Excellent! Just as advertised. My instrument cluster was delivered on a Thursday morning and a complete failure was reworked and completely fixed, along with new LED lights, and back out to me via UPS that same afternoon. I got it back fixed and cleaned up and reinstalled it in short order, and it’s better than new. I recommend GM Gauge Repair enthusiastically!!

In one word, these guys are AWESOME! Since I am a little older and my vision isnt the best I was a little intimidated to take on changing small LED bulbs in instrument cluster but it was so simple with the included instructions. Since then I have tackled the steering wheel controls, climate controls, overhead controls and now Im working on all the doors. I chose the blue color and at night it looks amazing! Usually skeptic with sending my stuff out but, I followed their instructions and got my cluster back within the week, with the rebuild I added several upgrades and couldnt be much happier with it. If I ever get another truck Ill def do the same thing again with them.

My gauge was working intermittently . sometimes the speed would jump up and then down to 0, and the temp gauge wasnt work, and the tachometer was never working properly. I sent it to GM Gauge Repair and they fixed everything within 24 hr. I highly recommend this place for any issues with your gauges. They are the best.

Sent my gauge cluster off to GM Gauge repair, and was very happy with the results. Everything is working like brand new, and as the website states, it was sent out the same day they received it.

The instrument cluster was repaired and sent back to me the same day. All the gauges work perfectly and the plastic screen is better now than when I sent to them. The 18 years of fingerprints and scratches are gone.The Chevrolet dealer quoted $600 and a few weeks to repair it.

Driver information center was scrolling through languages, and oil pressure gauge quit on my 2004 tahoe. What a great company. With so many competitors out there I was lucky to find Todd and GM Gauge Repair.My instrument cluster for my 2005 Sierra has a CEL issue and some of the lights were dim. I also wanted to add the transmission temp gauge. Made a 2 hour drive to get my gauges fixed in person. Half my gauges werent working and half the bulbs were burnt out. I dropped of gauges and came back an hour later to find a brand new gauge cluster that they had completely rebuilt for me. Installed back into my truck and everything works perfect now! I sent my cluster in for a rebuilt. Got it back today, installed today. The cluster lens came back cleaner than when I sent it. Turnaround was tremoundous. I got it back in two days. I have another one for them in the near future. Good job to the crew.

Steer clear of this place. I sent my cluster to them and they received it on 7/17/17 I paid 205.00 for a complete rebuild and trans temp add and when I received the cluster 3 of the needles were detached from the cluster and I have attached the photos. I spoke with Todd and explained that I had received the cluster with 3 needles removed from the cluster from his establishment he said send it back to me and when I asked for him to pay for the return postage he exploded and screamed he had nothing to do with the bad cluster I received and that he had never sent out a bad cluster and that it was my fault then hung up on me. I called todd several times and he adamantly refused to resolve our problem

I sent in an instrument panel from a 2004 Chevy Silverado that had a bad speedometer and oil pressure gauge. GM Gauge Repair quickly repaired the panel and shipped it back out the same day. They even cleaned the panel, which looks like a new panel. It works like a charm and I wish I had sent it in sooner!

I called Todd on Tuesday 27 Oct 2020 for quote, and sent my 2004 GMC Sierra cluster on Wednesday.. On Friday the day it arrived in Wisconsin, I get an email from FEDEX on my return package. I was floored. I requested a full rebuild, new transmission gauge and upgrade to LED lighting. My cluster arrived today, Monday 02 November 2020. Unfortunately, I sent it out to get repaired while I recouperate from shoulder surgery, so I was not expecting it back so soon. So I cant install it until Im out of my sling. However, upon opening the box, it looks brand new with no dust on the clear shield. Definately paid 3-4 times less from dealership quote, and quick turnaround time as well. I was in need of repair for my Tahoe gauge cluster. I was experiencing parasitic power drain causing the battery to go dead every week and intermittent dead gauges while driving. I called GM Gauge Repair and found them very knowledgeable, understanding of my issues and made it easy to get repaired. Todd was very responsive with his emails, usually within a few hours. Todd replaced the backlighting in my Avalanche instrument cluster with LEDs, added a transmission temp gauge, and generally refurbished everything. Not only did he do the work the very same day he received the cluster, he even got shipped it back that day too. From the time I mailed the cluster -- Alabama to Wisconsin -- to the time I got it back was a total of 7 days. I highly recommend GM Gauge Repair.

