Walmart is great for saving on everyday items that arent on sale at other outlets. Its hard to beat the prices on items that rarely go on sale elsewhere. They also carry an extensive selection of items, although not all items are available at every location.You really cant beat them as a 1 stop shop.I would skip the beef and the fresh seafood here though. Source that from a local butcher or Publix.Also, the bakery is mediocre at best. Find a good local bakery if you want fancier, higher quality goods.This is the best place to buy cleaning supplies and personal hygiene items.Also, household goods and garden supplies are hard to beat here.

Just packed, with really rude customers! I usually dont do the shopping...I have it delivered! I intend to keep doing that! I have to say, tho, that the workers are pretty friendly & know where everything is, so thats a plus! They cant help it that its overcrowded with rude people! Lastly, its unfortunate...& NOT their fault, but lots of holes where products should be! That shocked me! However, LOTS of Christmas stuff! Its the day before Halloween! Soon, maybe well see Christmas stuff right after school starts! 🙁

Easy shopping. I ordered online for pickup. Love having this option so I do not have to go inside and stay in the store searching for my items then buying way too much stuff you didnt need in the first place. Every time I order online so far, I have never had issues and they pack the car perfect without crushing anything delicate. Also thank you to the staff meme er who made sure my eggs and bread were handed to me to put in my front seat so they dont get destroyed. I appreciated that little detail. It made my experience great. Thank you.

Went last night (about 6:30p on 9/15/21) and many shelves are bare and it seems like theyve rearranged the store again, but I havent stopped by in about a month so maybe Im wrong. The long conveyor belt self-checkout stations are gone and they only had two open cashiers, which leads me to why Im commenting... the Assistant Manager with the name starting with T (Tammy?) opened a register and checked out a couple of customers. The two lines were long and several of us had full carts so they really needed at least one more cashier open. I decided to jump in her line thinking the worst that would happen was she would tell she was closed. I just want to say how nice she was to check me out. She was trying to get to her break and instead she helped me out. I really appreciated it! 5 stars for her!! 3 for the store.

Joe C., a customer service rep., helped me to find 3 car tires even though the shop was closed and it was after 7pm. He went above and beyond his normal routine to find me what I needed. I drove quite a long ways to get there and he made sure I was a satisfied customer. I am now ready to to be at work on time for Monday because of his dedicated support. Thank you so much Joe C. Theyre redoing the store and moving everything. And you have to try and find out where they moved it to, would have been nice if they just put a sign in the department where it was directing you to where it is now. Plenty of supplies sitting in the middle of the isles and shelves were bare. Took so long to shop and get out of there.

The personal shoppers almost knocked me down, zoomed EVERYWHERE and were VERY aggressive. There were also a minimum of 2 huge stocking cart in almost every aisle, plus parked in between cases at the ends of the aisles, which not only made it difficult to shop for what I needed, but because they blocked the way to cut through the cases, it was causing people to walk WAY around to get to the other side.Plus as busy as the store was with many customers attempting to get their shopping done, I counted ONLY TWO cashiers there to check out. Oh sure, there were plenty of self check lanes available, but as far as actual cashiers.....TWO.They were out of 3 different items I needed, forcing me to go to a competitor. It was NOT a good experience today at all.

This area clearly needs another walmart.it was so crowded and there were so many workers stocking shelves at a high traffic time, presumably because stuff is going off the shelf too quick because theres too many shoppers.it took two or three times as long to shop as a normal walmart.

I actually went inside for the Quest Diagnostics. Stacie was completely wonderful, professional, pleasant, helpful, and an all around delight to work with as well as be helped by. She even followed the proper number of limits for readjusting as taught to phlebotomists!

Auto center is not good heavyset guy that works the counter will tell you it’s 2 1/2 hours no matter what. This has literally happened to me 5 times I tell my wife now before we get there and we have a good laugh when he does it. I’m there for oil changes usually so I just buy the stuff and do it myself although it did happen once when I tried to buy tires. So if you call him out he can just make sure your car takes 3 plus hours . So there you have it I read the review that the said he got such great service showing up late and getting tires what a laugh there’s is zero chance that is true lol.

