Went here in Dec 2018. Thought the service was good and was happy with the exam. Unfortunately I called today to get another exam and they no longer take my major carrier health insurance because the dr is now independent.

This place has much better staffing now. While the doctor is only there two days a week there is always someone there to do adjustments now. very happy with the changes this place has made!

The vision department at the Olean store is terrible, they shove $900 worth of glasses that dont fit right, and when you go in for service on your glasses she is either not there or she is talking to someone about her dogs while people are waiting for service. I have tried three times but I can never get anyone to help meEvidently they only have one person that is capable, but Im not sure thats even the case

Very limited hours with the staff that can assist with exams, ordering and dispensing but otherwise we have been very pleased with service, warranty and price.

Hours posted on here are incorrect and Google refuses to update them. They are open 9am-6pm Monday through Saturday. Doctors currently in office Tuesday 9am-3:30pm and Wednesday 9am-4:30pm
