I was planning on buying paint elsewhere, but when I called, the associate exhibited exceptional knowledge. He was also friendly. I did curbside pick up and that was a breeze. The price quoted was accurate. In fact, they applied a sale price so it was less than quoted. That was a nice surprise. Overall, the experience was quick and easy. The associates are always so helpful. I receive some of the best customer service at this location. I am not an experienced painter so I always have a lot of questions when starting a project. The staff always answers my questions and provides the expert advice I need for selecting the right paints and supplies, as well as explaining how to use them.

The store clerk was quite knowledgeable and helpful. I have used the product and am quite pleased with how the paint flowed and no brush marks were left.

I went to Sherwin Williams to see the paint that is available and talk with the staff about my project. I worked with the evening manager, who was very friendly and very knowledgeable. I described what I was painting and the existing paint conditions and he gave me good advice and suggestions. He was much more helpful than anyone at a big box retailer when I described the same painting project. He recommended a good paint and primer and both worked wonderfully. He even ensured that I got the best price by finding a better coupon than the one I brought in.Like a small hardware store, the expertise and quality were unmatched. Ill definitely come back for more paint and primer.

I have been in 2 different local stores and 5 out of 6 times, the associates dont seem to care what i need it for. Just clerking and not a care in the world, including store managers. Do your own research as the only training they seem to have is what they have watched and not hands on. I had my competitor shirt on and only 1 person asked about it. He is the only reason i am responding to this. Plus, 4 gallons ran me $250. Really? I can get the crossover product at local national paint company for $140.

I had a pair of wooden french doors to refinish and Phil was amazing in helping out with every step of the project, especially with the tricky stain matching. He has been awesome with all painting advice I have needed and I seek him out each time. He is mellow, so dont let that throw you off, but a real expert and kind person.

Really great paint. Sounds simple I know, until you paint an entire room, turn around and think gee it looks kind of hazy, or the sheen looks uneven. It has happened more times than I care to admit. I can always count on Sherwin-Williams paint being good paint.
