But for all you tobacconists out there, this is the absolute best selection in the local area. The staff is always willing to help find EXACTLY what your looking for, just please, use common sense when asking! Stop by and have a look. Your friends likely have.

Coming from a large city and having owned tobacco shops, I personally would give them 0 stars but thats not an option. The customer service is absolutely trash. This place has a small selection of novelties and you are better off shopping online. They have the competitive advantage due to being in such a small town and take advantage of our members of the community. I highly recommend only going this store if you dont mind having a bad experience.

This used to be a staple in the area to pick up novelty items. As of recently the customer service is in need of desperate help. Visits to Three Faces are now uncomfortable and awkward. A dark haired gentleman and young women treat assisting customers like a chore, from eye rolling, sighing, etc. Absolutely unpleasant behavior. Made a small purchase there and an item I purchased wasn’t put in the bag. When I got home I realized that I got shorted the item. I called the store to double check and the rude clerk said yes the item was still on the counter and they didn’t put it in the bag. I said well that’s real cute and he told me don’t bother coming back again and hung up on me. I called right back and asked him if he purposely hung up on me and he reiterated for me to not come back again. Take your business elsewhere because they are rude and don’t give af about your business there. They basically stole money from me. I have a receipt to prove that I paid for the item and it was omitted from my bag. This doesn’t feel like it was accidental. This surely feels intentional. What a way to run a business in small town usa.

While I absolutely love the merchandise and customer service most of the time? I really dont appreciate competing for attention over pokemon go... Bad enough have to wear a mask as it is, but to try and get someones attention for ten minutes while they play pokemon? Makes mi wonder if I should take my business else where....

Went to get a new vape the guy helped me get what I needed. Was very informative.

I would love to give five stars, but was treated horribly by the young brown haired guy worker(they don’t wear name tags or I’d give his name). He slammed down every item I asked to see, rolled his eyes every time, huffed and puffed when I asked to see anything different, and constantly grabbed his phone to play Pokémon go(while “helping” me). Then when I asked for a new person to assist me he followed me and started to argue with me while the whole store was full and listening. Then after I tried explaining he was being rude he kept arguing and said “I just want to buy something and get out”.I usually love my trips to 3 faces and the customer service along with inventory usually is amazing until today. Sadly now if he is working I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

Has a peculiar shop selection..

Sold me a torch that wouldnt take fluid then wouldnt replace it. Store doesnt stand behind their products. Also very run down. This is why amazon crushes small businesses because at least they replace broken items they sell you
