I most always have a great experience at this location. Usually has a good used stock for switch and SOME classics! Expect a friendly attitude and lots of help if needed. This staff has sorted out exactly what I was looking for every time! My favorite location to make our pre-orders also.

I dont know what it is, but Ive always like whos employed here. All of them are good folks.The store is always organized and clean. But gamestops brick and mortars as a whole are seemingly carrying less and less and less. And even less today when I went in. But keep going there. Buy something. A hat. A zelda keychain. Anything. We are keeping this thing afloat.

The only reason I gave them four stars instead of five is their pricing. Their products are almost always higher than average; however my son likes going there, so I go. As for the positives, they typically have excellent customer service and a great selection of games and accessories, albeit they are usually overpriced. Case and point, the cashier today was very patient with us when our gift card was being difficult.

Im having a good time at GameStop lately. I like that I can still go in-store for video games, instead of just buying on-line or in console. Selection is great, and staff is accommodating and fun. Plus I really want that White Ranger replica sword. 10/10 would recommend.

They have a great variety of genres of games such as action drama and comedy. They give a variety of games and they are a clean store they give costumer help and they treat the costumers nice they are fast to check out and there games are a little expensive but they are worth it because the gracias are good and the disc are Im perfect condition. It easy to find what you want and the check out is fast and easy. All in all the store is fantastic and I will go back to get my video games

I have had the same salesperson a couple times named Ian. Very polite, always friendly never in a bad mood. Very helpful with advice.

Its a hit or miss depending on the staff whos there and the promotions theyre having. The first time I was here I got helped by the store manager who was super helpful and went out of his way to order clearance items from other stores. I came back to pick up the items and one of them was at full price, I asked if they could check their inventory system because it would show the current pricing and they just flat out refused.

Store is pretty much busy and has great stuff and the staff is eager to help you with your gaming needs. If you have any questions, you can ask questions and get an answer to anything that you need for your systems.

This store was one our favorites. However, over the last few months and a couple of new employees hired the customer service has gone down hill.We bought a game and when we got home we found that they had not put the game in the box. Human error, thats fine. We called and they told us to just bring in the box and recipet and they would fix it. So I drove back and was greeted with hostility and skepticism over the issue.I went into the store to buy a game for my husband as a gift. I dont know much about console games and asked for advice. The gentleman with long hair couldnt be bothered with me or my questions. I was only 1 of 2 customers in the store. He was very short, huffy and just rude.When my husband went in today to purchase another game, he was yet again met with hostility and an i cant be bothered attitude.What happened to the friendly employees who would help, answer questions, chit chat (if they werent busy) about nee games? I miss those employees!!!

Good place to get your preowned games, consoles, accessories and other vodeo game related items but their new releasws are competitively priced and they give you the least amount possible for your trade ins. Also they do not respond to pick up requests from online for some reason, atleast not when I attepmted to a couple weeks ago.

Its a good place to find deals on games

Trash. They didnt have a 500 gb xbox one s so i had to get a used one. They also didnt have any xbox elite controllers and offered more used ones and no price break for the inconvenience if i had ordered online. You sure dont seem like a game company. Looking to lose a ton of money and customers. The staff are perfectly fine. The company though is as said, garbage.