Alex (a manager in the Auto Center) was so accommodating! He took quick care of my car & sent me on my way with confidence! Thankful to be enjoying the rest of my vacation without any tire worries ❤

I would of gave 0 stars if that was an option. Couldnt find an associate to help me get something that was locked up. Waited in line 30 min. With arthritis. I DO NOT LIKE SELF CHECKOUT. ONLY HAD ONE PERSON CHECKING PPL. OUT. SMH.

Self checkout is fine, but you need room when you have a cartful of items. Very frustrating the new checkout area design. Need more belt checkouts or i guess we have to start buying less!

They were out of wild bird peanuts even though it showed in-stock at this store on- line. Staff was helpful however.

I love it is variety, everything in 1 store. Yet I didnt rate it higher 😕 because, there is never an employee, in the dept. You need help with. I love this Oldsmar store. Staff is terrific. The door greeter Jimmy is so friendly and polite. EVERY time l walk through the door and Jimmy is working, he makes a point to greet me. I had the pleasure of meeting overnight mgr John. He spoke to me immediately while l was shopping in the grocery section. Very helpful. Then over by the seasonal section, l ran into Mgr. Scott. He was politely saying, Good Morning to one of the associates. Scott greeted me with a smile and asked if l needed assistance.The customer service is extraordinary at this location. I go to walmart at least 3xs a week now. The store manager Suzette runs a great store. Trust me, you will not be disappointed when shopping at this location!

Slow customer service and none of the associates great the customers. I hope they improve their approach and make the customers feel more welcoming and their shopping more pleasant.

Huge store! Very clean and modern. Has a parking lot the size of Texas! Giant garden center and even a Quest Diagnostics on site. It also has lots of food items not available in smaller Walmarts in our area. Theres an automotive centers and seperate liquor store too. Large selection of foods, clothes and shoes.

Walmart is Walmart. Sometimes you just have to to get certain things at a decent price. It’s never been my favorite place to shop, especially during holidays, but there are some good things too.

Everytime I come here alot of the products are not stocked and shelves are empty. I live closer to the oldsmar location but have to go to the farther one since half the time I can’t even buy water. I even have to go to publix for certain groceries because walmart never has them stocked.

Why do this Oldsmar store not have at least one live register open?I do my shopping early Sunday and if its 7 am or 9am there are only Scan and Go registers openSelf scanning registers do not take WIC. Every week I stand there while they figure out what to do.Poor customer service for recipients of these kind of programs.

This is one of the best Walmart around,but lately I have been going to the store at 6:00am before work like today and they are still closed . I was waiting past 6:00 and still closed I ended going to another place. If they changed the hour in the store they need to let people know about it.

It took a little bit for them to start my service, something about the computer. Once they got that straightened out, it all went smooth. 4 tires mount and balanced in less than an hour. Pretty good.

Great place to shop everything for home . I have been shopping here for last 6 years every week . It has never disappointed. Never ever spoken rudely, returns are swift, help is easy and things are generally in stock.

Not overly impressed. Shelves were barely stocked, employees were either ignoring customers (myself included) or rude. I get that its a tough job. I literally did it (Fresh CAP 1) but there still needs to be a standard met for the customers.

I just returned home from this WalMart. First, I had to use the self checkouts because they only had a couple of lanes open with paid employees. The person who was assisting in the self checkout was also taking care of the other lanes, so basically there was no assistance. Next, I got change back and then ask if I could break a $20. The person was so rude. I ask another question and she was rude again. I went back thru the line to purchase something else so I could get change. I went to what appeared to be an open lane because no one was there at the register. Then come to find out after the employee was rude again, that the resister was occupied. If you are going to have someone there to offer what you call customer service you need to make sure they have a smile on their face and not be rude to the customers.

Store number 02796 at 3801 Tampa Rd, Oldsmar is a great Walmart . From the moment you walk in, youre greeted by Jimmy. He is polite, friendly and ALWAYS greets you with a smile. He makes you feel like you are walking into his home with his extraordinary greeting.Shopping there is a pleasure. The associates and managers ask if you need assistance. The store is clean and well stocked.I had the pleasure of meeting the store manager Suzette. She is amazing. Her management skills are wonderful. This is a very clean walmart with a dunkin donuts and a quest diagnostics inside it. There seems to be a good selection of most things. A very smooth self checkout process that moves very quickly.

