At the beginning I gave this place an amazing rating but I can now say it has gone down to a “0” if I could do it. I bought my son a bunk bed and during the night his bed broke and he fell on the floor on his mattress thank god so he was not hurt. We had them come out to look at it and we are now going on 3 yes 3 months of them getting the parts and repairing it because of their defective bed. I have had very poor customer service. The communication is horrible. Now they have finally made an appointment to come and repair it after “4” months! I would never go back!
