Me and my dog came in here looking for a sweater and a man asked if we had any m&ms I told him I didnt but he hugged me and ran off erm... okay lol then I was on my way on purchasing a canoe when I saw that my ex wife worked there so we caught up and turns out shes marrying my dad. Target is a scam. If you buy something online and return it. You dont get your shipping back. No exceptions. You just gave target 5-8.00 for something you dont have. And then they resell it plus they get your shipping fee. And everything is online. So your paying all these shipping charges. Which really adds up. 😡😠😤👿😡🤬
I was charged for my purchase and when on the way to the store (an hour away), my purchase was canceled. I was told I would not be charged.However, then I was given a gift card and not a refund. Customer service agent said it was not possible to get a refund. When I pushed he said it would be 30 days.That is completely unacceptable since I was actually charged and then given something I didn’t order. The whole situation is irritating enough that I am debating if I will remain a target customer in the future - it was handled so badly.For the record, I understand mistakes happen. I am disappointed about my order being canceled but actually extremely upset they refused to refund the purchase that they canceled on me.
I went to pick up a case of beer and they didnt sell it past 9. It was like 9:15 or 9:30. Im okay with that policy if it were made clear SOMEWHERE. ANYWHERE. There was NO sign on the doors stating their alcohol policy nor any signs in the beer/wine aisle anywhere. Such a strange policy. I had to go back in the morning to pick it up.
The cashier, Julia, was amazing! So friendly, fast and efficient.. she asked if all of us had rewards, had great customer service! She is a great cashier and should be recognized for her outstanding customer service skills!
Excellent customer service each and every time I shop Target! Today, Rachel, Jacob, and the young lady at self check out treated me like I was the only customer in the store! And the store was packed today. Such a good customer service experience.
I understand that Target tries to create a unique shopping experience with exclusives available only at their stores. As far as those they have with Hasbro, this has been my unique experience: Oh look, they dont have any in stock either online or in the store for over three months. They have empty pegs that show where the products should be, but have never once in all the times Ive been through ever had a single product on the shelf that could actually be purchased as far as the exclusives are concerned. I get that the market has perhaps been underestimated, but this has been beyond ridiculous.
It’s nice and clean but the workers don’t talk and make conversations. The worker only talked to me when it was about how much I had to pay and what I got back. I also called the store around 4 times and nobody answered. The service is not great and could use work.
The gentleman in electronics was great with all the help and information he gave me. Also the clerk who checked me out was very polite and cheerful. Name is Courtney M.

I went to the La Crosse, Wisconsin Target to look for a cell phone. The young man who helped me (David) took the time to listen to my needs, then set up a unit entirely at the electronics station. The phone is better than a more expensive one I had and the service plan less expensive. I was totally impressed with the level of service I got there.
The product is fine and ordering and paying online was easy enough.Store pick-up was a pain, nobody manning the pick-up counter so I waited in the returns line, it was very slow so I ended up waiting a long time to get something I had already paid for.I wouldnt recommend using the collection service unless you have nothing better to do than wait around.

The drive-up pick up process works great. Easy online order too. Employee who brought item to car was prompt and very pleasant.
Target saved the day! In addition to the pandemic, I broke my leg. As a result, I am completely homebound this holiday season. Shopping online and having everything ready in 2 hours has been greatly appreciated. This year....it allowed me to meet all of the holiday needs.

Please have employees actually read vehicle description info to keep orders straight. Also, improve your inventory counts! Im so tired of buying things through the app showing its in stock, getting an email saying its all good head into the store, and then when you get there the employee says its out of stock!The Drive Up feature used to work very well when it started! I used it almost weekly. Employees used to jog out to your car within 2 minutes of confirming you were at the store in the app.Now the last 4 times Ive used the drive up:1. At least one item that showed in stock on the app actually isnt and I find out in person2. The employees take 5 minutes to come out.3. Employees come out and ask what your name is and seem all confused. Whats the point of entering my vehicle info if they dont read it and have to ask my name. Then dont have it with them so I wait for another employee in the next cart.4. They dont seem to be in a hurry and joyful5. Other guests cant read signs or look at the painted arrows on the parking lot clearly showing people to enter the 2 spots in alternating directions.6. Regular in store customers are just parking like its a normal spot up front and when I show employees whats going on, they dont want to inform these people that this area is drive up only, so more people do it. Just like parking in a handicap spot and thinking its ok because shes in the vehicle still and her friend just had to run in quick.