Every thing you would expect in a Walmart but this has decent people you wont find 20 people out side getting high as a kite on tobacco

I love the newly refinished floors! They look so glassy and CLEAN! I see that they are also shifting department locations. That helps the sales of items that need more help to promote sales. Thats smart.I love that Walmart tries their best to format each store almost the same as the other. It helps because then you dont feel lost when you go into a Walmart youve never been in. Time is money; and when you waste time searching for an area or a product because youre not familiar with the layout, its frustrating. Walmart helps my time management because I go so much and know where everything is. It will be exciting to learn the new layouts, as employees are eager to direct you, which again saves time!

We live in Florida! There is no reason why lawn and garden should desolate waste land with a Christmas bombed that went off. There is NOTHING in the shape plant growth products.

Honestly, I dont like Walmart in general although I literally have to shop there, but this Walmart is better than some. Cleaner and seems to offer more variety of products.

Terrible Customer service. bought a broken product still sealed and un opened with reciept and card used to purchase and was told I cannot return it. I didn’t know Walmart sold broken products and doesn’t care if the customer is scammed or not. Also the customer service women did not care about the situation and seemed to lazy to care…

We went around 8:30 a night and it was in and out.... This particular store was vary well stocked and clean. That made it easier.

Walmart has become the absolute worst experience. Theres zero customer service. They were resetting the store and all the signs down so you couldnt search for anything by yourself. So you asked someone where my item might be and she got mad she had to stop what she was doing, talking to another employee, to help a customer. I get my 2 items and try to leave. No registers were open. Only self checkout. And theres an employee playing with her phone. I asked why no registers open and she just ignored me. I asked her to scan the items for me because I dont work for Walmart, she does. She got huffy and said do it yourself. I just laid them on the counter and left. Ill take my business to Target from now on. I will never step foot in a Walmart again.

I have gone several times to this store and 2 I have been racially profiled. Tonight I went to this location at 10:57 they told me I couldnt walk in cuz the were closed but half a minute before that 4 young white teenagers walked in and just went thru no questions, as soon as I got to the door I wasnt very far behind them they told me that they shut down the registers and 11 so I wasnt going to have time to get my 2 items I dont understand why I was told I couldnt go in the store it was before 11 Im pretty sure door are open till 11pm and customers inside the store are urged to make there finally purchase you dont just kick customers out of the store if Walmart corporate could please reach out because this isnt the first incident Ive had there !!!! Would give zero stars if I could ...

This store is good and bad, there are some good employees and some lazy ones, standing around chatting, masks not saying hello to customers etc. The areas of of opportunity are they need to front and face better, 3 days in one week I shopped there and their coffee creamer on the bottom shelf was never fronted you had get on your knees to reach anything. The store often appears cluttered and dirty. Gum and stains on the floors which is surprising as this is in Oldsmar, which is a nice upper scale area.

They always have everything you need at the right price but you just feel like youre cheating on America when you buy from Walmart. I dont know why something crazy about it but thats how it feels sometimes. Even though I know Walmart is supporting many great Americans who work there!

Employees were not nice and card reader did not work. 1/2 stocked shelves and damaged food.

I went for an oil change; 5w20 blend. Alex and crew were educational and efficient. Just not educational enough to alert me when I gave my car info and asked how much the oil change would be, to tell me mine would cost more than advertised because I require 6 quarts. Overall good.

Good help if I need help when I go to that store

The merchandise is all in stock, and my app made it even easier. Super clean. I like that that they disinfect the carts one by one and give them to you. No more guessing which ones are sanitary!

This is a very large Super Walmart. Unless you come in though the main entrance, its little bit odd (You have to go around the entire back into the store).This store has a auto center (that does Oil and Tire), a nursery, Market, Standard shopping, liquor store, and has a Checkers restaurant inside.The store is clean, well-kept, fully staffed, but it is hard to get help during peak hours. A large portion, at least 20 registers are self scanning registers and is the most convenient way to get through the lines.

I normally have a pretty good experience here. Ive noticed lately that stock has been really low on many items in various departments. I also find it challenging to do check out later in the evening. Its either self checkout at the express lines or an express check out person. Why cant someone just check me out

Hard to get help with questions and locations with products i was curious about. Went through self check out and items wrung up wrong told the associate about it (after she was done texting) she said oh well. When i was leaving i was met outside by P.L.O. accusing me of skip scanning. I told him what happened and the responce was i should have gotten a manager.

