Great products. Love their sales. The fact that they only have 2 cashiers every single time I shop here, makes me never want to spend money here again. So frustrating.

I love Michaels, its one of my favorite stores. I also love that that they tend to have whatever my new hobby is on sale when I go, haha. I do wish they had a wider selection of wooden and metal beads though. (Great selection of stone and glass beads).Also, when did they stop doing the 40% off coupons on receipts??

Clean and nice store. Clearance was in barrels which made it hard to view. Very nice selections just not many to choose from.

The sales associate was a very great help. She took us to get everything we needed. When went to check out there she was again checking us signed us for rewards program and gave us 20% off.. Thanks I hope Im spelling her name right she wrote it downAeryn

Every time I come in this store Jeanne (store manager) is a treat. Whenever I need help or cant find something she is always so helpful. I only shop at this micheals. Thanks for the great customer service. And they are always stocked.

Ordered some poster frames on the app and used curbside pickup very close to opening time for the store. Service was pretty quick. My wife enjoys shopping in-store, and often finds good deals!

This is my go to place for most of my hobby supplies. I paint warhammer 40K, and these guys have awesome fine tip brushes for it. Staff here was great too. Couldnt find something, I asked, they knew exactly where it was. Awesome.

I waa able to find what I needed and do an exchange quickly.

The store was well stocked and had what we needed. No complaints. An average Micheals visit. We dont shop here very often, only when we need more specialty project items.

Store was very clean and organized. Customer service was excellent. I had difficulty choosing a mat for a picture. Mikhail offered to help. He was very knowledgeable about products and very respectful to me. He even walked over to florals and assisted me there. He should be a trainer for the new hires.

Good store, does not have near the floor space as Hobby Lobby. Therefore they do not have near the selection. However, the young lady who waited on us went over and above in her service. I will definitely shop there again.

This a great arts and crafts store. They have everything from models, spray paint, stickers amd coloring books to sewing and quilting supplies and everything else under the sun. Its my wifes favorite store.

Lots if little inexpensive wood things to try out in my Glowforge when it arrives.

I love this location. Store is always neat. Have a great selection of goods. Employees are nice and helpful.

Though this is not the closest location to me, I have started to frequent this store. Everything I need is always in stock. The floor staff is very knowledgeable. The cashiers are always polite and make sure to thoroughly sanitize the check out area after EACH customer, even if there is a long line. And even when there is a line they move quite swiftly.

Michaels was AMAZING. It was my first time going and I didnt get to look at everything! I could literally get lost in there. This is definitely a store I need to go to by myself so I can spend as much time as I want! The prices were good and Im glad I had a budget going in because I could have spent so much more than I did. The only thing that I really didnt like was the hand dryers in the restroom had a sign saying the unplugged them for health reasons and there were no paper towels to dry your hands off, but the shopping experience was great!

Customer service was Okay! The store was slightly different than I was thinking of also I didnt get a chance to look around for the trip was seek out and go.

The price variation is great. It allowed me to have several choices for my decision and control exactly how much I wanted to spend.

My 1st time shopping here. I was looking for a decorative cross to as gift. This store has a lot of fun things but I was disappointed with there almost non-existing selection of crosses. The prices, from what I seen, seem comparable to Hobby Lobby but their overall selection and store size is a lot smaller. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Overall a good little store.

What can I say, its an Arts and Crafters dream store. This one has a knowledgeable staff, with good customer service skills. Just about anything you could want in arts or crafts, whichever you prefer. Jewelry, soaps, painting, drawing or sculpting- clay or plastic polymer. Plus, a frame shop, too.

Well organized and clean store with easily accessible employees who were extremely willing and ready to help. Very short checkout line with reasonable prices.

Went to this location for an item I saw on line. After looking around for about 15 min and not being able to find an associate I went up front and the lines were really long so I went to the first cashier and asked if they had it she said yes, so I asked if she could tell me where it was located she seemed to get upset instantly and rolled her eyes and DIDNT answer 😥 so I just told her thats ok. I was really wondering if she acted that way because of the color of my skin, but I didnt want to walk the whole store again so I went to the other cashier who could barely see over the wall and she told me exactly where to go. I dont write many reviews but my feelings were hurt to be treated like that.

Bought a beautiful oval grapevine wreath off Etsy. Decided to add few more flowers for color. Went to Michaels. Realized I could have made the wreath much less expensive. For u artistic folks (which I am not) this is a great place. Not just at Christmas 👍🙂

I love the little plastic containers they have. Theyre perfect to hold slime. The store was well organized and the associates were pleasant.

Aisles are more narrow than I am comfortable with, especially with the covid virus. The checkout line often reaches halfway to the back of the store and is inordinately slow.

I was the driver for this outing but my passenger didnt have any issues. Parking lot had lots of lighting ✨

This store is dirty. Only one cashier during the busiest part of the day (5-6 PM). Four carts that dont work and no other carts up front. Broken items on the shelves. Afraid this store is slowly going downhill in quality.

Came up to the cash register to purchase items and the girl checking me out told me I “looked mean.” I assured her that I wasn’t and that my face just looks like that. She then mocked me after I said that. Was incredibly hurtful and uncalled for

Excellent inventory and love the stackable coupons! We found everything we needed and the staff was very friendly. We did a pick up in store order and for whatever reason they were delayed in getting it ready. As a courtesy we were given some free items for the inconvenience. It was unnecessary but also great customer service. We will be repeat customers

Had what I wanted

Not a good day to go to Michaels. I was in line WAY longer than it took to get my 9 items. The Cashier (an older red headed lady) would not call another Cashier up. I will be giving the exact time frame to the corporate questionnaire I have in my receipt.

Michaels is Michaels. I always loved going for the art supplies. difference here, well there wasnt enough staff, the staff that there was was very helpful. Especially the young gentleman who was the checker. He helped me find exactly what I was looking for and intuited what I need in reality.

Not only was the store super clean & organized, everything was also clearly identified name and price wise. Staff members greeted me at the door, and didnt bother me again until I asked for assistance. Though I had to approach a staff member, one was not at all hard to find. I will definitely be returning ASAP
