Consistently pleasant staff. On our last visit, we were shopping for a gift. One of the team members helped us go through their pretty extensive offering of collectibles and choose the perfect items. Ive never walked in and not been greeted with a smile.

This store was so neat and organized. Very easy to find what I needed. I came in with an issue from an online purchase. Matt, a SGA, was awesome. It did take a while, but he was able to get my order fixed. Very happy with this store.

Usually I have a good time here and I would put a 5 star but tonight an employee was kinda rude to me and my family, I will not come back to this location ever.

Customer service and communication is key in any business industry. This sales associate clearly lacked both as he did not listen to my dilemma and instead shrugged me off and made me feel unimportant. This experience will make me think twice before spending more money at GameStop.

I know its just a game store, but I probably had one of the best customer service experiences in my life yesterday. The store manager, Alex, went above and beyond.

Visited the store on 09/12/20 at 5:57, the two employees that were in there are not professional at all.GameStop is not what it once was, it’s just better buying online somewhere else.

They always have what my daughter and I are looking for.

This is my preferred Gamestop location. Reps are very helpful and take the time to look at your customer history to see the things you would actually want or need versus just trying to sell you something or get you to buy extras with a forced sales pitch their bosss boss is making them say to each and every customer.