I was able to order and pay from home, enabling me to pick the items I wanted while staying home, safe, with my grandson. And I did not have to worry about my husband being exposed when he came to pick it up. Thank you very much for offering this service.
Manager Mike was extremely rude. We went to target around 9:30pm on 1/30/21 and attempted to price match a nerf gun with Walmart, which listed a sale price of $13.00 according to our Walmart app. Mike scanned the item on the Target Device and a listing of $49.99 appeared, sold and shipped by Hasbro Toy Shop ( a third party retailer) on Walmarts website. Mike reconfirm is decision and said he is not going price match the $13.00 price of Walmart even though both us and his staff was able to pull and verify the listing. We questioned his decision again. Mike responded why didnt you guys go to Walmart?. I advise him Target is closer. At this point we felted so belittled and scammed, we left the store and contacted corporate. This makes us feel unsafe at Target, especially when a manager treat us this way.
Great customer service. Purchased a TV that was broken. They went out of their way to make sure I got a working TV and even gave me a discount.
Ordering was a breeze...communication was great and the order was delivered curbside very quickly...impressed with customer service person too!
Target is a wonderful store. It is so clean & well-organized. The new remodel is modern and easy to navigate. The employees are super nice and knowledgeable. Target has fantastic brands. I love their new fitness line.

Very good variety of items at a terrific price. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Store was clean and well stocked with Christmas so close. They seem to have items that other stores dont. Their merchandise seems to be of good quality. And prices are reasonable.
I would give them zero stars if I could. I was at a self checkout and a family next to me was too close for social distance. They also did not have masks on. They were being helped by an employee who did not remind them about the face masks REQUIRED sign they had to pass to enter. People were also flooding in the store, bumping into one other. Instead of redirecting the traffic, Target employees let it happen. No one followed the directions on the floor nor were they enforced. I felt dirty entering and leaving. Will never come back. Covid is crawling all over that building.

Target has many products that I need at a good price. I enjoy shopping at the store, but I also love Target online, where I often find products that are not in the store. Target shipping is free for me, and quick. Plus, returns are VERY easy.
Pick-up was easy, staff was very friendly, I saw at least half a dozen people sanitizing the registers, etc.

Sent my daughter to Target in onalaska with two $5 coupons that expired today. We both needed toilet paper but when she tried to go through the checkout she was told only one pack per customer even though it was for two different households. Unfortunately the employees were so rude that Target has lost two regular customers. Neither one of us will go back and we will be sure to pass this story along to everyone

Great products, but certain management staff rarely have respect for team members who are low on the totem pole. There also was an incident where an employee who was a minor and went to management and made them aware of feeling uncomfortable about inappropriate comments made by an employee and that minor was told to forget about it and leave it alone. Target said they had a no tolerance for sexual harassment in the workplace. That seems to be false and Target values are the epitome of Harvey Weinstein.
I like shopping there because they are reasonable price plus the big bonus is you get money back from shopping. 😁. Plus I love the Starbucks there too 😁

HORRIBLE experience in Dec. 2019. Its June 2020 and still getting the run around. I received two $25 gift cards at Christmas time and I drove all the way from La Crosse to Onalaska to pick up my purchase to find out when I got there that they canceled most of my order because it was unavailable. I asked the employee that handed me my items how I would be refunded, and made him clarify several times and he said it would not go onto the card and would be refunded via another card and they would contact me by email. Still have yet to be contacted or refunded except the additional money I used on my debit for the original $50 plus order. He basically told me to throw the other card away so there goes $25 in the garbage I could have used for my kids since they didnt use it and he gave me misinformation. Even called customer service and they told me I was misinformed and told to just go back to the store. I have been a long time customer of target, online, while living in 3 states, and during travel across the states. NOT happy. Its not just about the money, its the poor customer service. I was even made to seem crazy as if I never ordered $50 worth of items with PROOF in my emails. I was even refunded the $0.45 I paid out of pocket for going a little over the 2 $25 gift cards once everything totaled.

