Brand new store!!! Bright and cheery atmosphere here!! Everything they sell here is $5 or less! They have many, many things! Lots of candy, make up, toys, cell phone Accessories, even t-shirts!!! Amazing variety of things sold here!! Neat and clean store. Well stocked and organized here. A great place to pick up a nice gift for someone or for yourself!!! Check it out.

As I expected its a dollar store but a little pricier because the items are a little more substantial. However I did not buy anything which is unusual for me. Im sure once I cracked open the wallet it would have been a spree. Nice clean place. Well organized.

New store.. lots of variety for everyone. Mainly for kids and ladies. Everything $5 or less. They have good return policy as well. Many battery operated toys for $5, which is good to make your kid happy.

Electronics deals are especially good. All kinds of adapters and cords that cost way more elsewhere.

Great store to find that bargain for the beach, lake or river. Plus huge and vast selections of the items you might have forgot to put on your list when you visit and of the aforementioned places.

Great as usual. They are my go to place for adult sox. Great place to shop for childrens toys, birthday supplies and art supplies. Excellent candy selection. Lots of unusual gifts as well.

Went to this location of five below today to purchase Christmas gifts. Our nonprofit organization adopted a local domestic violence shelter to empower moms to have the opportunity to give their children gifts. Myself, our Vice President and get three children all shopped together and spoke with employees about the large order we were collecting. Everyone was very kind and helpful until we reached the cashier. Our cashier was very rude and short and more upset that she was the one that had to ring out our large order. This was our first big give we were excited and excited to have the little ones be apart of what Christmas is really about.... giving. When I asked about what we could do next time to make it easier her response was “Don’t bring kids” it was disgusting and rude! We left the store and our VP spoke with the manger she was visibly upset because the comment was uncalled for. As an organization it was disheartening to know that the response would be so negative. In an attempt to empathize with the amount of toys purchased for the shelter I thanked the cashier when we were ringing everything out and let her know we appreciated her helping us serve. When I told her the items would all be donated her response of “that’s cute” was off putting. I wasn’t sure if she was sincere or not but the comment at the end about the children confirmed she was being nasty. The experience was bad enough that organization will no longer look to partner with this location and will be reaching out to corporate about this negative and disheartening experience.

Great place for inexpensive but cool stocking suffers. Good if your working with a BUDGET!!!

Its 5 below. You dont go there for customer service (although the staff were kind) you go there for the price. Store is well kept and what one would expect.

You can find just about anything in here. My friend told me to look for something there it would be less expensive. See he was right.

1st of all if youve ever been to a 5 below youll know just how magical it is. It could be anywhere from feeling like a dollar store or to feeling like youre robbing the place with what youre leaving with and the prices they gave it to you for. Unfortunately (ans this is why Im lowering my rating here) is that they are raising their prices very subtly. Now the store doesnt Max out at $5 they Max out at $10- they no longer have $5 shelves but instead they have $5 in 99 cent shelves and I can see the variation lowering- so I can see this becoming a problem for me in the future where their products are slowly going to increase in price and no longer be.. Well theyll no longer be amazing prices. This is slowly becoming a store that is not 5 below.

This place is pretty cool. A lot of different things, decent stuff. Just in case you didnt get the reference in the name (I didnt prior to my business) it is like a dollar store but everything is below $5, lots of it is even cheaper. Definitely higher quality of stuff than a dollar store. Fun place.

Always friendly service from employees and an easy-to-find layout of everything you might possibly need in the store. Themed items for the holidays and cheap yet nice products that you find are all of decent quality and are not prone to breaking or falling apart.

I like this place for the items they have for 5.00 and under. Nice gift options too if you have a tight budget. I was very impressed and surprised the first time I went. The staff is also friendly and helpful.

This store is super fun and the prices make it the perfect place to frequent. The store is always clean. The employees are always nice and helpful. I especially appreciate the 15 minute parking on the side because parking can get rather crazy.

