Worker showed us what to do but didnt help much was kinda of lazy when it was dead

AutoZone always has my parts in stock and theyre one of the few places that will order the part for you without a prepay so you do not have to make two trips, if the parts are not in stock. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly.

Its an AutoZone....OK, Ill say more. Wasnt offered help after 10 minutes in the store (didnt need it, but just mentioning it). Prices are fine. Selection is fine. Its an AutoZone.

BEWARE! They dont honor warranties, Even with Receipts! We purchased their best line of brakes, AutoZone needs the warranty to be handled by the mechanic who did the work. Sorry he is no longer in Business AutoZone says!!

The staff at the Olean NY store is great! If what you need isnt in stock, they can get it there the next day. I see them outside the store helping people all the time.

Its an AutoZone. This particular store (Olean) does have some employees that have a good mechanical aptitude therefore reducing wrong parts. AutoZone is increasingly carrying better brand parts. Their in house brand Duralast seems to have increased in quality over the years but I do recommend going with better name brand parts when it comes to critical things such as wheel bearings, ball joints, etc. I used to shop Napa only. Over the years, Napa parts have reduced in quality to the point to where I have to compare them to AutoZone parts before I spend the extra money.

Economically priced parts but you may have to return to get the right part a couple times thats the downfall make sure you have the right part and itll all work out

I am a frequent customer of Auto zone until today. I arrived at the Olean location at 7:09pm. I grabbed one gallon of antifreeze and walked to the counter to cash out. I stood there until 7:20 while one employee ignored me. The other employee came in from helpinga customer outside walked past me without a word. So in ten minutes of standing there no one greeted me or said theyd be right with me so I walked out. I will shop at advance Auto or any other store besides Auto zone because of their ignorance.

I went in to have my car battery checked and found out it needed to be replaced. Less than 20 minutes later the new one was installed. I paid for the battery but there was no charge for the installation. Thats their policy!!
