Got there in my car, went to go look at menu was told to get back, could not see what was on menu so I could eat dinner and get dessert. So I waited in my car. They came up later saying kitchen was closed all ready yet they close at 8. Took way to long and several cars before me where also waiting and more behind. Was not happy one bit so we left and about 8 other cars left also. Go to Twist and Shake or Tasty Time, instead at least you are not forced to wait so long and they dont lie about what time they close.

Love the car hop experience. Our attendant was super sweet and even though it was only her 3rd day she did great and was very helpful.

An ice cream stand that, on a hot and humid August evening, closes before sunset (8:00pm), doesnt deserve to be in business. Dont patronize these lazy business owners. They obviously dont care about your business.

Just tried this place for the first time and LOVED IT. Got a fruit cooler with blueberry soft serve with blue rasberry slush and WOW my mouths flavors are going nuts love how the food ccame out to us.the lady that gave us our food and ice cream was soooo nice. Great place ill forsure make this a weekend place to take my family!

Hi-Hos opening is a celebratory rite for Olean!! Right now theyre doing car-hopping because of Covid. Thats probably a pain for them, but theyre doing a great job¡!!

My fiancé went to get some ice cream, and he was smoking a cigarette by our car, and a lady, I believe the owner, came out and told him to leave because he was smoking a cigarette....there was no one even there at the time, and he wasn’t anywhere near the building. I loved this ice cream place, but after being told to leave because he was smoking a cigarette was uncalled for and disrespectful. It would be one thing if there was people there, but there was literally, no one there...

This is an Olean landmark. I started going there when I was a boy. It was named Tastee Freeze and only served ice cream. Later it was renamed to Hi-Ho and they served car-hop type food.