This Store is larger and has a Larger Inventory than I have ever seen!!! I will always come to this Walmart for my needs as Opposed to any other Walmart I have Ever Shopped!! All the Employees were so helpful and over the top to help you locate what you were looking for!!! A Five Star for sure. 😊

Was trying to checkout at the register with an actual cashier and her keyboard locked up. She turned on the light for help from a supervisor or manager. We sat there for 30 minutes, no exaggeration, for someone to help her. I was trying to buy much needed baby formula and when I asked if I could just take it to a self-checkout, I was told no because she had already rung up the items. The management of this Walmart should be ashamed of themselves leaving their employees unassisted, and more training should take place so employees can help themselves.

No longer carried Mobil 1 synthetic motor oil for Motorcycles, was very disappointed after having to ask about where it was kept ! O well maybe it was just that store !

This is my favorite Walmart in Tampa. The garden center has fresh, beautiful flowers. I was really impressed. They seem to have more holiday items displayed. It was so clean and well kept.

Walmart is fine for everyday needs, but they really knocked it out of the park for the contactless order pickup. Throughout the pandemic, I have appreciated being able to place an order online and being able to pick up without having to go into the store. The staff that brings our the order are always polite. Its a walmart 🤷🏻‍♀️ as long as there isnt a crazy person running around screaming, its a good shopping trip. Just lately have been noticing the middle isle ways are becoming too over crowded with pallets making it hard to get to isles without having to go all the way to one end of the store and turning around.

Had what I wanted, but when I went to pay for it, there was no cashier by the garden center. So I had to go all the way back in find a self checkout. Of course none were working correctly so the one woman in charge was running around crazy. Finally got to one and of course it wouldnt scan one of my items, so the poor woman had to come over and scan her card.....just takes far too long to check out

This Walmart is better than the Walmart in Clearwater. Wish they can make their sour cream donuts less greasy and oily. Have had way better ones at other Walmart bakery.

Walmart is now becoming our place to shop for groceries. Recent price increase at Publix and Winn Dixie is moving us to shop at Walmart more. We love our Walmart.

The shelves are empty this is ridiculous there are containers all through the back parking lot how about not worrying about holidays that are months away and get what is needed on a daily basis

It was the worst experience ever! My family and I will spread the word to BOYCOTT! 2 registers opens express n 1regular open. A manager was running the regular one and 4 people at customer service, doing nothing n it took us 22 minutes to check out. Unexpectble for as much as I spend every week it is getting worse. I spend about $125 a week so you can do the math. Amanda a CS said that you will be cutting out all cashiers. I am so done.. BOYCOTT!BOYCOTT!

I like apple juice and they put the not from concentrate apple juice on the top shelf so nobody can get it unless they ask for a ladder or if they are 7 feet tall to reach it

Other than some aggressively obnoxious staff at one entrance, fairly good. Found what we went for. No other issues. But, DAMN, they had an entrance closed (for what ever reason) and the staff manning that entrance were overtly aggressive concerning NOT using that entrance. They could have easily told people that the entrance was closed due to some issue or another. But, NO. Rhe woman they had was super aggressive and in your face about NOT using that entrance. Go to the other entrance. Literally to the point of running out and interceptions people walking up and aggressively telling them to use the other entrance. Seriously obnoxious about it. She could have dealt with it MUCH more professionally. But, give somebody a little authority and it goes to their head, kind of aggressive. Really NOT necessary!!A serious turn off. Gonna be a while till I go back to THAT Walmart.

Im on a new lifestyle change of eating, and I was able to find just about everything I needed there at the super Walmart. Never really like going to the super Walmart because theres always just so many people but it wasnt too bad today I was able to get everything done and in and out and about 45 minutes. Always a good score after I leave Walmart

Best Walmart I have ever experienced in terms of grocery pickup delivery service.However, this store is not so good when it comes to store clearance deals shown on Walmart app as it has happened with me so many times that the app shows the product availability in this store but when you go to buy it than you find that theres is no on shelf availability of product in the store

This Walmart is my place to go.. whenever there is anything l need. Clean and well stocked continuously. The staff members are always friendly and extremely knowledgeable about where every item in the store is located. Great self-checkout area with assistance if needed, as well as standard check-out lines. There is also a Walmart liquor store adjacent to the main store. QUEST also has a small office within the store. What more could we want?
