocked with products you need and use. There rewards cardIs fantastic. The store is clean and the staff is always helpful and they care about their customers. They also have fantastic sales.

My favorite Walgreens, I am a little partial to this store. They are usually well stocked and have some good deals on clearance. Staff are very friendly and helpful as long as you are polite with them.

I hate this Walgreens. 99% comes from the pharmacy department. On various occasions Ive had issues with the pharmacy. I was hobbling in there with a crutch one time, and had to stand in line in pain (fine, i get it, wasnt there first) - but for the tech to say are you in pain sir seems a bit stupid. Some girl that was working there another time in the drive through walks in late (assuming her shift starts at an even hour, and it was 11 past) then gives me an attitude like I was inconveniencing her.