I was in target today. Not pleased at all. Their children’s books are all messed up on price. I picked out a book that was marked at $8.99 it came up at the register for $12.99 and they wouldn’t honor that price. Double check prices when you’re shopping there.
I bypass my local Target store to go to this store. The merchandising and cleanliness of this store are the best in the area. The Target Cafe has on of the new Coke Fountains with tons of flavors. You can fill-up at the start of your shopping trip and can refill when you are on your way home!The store has recently put in self-check lanes. At first they were a bit longer to use, but now they are quicker than waiting when you have a small basket. If you have coupons, youll need to track down a team member for approval. Cartwheel scans just fine, however. Liquor is not allowed at the self-check for obvious reasons.The staff at this store are great, and are always happy to help with questions. If you are shopping for a drug store item, the CVS Pharmacy staff can help you locate it on the shelf. If the shelf is out, youll want to find a Target Team Member to help out.
Online ordering was easy. Pick up at service desk was easy. I would tell my friends and family to try it. The only thing that I didnt like was they only give you two days to pick it up - although there is a way to extend that online (in your email telling you its ready to pickup).
I have never in my entire life seen anything in a store like what a manager at this target did tonight. I believe his name tag said Jeff or something similar. I seen 2 kids goof around like all kids do coming in to a store. This guy yells at them from a long distance away in an aggressive tone and starts walking toward them in a threatening manner to try to intimidate them. Their dad says hey why are you yelling at my kids like this and not coming to talk to me about them if something is going on? Instead of apologizing this guy is basically gets into the customers face. I belive he even asked the customer to step outside. The customer said again dont yell at and try to intimidate my kids. This employee keeps crowding the customer even as the customer tried to walk away from him. The customer said stop harassing us and leave us alone or I will call the police. The employee said oh yeah? Im going to call the cops on you. Ive never seen something so shocking and disturbing in a place of business. I feel so bad for what that poor family went through. How could a place treat customers like that? I will not only never shop at this target again but if they could hire a guy like this I have lost all faith in Target as a company. Target is supposed to be a company that prides themselves on being understanding. This was disgusting and shameful.

I love the remodel of this store. It is bright and well-organized. The staff is excellent as well -- they provide friendly service and assistance.

Overall, Target is amazing. Our store is currently going through an upgrade, but even with the changes, I can still navigate through it with ease. Also, customer service does still appear to be a top focus.
I had purchased a cd at 9:30am this morning, and by 10am, they contacted me to come and pick it up. That was fast. This was my first time ordering online to pick up in store.
I enjoy going to Target the employees are very nice and helpful. One thing that I do not like about this store are the check outs they never seem to have enough open. On the plus side the self checkouts are nice when they work.

We love Target and do a lot of our shopping here. I guess my only complaint is there is a lot of stuff not available in this location that is at other area Targets. But with free shipping with a red card, ordering online works fine too.

It was pretty good but the only problem was that they didnt have any lamb sauce. When I went to ask an employee they screamed at me and then went to the backroom and screamed at me more. The employees name was Lilly please fire her.

Great service and quick pick up time
The manager at return station Jeff has no idea whats customer service means or common sense. He refused to take returned items or even find them online even if two days ago I asked other employee to check for me those items and she was totally fine to accept them on a store credit. Out so many awesome people in La Crosse, you choose someone the worst?! Target is not about Jeff, it is about helping customers. He told me to come back so other employees WILL accept items. I dont know where he took his logic from but def. not from the top of his body. Fire him please to carry a mission. I love Target. Other employees are always nice and friendly.
An employee named Jeff gave us the worst experience at a retail store we’ve ever had. This is unfortunate because 1. We love target 2. We have never had an experience quite like this 3. Were not from this town. So we went into the store and my kids were pushing each other messing around (I hadn’t seen this going on behind me) so “Jeff” proceeds to YELL from the front of the store at my kids to stop pushing in a very aggressive tone. I told him to talk to the parents because it is unprofessional to approach children with a tone like that. He then asked “are you the parent” and I said yes. He then said ok I’m sorry I should have talked to you but now I’m telling you to tell them to stop in an aggressive tone. And I said hey you need to talk to the parents not the kids like that man. And he asked me if I wanted to step aside and I had thought he asked me to step outside so I said “you want to step outside?” And he repeated no sir do you want to step aside and I told him no I’m good and that the situation was resolved and so I proceeded to walk away and murmured moron under my breath and he heard it and HARRASED me! As a customer you should provide me with the most pleasurable and satisfying experience possible, not harass and follow me. After I said moron under my breath he said what was that sir? And proceeded to get into my face and I told him you are harassing me and he said no I am not and I said yes you are by following me and getting in my face like that. Then I walked away checked out and left without finishing the shopping I was going to do, I had to just leave with what I had, hands down the worst experience ever at a target.
