Unfortunately I do not get to get out this direction and go to the store all that often but when I do I always love their skin care products. I am a massage therapist and have been for 10 years and one of the number one questions and or compliments I get all the time is about how do I keep my skin so soft and smooth vibrant and Young looking and of course where do I get my products from. I tell them Sally Beauty Supply in Olive Branch Mississippi. They also have a very unique and great selection of shampoo is that you are not going to find another source easily. What I like about this place as well is that people that dont have a cosmetology or other license can buy stuff from here. I mean I have a license to buy skin care products and I believe cosmetology products which not every Beauty Supply Store allows the general public to buy things or has products available to the general public that this place does so that alone is awesome and it is good quality that is probably the most important of all

LINDA, you need better training. You dont know how to speak to customers. Extremely unhelpful & unprofessional. You absolutely do not meet Sally Beautys customer service standards. I hope your manager opens up the training book & refreshes your brain.

I love Sallys BUT, and Ive done this too, I think the employees should be able to more accurately reflect which products should work for different hair/ body types.. Most employees Ive come across can tell me what they sale but you can tell theyve never used it.. (so basically I think the company should give their employees free products to try so they do actually have knowledge and experience on how the different products work) IMHO

Big Fat Black Girl with long black straight weave is RUDE! I came in to return some brand new unopened sheers that I bought the wrong pair and found online so I ordered them online and went to return these as it states you can on the BACK OF THE RECIEPT. She wanted to assume I supposedly used them which did not and they were still SEALED IN THE PACKAGE. I explained I bought the wrong pair and already ordered them online and needed a refund as it states on the reciept. She wanted to say their policy says they can’t refund them but it states CLEAR ON THE BACK FOR SHEERS YOU CAN. DO NOT GO HERE. If you like stores with better customer service and decent respectful kind employees with beauty knowledge go to Southaven. The woman in Southaven kindly refunded me and even stated that the big fat black girl in olive branch was wrong.

Very helpful employees always color my own hair and Im never been dissatisfied with products

Cashier doesnt understand how to correctly make change and shorted me a penny. Total was 8.01 and i gave her 20.01 and this confused her and she gave me 11.98 as my change......

I had stopped in on a Sunday to get some shampoo and it was 5:56. They had already locked the door and wouldnt let me in and werent the nicest about me trying to come in. The employees are never the nicest.
