Absolutely horrible! None of the usual employees are here anymore. The new ones have no clue what they are doing. The doors are locked for over an hour at a time and the employees standing behind the counter acting like they do not see customers at the door wanting in. I watched over 30 customers walk up to the door and walk away because the doors were locked. This is completely unacceptable. All of the trash cans outside were overflowing as you can see in my photos, the parking lot and pumps are filthy. The dead plants in the pots by the pumps are definitely not welcoming nor attractive. Now I have to start driving 30 minutes out of my way to purchase ethanol free fuel because I have no desire to purchase anything from this station anymore, until it is cleaned up and running properly. If Mapco would pay a decent wage, they may be able to get decent people to work. It’s so sad how terrible it has gotten. This store has so much potential, but Mapco is failing at ensuring it reaches its fullest potential.

The cashier was to distracted by whoever she was on the phone with to be of any help. When I asked about getting propane she said I dont know, this aint my store and walked off continuing her phone conversation. 😒

Definitely my favorite gas station / stop near Southaven, MS. Very nice pumps and newer building! Nice selection of drinks, food, and deli. It can get kind of busy sometimes though and have a line inside &/or in the parking lot. Recommend joining their free rewards program.Only major complaints are the bathroom was a little dirty. The location is pretty far out of the way from I55 and US78 too. Also, the exit for this gas station was a packed traffic jam when I came because about 7 cars were trying to get out of one exit and turn left for the light while about 3 cars were trying to pull in for gas.

The only place I buy my E85 gasoline from. Highest quality E85 around. Clean gas station with very kind and helpful staff! Love this gas station!!

I had previously posted a positive review. Now that all of my favorites are gone except for Amanda and she tells me how horrible Mapco is treating her. I find it in my best interest not to support this establishment any longer. She is an essential employee and gets treated so bad. Mapco should be ashamed of themselves!

Cashiers have sour attitudes- almost like i am doing them a favor for stopping in. most checkout lanes are closed- have to go deal with the sour man frying chicken or making biscuits. This place may have good gas prices, at least you dont have to deal with anyone on the inside. Need to hire new personnel.

This is a great gas station. Sign up for their rewards program and and get .10 off every gallon every Thursday! That discount on the E15 grade fuel equals a huge savings on fill ups!

They ditched the milage robbing E15 for 90 octane ethanol free gas. As of a few days ago it was actually 5 cents a gallon cheaper than 87 E10. I will be ecstatic if they keep the price of it reasonable. Ill get back the 1-2 mpg I lost ever since the ethanol mandate went into effect ~10 years ago.

Convenient, fast, friendly service. Good gas prices. I stop here 3-4 times a week and they always have what I need.

This is my favorite gas station. Im a rewards member so I get 10 cents off every Sunday and Thursday. They also send specials on food and other items weekly. My daughter loves their slushies!

I come here all the time. Theyre coffee are freshly made everyday and their cashiers are extremely nice.