You can’t be their service and speed. I bought my Tahoe in Colorado and had to drive it home to Wisconsin and noticed that my gauges weren’t working very well. I looked them up and noticed that it was pretty much on my way home. So I stopped by, they pulled the gauge cluster out for me and they fixed it in no time and I was back on the road. I will definitely recommend this to friends and family that have GM trucks that have bad gauges.

Phenomenal service! I was getting quoted $200-$300 by local shops in the Chicagoland region just for a rebuild. Came across GM Gauge Repair and saw prices that no one could compete with. Was able to get a rebuild, LEDs added and new needles for a great price. Furthermore, turnover time was great.

I asked if they could repair my 2003 Silverado cluster after I tried to do a rebuild myself and messed up the soldering. Repaired my cluster in one just day like its advertised. Sent it on Wednesday before the Easter holiday. They repaired it on Good Friday and I received on Tuesday the 3rd before noon in Mich. Looks great and back up and running in about 10 to 15 . I have a speedo that works again.

They are a god send. Exactly as advertised. They received it on a Thursday and sent it out same day. All my problems disappeared AND my speedometer is now reading spot on and not 5 MPH slower. Ever got that sinking feeling when you are halfway across the country pulling a 30 camper and your oil pressure drops to zero and stays there? Not a fun feeling, THAT too is now fixed. Their are a lot of these gauge repair guys out there and I cant attest to them, BUT, I can here and I am a happy camper!

I had seen other reviews from other customers that they had really poor experiences with the worker or owner or whoever answers the phone. They won’t let you talk for even a minute because if they can’t hear you they don’t even give u chance to say anything and they just hang up. I wonder if this is how they treat all their customers?

What a fantastic job and turn around time on my 07 Chevrolet Suburban. Emailed them to find out about warranty and repair time and it was answered in less than an hour. Communication was superb as well as shipping and repair. They also will just fix the problem without up selling other unneeded repairs. I might add I am in Lodi CA and total process took 7 days including shipping. A quote here in my area was $200 for same repair plus shipping. GM Gauge repair did the whole thing and shipped it back for $75.00.

WHAT A JOKE! I have a problem with my cluster where the ABS and AIRBAG lights are stuck on. Im a mechanic for 15+ years and have spent hours diagnosing this problem. The problem is inside the cluster but the owner would not let me talk for even one minute before he hung up on me. This place is a joke to treat people like that. I called back and left a friendly voicemail trying to explain my situation but never got a call back. Im sure he has too much pride to call me back and have a civilized conversation. I hope nobody else has to experience this poor business ethic. I would rate his customer service ZERO stars if I could.

Had a transmission temperature gauge added to my cluster, and the gauge face replaced. The work was done timely and he shipped it back to me the same day he received it. Everything works, the gauges look great, I would highly recommend these guys

Searched for months and they had the best price for my Silverado cluster, great communication and quality work.

I had TWO vehicles with bad gauges, one dim PRND321 center that would intermittently quit working, my stepper motors were jerking and everything! I made a call to these guys, sent in my gauge clusters and had them completely rebuilt, and added a trans temp gauge to one of them. The NEXT DAY I had them back and both operating perfectly again. Brighter, clean, and worked perfectly. I recommend everyone I can now!

I overnighted my cluster for my 2004, 2500 Chevy Silverado on a Tuesday. They called me around 2:30pm Wednesday for my credit card info and told me cluster was finished. I recieved cluster with new white face, blue LED, clear needles and complete rebuild on Saturday morning. It looked great. Install took 4 minutes. Yes I timed it. Hope to never need you guys again, but if I do you will be the go to Company. Thanks for the great service.