I love this Five Below store. They are usually clean and have friendly staff members who greet you as you come in. As many of you already know, everything in this store is literally $5 or cheaper . From toys to makeup, you can find some really cute things or gifts for cheap. They also have cheap candy that is worth looking into. I always like going in here to see what they have!

Great store they have EVERYTHING FOR CHRISTMAS

I use this store to bring my two young boys every once in a while for a “treat” if they are good... it’s great because they can pick anything in the store and it’s not going to be more than five dollars. As you can imagine, it’s not the highest quality stuff but you’d be surprised at what you can get for five bucks!

I love this store! I can spend two hours in here, looking at everything. A couple of years ago, I bought a winter coat for my dog in here for $5. The same cost was at Pet Smart for $40!

Do not know how they can compete with other department stores when they open so late. 11:00? That is a late time to open for a retail store. Revenue would raise tremendously is it opened at the normal time of 9:00, or even 8:00. Just a tip unless your company has sales through the roof never mind . Thank you. Sam- :)

Girls working yesterday were very rude to customers coming in to shop, they were wanting to close, I understand, BUT...yelling at the top of your lungs at customers coming in to shop is very unprofessional!!!!!! I am going to return the sunglasses I bought, they are scratched, I was rushing so fast to get out of there I didnt even notice at the time. I doubt I will ever return to purchase anything else, cant get those customers faces, while girl yelling, out of my mind. 😳

Though I still love it here I have noticed a little decline in quality of certain items. I hate when companies get cheap eventhough they make enough money to not skimp on providing items of good Quality at the awesome low costs.

Lots of variety. Decent quality t-shirts. Great if you need something specific but dont want to spend a bunch of money. Good phone accessories.

Five Below is not the temperature but the price of the items. Nice store but had to rate 4 instead of 5 because price of some items are no longer $5 and below.

Decent store for what it is, good place for inexpensive gifts/toys for kids. They have lots of chargers and cables USB USB type c and lightning cables 3,6 and 10 foot charging cables for just $5 good place to find a charger or cord of you need one today.Lots of pool toys good candy selection.Employee at register was nice and friendly too.

I never thought this was a $5 store but now I know and get iPhone screen protectors, cases and other accessories that are a lot more expensive elsewhere. A replacement iPhone lighting cable was $5.55 for 6 foot option and the have 3 feet and 10 feet options.

I had no idea how amazing Five below was until I came by yesterday and literally there was more than what I needed! So many things I wanted to walk out with but I really needed to pull it together LOL🤣

Would like to give this a higher star rating.... Am very disappointed with the customer service given. While shopping I was told about a drone offer for $5 after spending $40. After spending over $70 in this store, I asked about the drone, was told oh we dont have anymore out right now. We will be doing it all week. Ok.. fine, go in the next day, not even 24 hours later, with the receipt.... to see a bunch out, to be told no we wont honor it very rudely.We tried calling the store prior, to ask the question.... But wow what a surprise they would not answer the phone.... I guess I could take the little extra time and go to another location. Very disappointed, could have had a great Christmas present but yall cant get it together... We were given a 50% off one item coupon.... Ok how does that equal to a $70 drone.RIP to the customer service, and hopefully this location can get it right, if not make it right.

I have been to two Five Below locations. The one in TriCity, I loved - clean, well designed with functional layout. This particular location was not near as nice in my opinion. The setup seemed very choppy and disorganized. It seemed like a generic version of the other. I probably wouldnt return to this particular store however I will go back to the other location.

Nice store, have a lot of nice stuff. Look forward to going back there.

You get what you pay for. Good place if you want to buy something cheap. Always short staffed due to which its difficult to find help and billing wait time is at least 15 mins.

The service was better than what I expected

I do like 5 below but why hire people if you are going to have difficult to use self check out. The setup of the self check isnt user friendly at all. I dont get paid to check myself out. Some product are low quality other items you can go to Wal-Mart(not that anypne wants to go there) and get them cheaper.

My kid cant get enough of this place.
