When our garage door fell off its rollers and we couldnt get it closed, we were in a panic. We have previously used another company for garage door work, but they couldnt get out same-day. We found Mid-South Door Co, called them, and they were able to get someone out within a couple hours. He fixed the issue for a great, low price and didnt require any expensive parts (they didnt upsell the issue to someone like me who doesnt know garages). I highly value that type of honesty in any business! He also gave me great advice on what in our garage could have caused the issue and on how to take care of the door (like replacing the rollers later down the road). We are very satisfied and will recommend and use Mid-South for all future business for our garage door!

After calling my garage door company that I have used for years, and getting 0 response and a couple of others saying they did not have the door in stock, I called Mid South. They came out the next day and even though they didnt have the door either, they had panels...5 days later...I have a new door...Thanks for great customer service!

Very helpful and knowledgeable about the service they provide. Even though I bought the parts from them and did self installation. They walked me through a couple problems and explained the install to a T. I would recommend these guys for any of your garage door needs. 👍👍

Everything breaks on the weekend when nobody works!! My garage door spring broke on Saturday moring. I started the process of calling companies to see who could come out and fix it and not rake me over the coals on price. Mid South was the only one to take the call. I had the pleasure of speaking to Garrett. He told me he would send someone over that day~Saturday. That afternoon, Joe showed up. He took a look at the issue and fully educated me on what was going to be repaired, how long it will take, and how much. The price was right on and reasonable, and no weekend/after hours charges or fees. Joe began the work and was done in the time he said he would be. He double checked the work and asked that I also check his work and make sure the door was working as expected. All was good. We did have an issue after Joe had left but a quick call on Monday had Joe back out and addressing the issue. It was no fault of Joes. Again he told me what he was going to do and how long it would take. Joe fixed the issue and again we tested the system. He again made sure I was pleased with the job. Joe was very kind and sincere in the work that he did. He exlpained everything and cleaned up his workspace. Even with a car stuck in the garage, Joe worked around it and made sure not to damage anything. He was very professional, experienced, and educated in his trade. I highly recommend this company and especially their technican: Joe. I recommend asking forJoe when you call this company. I wish other technicans were this good. They continue to provide quality service on demand. Twice now I have needed quick service at my house. They were there with in the hour . They knew what needed to be done and had what they needed on the truck. I will continue using them and letting people know about their fair prices and quality work.

I called and asked for an estimate on Thursday for an appointment on Saturday. I was told they would arrive between 8-10 am. In my experience when I hear a time frame, they normally wait until the last minute to arrive but Mid South Door Company showed up at 8:45. He was very efficient and was able to fix our door within 30 minutes. I would recommend.

My garage door would open but not close. I contacted Mid-South and found them to be polite and courteous. They scheduled a tech to come over to my home to inspect the door. The tech arrived on time, was knowledgeable, professional and workmanlike in bearing. He quickly found the problem and repaired it on the spot at a price I found very competitive. Exceptional Service. I called late Monday after Spring on Garage Door bound the entire door. I was really afraid that I was looking at a new door. Mid-South Door sent technician out next morning who had garage door fully repaired within an hour or so. Door was much quieter than it had been in years. Garrett was such a nice young man. I would recommend not only this company but Garrett to any one. Came out sooner then expected and fixed the problem. The company that sold the opener to a friend was totally worthless. .mid south was happy to fix it. Great folks. After a lot of shady folks its nice to know there truly are good ones too.

This company installed my garage door and although it had a sensor issue they came right back out and resolved the issue promptly. Their customer service by phone and in person is why I wanted to write a review. Id recommend them to anyone.

The installers did a good job, but were nearly 5 hours late for the scheduled door installation. I was not contacted by their customer service rep and when I called I got the run-a-round and was treated rudely. I really did not think they were going to show up at all.

This company charged me 78 dollars to pull my garage door down. My door came of track and I could have released the lock myself to get the door down but didnt know to do that. Tech came out let my door down down and told me i need to replace panels. They never called back to let me know if they had panels..even after I called and left a message. Very disappointed they would charge me 78 dollars just to let my door down. CALL ROBERT AT MANNA GARAGE DOORS!Awesome service! Responded same day! Great deal on replacement door. Wont beat you out of money.

I have to say that I was very disappointed with Mid-South Door Company at this point. I used their service once in the past when I was building my home and they did pretty well then but recently, I had some damage done to my Garage Door and placed a call to them for service. This time, over a two day period to which I couldnt even let my door down, I received constant lies about when they could even come out to initially assess the situation. After constantly calling, they finally sent someone a day after I started calling. The repairman came about mid day, assessed the damage and said that he was going back to the office to find a bottom panel so that he could replace the damaged one. I waited the whole day and he didnt even come back or call which resulted in me taking a day off from work for no purpose. I placed a call to them the next morning and was told that they would have to look for the panel again and that they would get back with me when they did. A little later, I was called back and was told that they found one but they would have to install it the next day. After taking time off from work on their word of delivering a service to no avail, I feel a little disappointed with the company because as any business knows, you should never lie to your customers and if you cant deliver a timely service, keep the customer informed of when you actually can. I decided to use someone else for this service.
