Ordered a large picture window from western New York Glass and Door. I had to fly up from Miami the day they were installing it. On time and very professional. This was a big window that was cracked and they meticulously removed it cleaned everything up and installed the new window and they did an absolute perfect job. I would highly recommend this company. The owner personally delt with me, very professional and great deal on the window. Much better than the competition in town by a long shot.

A++ Highly Recommend. Great company and excellent installation team. This company has installed a custom shower door, bathroom mirror, and replaced multiple windows and screens for me. There work is top notch and this is coming from a guy that is extremely fussy. I had some issues with a mirror that I purchased from them they came right out and got it replaced ASAP. The windows that they have recently replaced turned out great and looks like they were never replaced. The installation team is extremely courteous even brought drop cloths to walk on to protect the floors. Thanks to the team at WNY GLASS

I called to get a quote for my car windshield. The lady on the phone was very helpful in making sure I would get the correct glass needed for my car. The quote also came in hundreds less than other places!!They allowed me to drop my car off early for convenience and they even got it done before it was scheduled. When I picked it up they were very detailed on how to care for the care for the next 24-72 hours to ensure a secure seal. When I got into my car I was more than pleased. Not only did they fix my windshield, they went above and beyond to wipe down my dashboard wish armorole.Awesome work, very friendly and personable, highly recommended. Hopefully won’t need them for any more car reasons but will be recommending to friends and family for all glass needs.

Told me 1.5 hours to replace the windshield. They took over 3 hours. Had a ridiculous list of rules to follow for 3 days afterward. Leave your windows open, dont slam the doors... Safelite is 24 hours no pressure wash... thats it! Never going here again.
