I was glad they had what I needed, but not surprised. I was surprised however at the level of outstanding customer service provided by the young lady that was there! She was most excellent!

We was traveling through the area. We thought we had a dead battery in the phone. She purchased a new battery. She ended up leaving the charger at the store. I called immediately and yeap it was. Since we was headed to ark no way could we turn around. I asked if they could ship the charger to me in bama. They did and didnt charge us any shipping. Outstanding customer service.

Customer service is non-existent when you have a bad battery you buy there. I bought a premium jet ski battery and it failed 2 weeks later, after only one use. They would not exchange it, or refund me until they have a chance to charge it. If they want to play with it thats on them, I still need a battery. Or my money back. They declined both so I will dispute the charge with my bank

Love this store. Always helpful and usually has what I need. Able to order it if it’s not in store. The manager (Drew) is a rockstar and his assistant manager (Nicole) is just as great. These are the two I end up working with each time I’m in there. Would give the store a 6 star rating if I could.

Ordered a cell phone battery online with store pickup. Store called to verify that I had ordered the right one (it was correct) AND had it in stock. Now, thats good service! Pick-up was a breeze - I was in and out in just a few minutes AND they even installed the battery for me. Thanks guys - you are a 5-star experience!

They fixed my phone like new. The screen was really cracked and it wasn’t even working. And if you schedule online, you get $10 off (or at least at the time I’m posting this). Only complaint, which isn’t a big one, is that they never called to tell me my phone was done. Other than that, I really recommend them!

I needed an obscure battery (D-4/5). They called it over from the Southaven store. Not only did they have it but it was only $3! This battery saved me replacing a $45 set of clippers. Great service.

Because they advertise that they fix phone screens, we dropped off my daughters Motorola Phone on June 25th. They assured us they could do it and had to order part. Said to come back in two to three days. We did. They ordered wrong part. Had to reorder. Went back again a few days later. The ones there at the time said “Oh her phone is all in pieces we are trying to figure out how to put it back together.” Call back Monday. I called back... we will get it done midweek. Now it’s Friday... I call again and the phone hasn’t been touched it’s still in pieces at the store. Now I have to go pick it up and pay for someone else to not only fix the screen but to put it back together again. DONT TAKE THEM YOUR PHONES! That’s my advice!

Really good price on your car batteries.

I went to this place with such high hopes. My husbands phone screen was cracked badly. The tech looked at it and said it could be done in an hour, plus the price was reasonable. I came back when he told me it would be ready. He said that not only was the screen cracked but there was a part broken inside. He stated that he ordered a part and was having it overnighted and that Saturday late afternoon it would be ready. I came back that Saturday and the girl had no clue what was going on. She called to another location and spoke to him and I was informed that the part hadnt made it in yet. I informed them I would come back on Monday afternoon. I return Monday afternoon and the phone still wasnt ready. I gave them the benefit of the doubt that the part was late and that time was needed to fix it. Finally on Tuesday I received my phone. I turned on charged great and it seems to have no issue with it. Wednesday phone acted brand new. Thursday phone started to get hot for no reason. Friday The screen that was just repaired was peeling apart and I returned yet again. The guy who worked on my phone wasnt in. So I called to the store where he was told him about it . He suggested more adhesive and weight. Later I grabbed the phone rushed home. Only to find that my phone is too hot to handle and the screen is scrambled. MULTI COLORED SNOW! Took it back and the girl tech noticed it was hot and saw the snow. I asked for a refund because at this point what started as a cracked screen ended in a damaged unusable phone. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone. Yes I got a refund but now I have to buy a phone because basically mine was destroyed. This experience has left me wondering about the competency of the techs that work there.

Ordered on line...never got confirmation of item available. After 2 days I called the store and was told they would get it that day from Southaven store by 4:00 PM. Call at 3:45 to check and was told they had gone to Southaven to get it. Drove 17 miles passing the Southaven store to Olive Branch, MS to get item. It was still at the Southaven store., so I drove back to that store to get the item. The entire event took an hour and a half and drove almost 40 miles. Never Again!!! Didnt even offer me AA battery for my inconvenience and their incompetence.

Took an iPod Touch to them approx 2 months ago, they called back week later and said they had to order new screen because the one they had was defective. So a week after that I call back because I hadn’t heard back from them and they say it was done, I made it up there that weekend to pick it up and first glance looks ok. So I pay and get outside and go to put cover on and noticed you could see inside of the iPod between the screen and backplate. So I take it back inside and they say that they will get this repaired. Two weeks go by and haven’t heard from them, so I call and they say it’s ready, go up there and it’s still in same condition. I ask where the manager is and he’s not there. They informed me that he will call me when he returns. No call that day. Few days later, call back; they can’t find my iPod and to top it off, guy that answered my call hangs up on me. Go up there next day and they have my iPod labeled as someone else’s name. No manager available, but he will call me when he returns they promised. No call back that day. Go back next day and iPod still in same condition, but tell them I want it back and ask for refund. They can’t give me refund without manager approval from the manager that’s never there and won’t answer his phone. What a joke of an establishment, recommend you take your stuff somewhere else to get fixed, I paid them 80$ to break my iPod.

1. Battery didnt have the hardware that it comes with so she took it from another battery- it was the wrong size so I had to persuade it to fit.2. I used the buy online & pick up in store to save 10%. I lost those savings when she failed to turn my core charge. When I asked her if the core charge came off her response was Im pretty sure. I left it at that before her ineptitude caused my impatience to become impoliteness.

I got my Galaxy S7 screen and digitizer repaired there. They were quick, cheap, and the staff is great.

Ordered a battery for my truck on-line. When I went to the store, they didnt even have the battery I bought. They refunded the price and sold me a lower amperage battery--and didnt give me the 10% discount that I should have received for ordering online. There was only one person working in the store and he didnt even offer to install the battery for me.Next time I need a car battery, Ill probably choose someone else.
