Should talk to the employees about not texting and driving, or cutting peo ple off because they are to busy on their phone. This employee was driving k202 it looked like.

Night vision is remarkable, even in pitch dark.Cameras have very good clarity. Jim isseasoned, personable, and patient answering all my endless questions prior to making the decision to install.Service was wonderful and continues to this day. I cannot imagine a better company that installs such!

Lowest quality cameras, and DVR. Cameras began failing the first month we had them. 3 out of 5 to be specific. We understand that products can fail, but the response to our camera issues was so negative that it cant be overlooked anymore. Many calls and emails finally got my cameras exchanged a month after we began calling. We are now on our fourth warranty call for cameras and business as usual, no response to phone or email. When we have gotten service it was after many multiple excuses about how Jim did not receive our messages through, phone, text or email. Seems Jim not only cannot operate his business, but he also does not understand how to answer his email or posted phone numbers.Even when we did get his attention, he had every excuse in the book about why his products failed, and why his service was poor. We are now replacing all cameras and the DVR at our own expense even though we are still under our 2 year warranty.Poor products, awful service and a premium price. Leaving my real name so you can try and refute any of this Jim.
